Although the reception is not open 24/7, Valeria is easily reachable via WhatsApp at any time. The shower water temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, but it wasn’t a major issue.

- Donnarumma (10/5): 5 giorni perfetti: struttura bellissima e personale gentilissimo. Torneremo! - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido B&B per 5 giorni e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Io e il mio ragazzo cercavamo un posto speciale per staccare la spina e questa struttura ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. La cura degli ambienti è straordinaria, ma ciò che ha reso la nostra vacanza davvero indimenticabile è stato tutto il personale: sono stati tutti gentilissimi, accoglienti e premurosi, facendoci sentire come a casa dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Dopo 5 giorni passati qui, possiamo dire che la pulizia è impeccabile e l'attenzione ai dettagli è costante. È il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax, bellezza e un calore umano non scontato. Grazie di cuore per questi giorni meravigliosi, torneremo sicuramente! L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta? Dover andare via dopo 5 giorni! Saremmo rimasti volentieri molto più a lungo.

L’hôte a été attentif et réactif, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée très simple. L’emplacement est aussi idéal pour se déplacer et visiter. Rien à redire : tout s’est déroulé à merveille. Le seul ‘problème’, c’est que le séjour est passé trop vite !

- Ольга (7/5): Хороший отель, но есть существенные недочеты - Отель хороший - красивый, уютный дом, сад с гранатовыми деревьями, номер с балконом, на котором можно пить вино, глядя на этот сад. Нас встретила очень приветливая и готовая помочь во всем Валерия, она - несомненный бонус этого отеля. Номер небольшой, но в принципе, стандартный. Все необходимое в нем есть. Рядом хороший Carrefour c широким ассортиментом, выручает. Трамвайная остановка тоже в двух шагах, можно доехать, куда угодно. В номере жуткий запах непросушенных тряпок. Так же пахнет постельное белье, я не смогла спать на этой подушке, укутала ее полотенцами, чтобы не пахло. Читала об этом в других отзывах, но не придала значения, а зря. Вероятно, причина в том, что здание сыроватое, в нем плохая вентиляция и плохо сохнет белье, и этот запах накапливается. Жаль, что приходится ругать неплохой в общем-то отель, но это портит всё впечатление и отравляет пребывание там. Еще один минус - трасса под окнами. Дом красивый, но находится прямо на проезжей части, и это сводит на нет весь его уют. Район, хоть и недалеко от центра (можно дойти пешком до основных достопримечательностей), но немного унылый - практически нет рядом ресторанов, вечерами пустынно и страшновато.

- Jens No (6/5): Gute Unterkunft, leider mit ein paar Mängeln. - Sehr netter Empfang und sympathisches Personal. Netter Kontakt! Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, allerdings weniger mit Kinderwagen. Alles im Rahmen der Unterkunft sauber. Gut erreichbar von der Autobahn Leider hatten wir konstant einen nicht angenehmen Geruch im Zimmer. Ob aus dem Hinterhof / Restaurant / Müll. Man konnte es nicht genau identifizieren. Wie so viele Orte in Florenz leider auch laut und die Einrichtung auch schon gut abgenutzt. Wenn man den Parkplatz hinter dem Haus nutzt, muss man sich drauf verlassen, dass auch die anderen Leute kleine Autos haben oder parken können. Sonst hat man dort eine interessante Aufgabe beim Ausparken. Für das, was man bekommt, leider auch wirklich teuer.

- vid (9/5): Great place for a few days in Florence - Good location near the tram - quick access to the city centre. Possibility to park car safely. Great and friendly staff. The sound isolation of the room could be better - you could hear sounds from the hallways.
- Traveler04378576902 (10/5): Perfect for Business trip - I went here for just one day and was really amazing. I came for a business reason and the outside space was calm and neat, perfect for work. The internal parking is very convenient. The room was clean with a private bathroom and very modern. I will come back here no doubt!

- Balvinder (10/5): Very comfortable and perfect for us - It was very clean and spacious. I also liked how it was located just a throw away from the main centre. I personally enjoyed the quietness and calm away from the busy centre. It did get noisy at night with the tram and traffic.
- Sam (9/5): Lovely stay, would recommend :) - Valeria at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, gave us lots of tips and was able to help us with any queries. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower is very fancy! (Overhead rainfall type shower + handheld shower head + 3 side jets either side!!!) The outdoor area is also cute, little chairs and tables to sit at if you want + a hammock. Only downside was that the walls / soundproofing is a little thin, woke up one night to lots of footsteps and luggage dragging by some people who were leaving around 5 - 6pm (they made noise for ages lol), but I understand that's the building architecture so not much can be easily done about that.

No hot water 2nd morning but sorted by the evening. Towels needed to be a better quality, and more large towels needed or changed each day as still wet when used later in the day. Big Light in bathroom not working. No drawers.,Pillows not comfortable.

- P5669EGjonathans (10/5): Excellent B&B in a Perfect Florence Location - I had a fantastic stay at this B&B in Florence. The property is secure and easy to access, with a coded gate for both cars and pedestrians—very convenient and simple to use. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a wonderful shower cubicle that had plenty of room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. I also loved the electronic shutters on the balcony and bathroom windows—they completely block out the morning light, making the room pitch black for a great night’s sleep. The staff were outstanding. Cinzia was amazing over WhatsApp, providing clear instructions and helpful tips, while Valeria welcomed me warmly in person and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The B&B is in a quiet and peaceful area, yet it’s only about 10 minutes to the city centre by tram, which makes it the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends visiting Florence and would not hesitate to stay here again myself!
- Céciliap18 (9/5): - Cinzia et Valéria ont été au petit soin avant et pendant notre séjour, très sympathiques et à notre écoute. La chambre était confortable et bien équipée. Les lieux étaient assez calmes et sécurisés. Il y a un arrêt de tram à 1min qui nous permet d'être en 15min dans le centre et d'autres arrêts de bus à proximité pour allez vers les jardins de Boboli ou la Piazzale Michelango.

Staff speak really good English which helped with communicating what we needed or required. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden at the entrance is well kept and looked after and the car park is very clean and tidy. Nothing. It was all amazing.

- melano (10/5): - Todo estaba super bien, no tengo quejas de nada, la habitación era espectacular y comoda, los servicios fueron increíbles, la ubicación estaba tambien bien, todo super bien además buena relacion calidad precio, recomendado sin duda. Por poner una pega las toallas olían un poco raro, pero de resto todo bien
