Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This must have been the B-team in charge - a stark reminder of faulty towers. As an example: another guest asked for the bins to be cleaned in the toilet block after this hadn't been done for two days and causing nauseating smell. I chipped in that the bathroom/toilet block could do with a clean in general. Soon the bins were emptied, but nothing else done. That piece of dental floss on the floor, the brown stripes in the toilet bowl (yes, other guests being pigs, but nothing I want to deal with) still there after two days. Also had to ask for a pillowcase and a sheet for the blanket for my bed. And no, I don't appreciate staff/associates talking and drinking in the community tent next to ours at 3 am at night. I could go on, but my conclusion: staff has other priorities in life and doesn't enjoy being hospitality. Well, they shouldn't be in hospitality.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not wheelchair accessible - After much discussion with a manager, he convinced me that the room and bathroom were wheelchair accessible. They weren’t.
They put one of our guests in a single pitch up tent with a small mattress. They managed to get zero sleep.
Other than that, the atmosphere is great there and the staff are really friendly.
