• Jean-Francois (8/5): Superb location, good size apartment in need of TLC - Location, rooms are good size, nice and cosy, with heating on, very quiet. Lots of storage. No warning that work was being done at the property. Doors were covered in dust sheets, inside was dusty in places. Television packed up, there was only one tea spoon (infant style). Advertised as two toilets but only one.
• Aoyang (1/5): Excellent location, but the lack of basic amenities and poor host communication made the stay disappointing. - The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Vienna. The bathroom did not provide basic amenities such as shower gel or shampoo, so we had to go out and buy them ourselves. The kitchen had a capsule coffee machine, but no coffee capsules, tea bags. Communication with the host was also very poor. Messages were ignored most of the time, and when we called, the response felt impatient and unfriendly. Overall, the hospitality and guest service were far below expectations

• Suzanne (8/5): Awesome location, maybe good for a family, but not for 4 adults. - The location in the Museum Quarter is awesome. minutes from the art museums. 15 minutes to the opera & musikverien. We were in Vienna during a warm spell. When we turned on the fans, dust bunnies flew everywhere. Kitchens & Bath were spotless, but the corners & under bed areas are left to the tenants to clean & clearly not touched up. I spent the first evening vacuuming. (next tenant, you are in good shape!) The kitchen is not well stocked. We did not have enough silverware, cups etc. to serve the 4 people the apartment is advertised to sleep. Limited cookware as well. We had 4 friends meeting up in Vienna, (staying in different hotels). We hoped to be able to gather here for an evening, but it really wasn't possible.

• Vanja (6/5): - Location was great. The appartment was clean, and had all of the facillities, but you can tell that it's made for renting, improvised. The biggest complaint is that it was rented out without any warning that the building is undergoing construction work and is quite neglected. We were woken up by drilling at 7 AM, and the noise continued throughout the entire day. Every morning, when we opened the door, a construction worker on a ladder was standing right in front of it, with plastic sheeting covering the doorway.

Parece ser que hay un problema con las viviendas de alquiler en el bloque. Unos vecinos muy desagradables nos gritaron el primer día desde sus casas asustándonos. Vasos justos para 6 personas No hay persiana ni cortina gorda y entra toda la luz.

She came promptly after we buzzed TOP 23, which made the check-in process smooth. However, do not expect a particularly warm welcome. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide coffee and tea to help start the day and elevate the overall experience.

• Amilton (4/5): Estadia com estresse. - Apartamento amplo, bem iluminado, bem limpo, todos os cômodos com aquecimento, inclusive os do vaso sanitário e do chuveiro. Cozinha muito bem equipada. Instrução para tocar campainha de determinado apartamento e a pessoa não atendeu em mais de 30 minutos. Duas famílias que chegaram depois ligaram e foram atendidas e acomodadas e o responsável me ignorou ao tentar lhe falar. Quando atendeu a campainha, sabia meu nome, apareceu com uma mulher que insistentemente perguntava o número do apartamento reservado, mesmo falando me levaram a outro e depois me trocaram de apartamento. NO corredor de acesso ao elevador, no hall do elevador e em frente aos 2 apartamentos que fiquei há cartaz com dizeres: "aluguéis de curta duração para fins turísticos, que violam o código de construção de Viena, são expressamente proibidos neste edifício e são passíveis de punição de acordo com o código de construção de Viena. Todas as violações serão processadas imediatamente". Isto me deixou muito ansioso e inseguro. Explicou com rapidez o WiFi, que tem um número errado, sobre a chave e saiu rapidamente (devia estar em outro compromisso ou ter outro compromisso) O aquecedor do quarto não funciona. Havia um frasco com 45 gramas de sabonete, que é insuficiente para 2 pessoas para hospedagem de 9 dias.

• Katharina (3/5): - Ausschließlich die Lage, die ist unschlagbar. Man ist fußläufig an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Herr der uns in Empfang genommen hat war extrem unfreundlich. Das zweite Bett war nicht bezogen obwohl wir für 3 Personen gebucht hatten. Das WLAN ging nicht und der wasserbeuler war so laut, dass man ihn nachts ausmachen musste, um überhaupt schlafen zu können. Aber das schlimmste war die Ignoranz des Vermieters. Auf unsere Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert und diese einfach ignoriert. Erst auf nochmalige Nachfrage ob wir das Gepäck am letzten Tag deponieren können, wurde mit einem einzeiler geantwortet, dass dies nicht möglich sei.

• Janka (8/5): Prekrásny apartmán na vynikajúcom mieste vyžadujúci lepšiu starostlivosť od ubytovateľa - Apartmán má vynikajúcu polohu, všade sme chodili peši (vnučka na detskej kolobežke - odporúčam pre rodiny s deťmi). Veľmi nám vyhovovalo aj dispozičné riešenie apartmánu (2 spálne na poschodí, čo zabezpečovalo súkromie). Bónusom je terasa na streche, ktorá poslúžila aj jednému fajčiarovi z našej skupiny. Páčila sa nám aj priestrannosť apartmánu, vrátane veľkej kúpeľne, dve WC, veľký stôl, pri ktorom sme mohli všetci spolu sedieť. Úbohé bolo vybavenie kuchyne šálkami a pohármi na kávu, čaj a vodu. Šiesti sme zdieľali 1 hrnček a 3 poháre. Darmo je apartmán vybavený kávovarom a kanvicou, keď si človek nemá do čoho kávu alebo čaj naliať. Informácia o tomto probléme sa objavila aj v predchádzajúcich recenziách, je preto nepochopiteľné a neakceptovateľné, že to ubytovateľ nezlepšil. Cena za apartmán zahŕňa aj záverečné upratovanie, zrejme to tak bolo aj u predchádzajúcich návštevníkov. Čistota podláh nezodpovedala tomu, že by boli pred naším príchodom dôsledne pozmývané. Toto bolo tiež vo viacerých recenziách kritizované. Čistota podláh sa zdala byť v poriadku, kým sme papierom neutreli vodu z podlahy v kúpeľni... Pokiaľ cestujete autom je potrebné si pri výbere tohto ubytovania započítať aj cenu parkovania (35 eur/deň v najbližšej podzemnej garáži pod múzeom).

He does not use WhatsApp or Viber, so we had no way to contact him and had to stand outside for a long time in the cold. The owner was unfriendly. It was cold outside, and the heating in the apartment was turned off. We turned it on ourselves in the evening, but the next day, after returning from a walk, the heating was turned off again. We believe that the owner entered the apartment several times without our permission. The apartment was not clean. The bed linen was in very poor condition.

Daha girişte karşılayan olmadı elde valiz kapı önünde bekledik tesis numarasından aradığımızda kaba bağıran çağıran biri telefonu açarak bekleyin gelecekler şu kapı zilini çalın gelirler diye kavga eder gibi konuşuyordu, sonradan genç bir erkek geldi bizi tesisi gezdirecek zannederken sert bir şekilde uyarılarla karşılaştık daha içeri girmeden sigara içiyor musunuz? Diye sordu çocuklara sakın içmeyin (bunu istediği anlayabilirim ama söyleyişi tehdit eder gibiydi) onu yapmayın bunu yapmayın dedi çekip gitti.. esas bomba ise tesis girişinde koridorda neredeyse her duvarda Almanca bu apartmanda kiralama yapmanın Viyana kanunlarına göre suç olduğunu söyleyen onlarca büyük tabelalar asılı olmasıydı. Ailecek tedirgin olduk suç işliyormuş gibi davranışla karşılaştık. Madem suç bu booking buna nasıl izin veriyor? Gezimizin 3. Gününde alışveriş için plan yapıp uber çağırıp evden çıktık günlerdir kullandığımız asansöre bindiğimizde (5. Katta tesis) 2. Katta durdu ve arıza yaptı. Acil butonuna bastığımızda sadece Almanca konuşan birine bağlanabildik oda bekleyin yardım gelir dediğini anlayabildik. Ev sahibini aradığımızda ise telefonu açar açmaz ne var ne istiyorsunuz diye bağırarak açması ikinci bir şok yarattı ev sahibinin bağırtıları arasında asansörde kaldığımızı anlattabildiğimizde ise bunun için mi beni aradınız? Ne haliniz varsa görün diye bağırdı ve telefonu kapattı. Ailecek ne yapacağımızı bilemez halde dakikalarca bekledik gelen olmayınca kapıyı zorlayarak nihayet açabildik, indiğimizde geç kaldığımız için uber cezası (100€ civarında) ödemek zorunda kaldık. Kesinlikle hiçbir tatilcinin başına gelmesini istemediğimiz olaylar ve ev sahibi davranışı nedeniyle gitmeyin. Biz çok pişman olduk tatilimizi zehir eden bir rezervasyon oldu. • Luise (5/5): Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage, wenn man über einige Unannehmlichkeiten hinwegsieht - Gute Lage In der ersten Nacht laut schreiende Nachbarn, im Haustür übergroße Schilder, welche besagen dass die Vermietung von Wohnungen in diesem Haus strafrechtlich verfolgt wird hinterlässt ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl. Laute Geräusche der Therme. Insgesamt eher Dunkel.

• Anna Marie (10/5): Absolutely recommend! - The room was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious and just very pretty. It was in walking distance to many museums and the Market. We really loved staying there. An extra bonus was they provided 2 fans for sleeping at night since we were there in the summer :)

• Caroline (8/5): Well located, clean flat - Spacious, a lot of place to hang and put your things Has a dishwasher but no dishwashing pods. At least one per day would suffice. Same for the washing machine.
• Cyrille (7/5): Emplacement top / équipement à revoir - L'emplacement est extra : à 30 m du métro, 100m du tram, 15 min à pieds de la Hofburg et avec un commerce SPAR au coin de la rue, rien à redire sur ce point ! Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages 2h avant, l'appartement était propre, RAS L'agencement de l'appartement est un peu curieux et de ce fait le canapé n'a d'intérêt que pour faire canapé-lit. L'équipement du logement est dérisoire, il y a un lave vaisselle certes mais c'est pour faire la vaisselle a chaque repas puisqu'il y a 4 grandes assiettes et 4 assiettes à dessert. Pour la cuisine comptez sur un wok et un petite casserole. Quant aux couverts on touche le fond avec 4 cuillères à soupe, 5 fourchettes et 4 couteaux. Pour les petites cuillères il faudra s'en passer... De qui se moque-ton !

Calefacción apagada en las habitaciones a la llegada (21h). Personal complicado de contactar. Se cobra un plus por dejar el equipaje.

• Petra (8/5): Idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Zeit in Wien - Sehr sonniges, großzügiges Apartment. Günstig gelegen für die Innenstadt, Museen, Naschmarkt. Fussläufig ist vieles schnell erreichbar. Vermieter war prompt erreichbar. Küche gut ausgestattet. Man hört den Verkehr, da direkt am Ring gelegen.
• svetlana (8/5): - Отличная квартира и расположение, есть супермаркет ,где можно все купить. Локация отличная, квартира большая, может поместиться 8 человек. На 5 человек (а квартира рассчитана на 8 человек), у нас было 3 ложки, 3 вилки, 3 стакана и 1 чашка. В ванной нет геля и шампуня. В общем, хочешь попить чай, пойди купи себе чашки, хочешь поесть- купи вилки и ложки. Постели были мятые, одна простынь была грязная. Полотенца были сильно мятые, как будто ими пользовались месяц. Очень небрежное отношение к поситителям.
