- kaoutar (7/5): - L'emplacement proche des transports, de la plage et des commodités. Le calme, le décor du restaurant, la dimension de la chambre. La literie mérite d'être changée. Elle était de bonne qualité, c'est visible mais maintenant, on s'enfonce dans le creux à force d'usage. Le petit déjeuner est certes un peu varié mais très basic pour le prix demandé.

- Michael (9/5): Günstig gelegen mit schönem Ambiente. - Schönes Ambiente, ehemaliges Bankgebäude mit sichtbaren Tresortüren. Ich hatte seitlichen Ausblick zum Hafen. Schönes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Sehr nah am Busbahnhof Santa Catalina, ideal vor und nach der Kreuzfahrt bzw. für die Busfahrt zum Flughafen. Schöne Dachterrasse, leckere Tapas mit Blick auf den Hafen. Nicht weit zu laufen zum Canteras Strand mit Eisdielen, Cafés, Restaurants.

- Catarina (9/5): - É a 2a vez que ficamos neste hotel. Pequeno almoço excelente, como muita variedade e de boa qualidade. Localização no centro da capital da Gran Canaria é a 5min a pé da praia. Cama e almofadas muito confortáveis. Deixamos o carro no parque ao lado que tem acordo com o hotel e o valor foi muito elevado (55€ para 3 dias, sendo que pagamos 34€ por rent a car para 3 dias!) Os funcionários da receção não são do mais simpático que há. Pedimos para aquecer sopa da nossa filha, aqueceram, mas não com muita vontade.
- Gunnar (7/5): Þokkalegt hótel á góðum stað í Las Palmas. Stendur varla undir fjórum stjörnum. - Hótelið er mjög vel staðsett í miðri borg og stutt í verslanir, veitingastaðir, baðstrandir. Sjálft hótelið er í gamalli bankabyggingu og hafði þann kost umfram flest önnur hótel á svæðinu að bjóða upp á þakbar og sólbaðsaðstöðu. Þakbarinn var reyndar lokaður flesta daga, stundum vegna mengunar, en líka vegna fárra gesta! Við völdum hótelið ekki síst vegna þessarar aðstöðu sem var svo tæpast í boði. Dexluxe herbergi var ágætt, fremur lítið, flott baðherbergi, en önnur aðstaða lítil. Vatnsflaska var í boði fyrsta daginn og tvö kaffikylki í Nesexpresso-vél, en aldrei eftir það. Þrif voru takmörkuð.

- callum (8/5): 2nd time at Urbanbex and I wouldn’t hesitate in returning again.close to bus station 5 mins. - Good Hotel with beach harbour cafes restaurants all well within 10 mins , shopping centre one at Harbour 5mins other one 25 min walk near the theatre. Good views from rooftop bar also a small plunge pool. Most things nothing to worry about.

- Annabel (7/5): A stay that lacked warmth, cleanliness, and the standards expected of a 4‑star hotel. - The roof terrace was very nice. I didn’t feel welcomed at any point during my stay. The staff rarely looked up from their desks, day or night, which created an uninviting atmosphere. The hotel didn’t feel like a 4‑star property; the price didn’t match the facilities or the cleanliness. My room had a broken lightbulb and a cupboard door hanging off, both of which I had to report. The floor was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. There was also no help with luggage on arrival — not even a trolley — which was surprising for a hotel of this rating.

La habitación estaba bien, y bastante aislada para el ruido que había en la calle Trato correcto por parte del personal A mi parecer una relación calidad/precio muy alta. Seguramente por la fecha que fuimos [fin de semana de carnavales]
- José Manuel (1/5): DECEPCIONANTE - Ubicación Trato del personal de recepción( ni una sonrisa, ni te explican nada y sin experiencia, eso si, les encanta estar de cachondeo delante de los clientes, muy poco profesional), no hay camas de matrimonio y las dos camas individuales se abren y te caes, no se ve la TV desde una de las camas, las perchas no se pueden quitar, toallas de baño muy pequeñas, almohadas muy finas, no ha iluminación suficiente para n el lavabo, hotel no apto para gente con vértigo ya que hay pasarelas de cristal en todas las plantas…
