• Paula (5/5): - La ubicación excelente, cerca del Duomo y de una estación de metro. Se podría mejorar la limpieza. El baño tenía algunas manchas de no haberse repasado y los muebles tenían un poco de suciedad. Las sabanas estaban bastante viejas y no se veia muy limpias. Me hubiese gustado que hubiese jabón o café.

• Greta (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Milan - I really liked these apartments and I recommend them to others! The apartments are very clean, beautiful, cozy, there is everything you need, including an iron, ironing board, and a dryer. The location is also very good, close to the metro station, and you can reach Duomo Square in 10 minutes on foot!

• Ahmetovic (5/5): - Die Lage war gut, Unterkunft sehr zentral. Alles in ca. 15Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Es war sehr kalt in der Unterkunft. Wir haben in Pullovern und Socken geschlafen. Unterkunft eher für Sommer empfehlenswert.

Reggelizőhely illetve élelmiszerbolt is 2 perc sétával elérhető(Supermercato Carrefour👍) A kabátokat nem lehet felakasztani mert a falra szerelt fogas kiesik a falból. Az ágyneműnek nem volt jó illata,büdös volt. Nagyobb esőnél befolyik a víz a teraszajtónál. Négy férőhely,de csak 2 szék az asztalnál... Illetve egy kis cukor is jólesne a vendégnek ha már kávé és tea van a szekrényben.😉
• María (8/5): Bien - El alojamiento en general está muy bien. Las dos camas son bastante cómodas. La ubicación excepcional, hay un paseo a la parte centro de la cuidad. En la cama de matrimonio, las dos personas que dormimos nos ha picado una araña (entiendo que estaba entre las sábanas). Estamos llena de ronchas de medio cuerpo para abajo. Podrían dejar un detalle de aseo, ya que el primer día tuvimos que ir a comprar.

I liked the little details such as the coffee machine, a power station which extends the power outlet to different usb cables as well as a plug. Walls are very thin and sound travels easily, we heard our neighbour - who was very sick I suppose - cough all night.

• Ana Gonzalez (7/5): Es una buena opción con algunas cosas a mejorar. - La ubicación es excelente. Puedes ir caminando al Duomo en pocos minutos y a Navigli. La zona además tiene muchos restaurantes muy buenos y supermercados. El edifcio está muy bien y el apartamento es espacioso. Tiene algunas cosas a mejorar como el inodoro que está manchado en el fondo y no se le quita. El baño al llegar no olía bien, tuvimos que abrir la ventana para que ventilara. Las fundas de los edredones estaban manchadas, tenían manchas de amarillo, nada agradable tener que dormir con eso. Hay muchos mosquitos en el apartamento, la primera noche molestaron un poco. Logramos matar unos 5 mosquitos.

• Cristina (7/5): - We didn't find any coffe for coffe machine and the host told us that she rent the apartment and not the serices. We had no kitchen towel or sponge or something to can use the dishwasing machine. Also no napkins... In bathroom was only soap, without douche gel...

• Alda (8/5): Very good - The house had all the necessary things that we needed for three days. They even had umbrella for the rainy days that you can use. The location of the property near Duomo Cathedral,metro and tram station. Near you can find a Carrefour supermarket where you can find good breakfast and food.

• Muralidhar (1/5): Nothing great except for the price - Facilities provided within the room except for the bathroom where it was extremely poor 1. Water pressure wasn't there and facilities in the bathroom were poor 2. No customer service for clarification with reference to understanding any queries 3. Mosquitoes inside the premises makes it extremely difficult to sleep at night 4. No heater while the room was cold due to rain 5. The premises stinks of fungus given the poor maintenance of the building premises
• Eida (9/5): Clean, cozy and centric apartment in Milano. - The apartment is part of a building that has a beautiful garden, so it's always a pleasure to enter the building. It is about 6-7 blocks away from the Duomo. There is a taxi stop a block away, so you can reach any point in the city very fast. The space is a bit small for 4 people, but the bed and the sofa bed next to it are comfortable. The AC worked very well, which we appreciated a lot. It's a small apartment, but good to sleep and take a shower which is what we did.
• Charles (7/5): Great location, walking distance to all the sites of Milan but quite dated facilities. - Very well located and it had a working washing machine. Quite dated, A/C not the strongest, floor wasn’t the cleanest as feet would get dirty walking around bare footed.
• John (6/5): A great location - and it ends there. - If you are looking for a comfortable apartment near the duomo in Milan, then this is NOT it. Apart from the location there is little to recommend this place. This is a well visited apartment with worn facilities. There were so many misses - In the supposedly well equipped kitchen - only a worn out old sponge (yuck) provided, no tea towel, no bread knife, no coffee maker (a Nescafe pod coffee maker in Italy - really??), no cutting board, and rubbish plastic utensils. In the bathroom - thin towels, and provided only one small block of soap. In the bedroom - only one bedside lamp, no bedside power points. Messaging the managers about the City tax owing over 2 weeks at least 10 times was very frustrating.

• Annette (5/5): Mixed. - Great location with cafes, restaurants, wine bars nearby. Tra, 15 to Duomo nearby. The tone of the manual for the house is more punitive than welcoming, threatening fines for all sorts of behaviour. The bed mattress is very uneven (like climbing a mountain) but the blanket is very warm and comforting. Skimpy on any supplies: no sugar or milk for coffee, even toilet paper rationed. Currently (March 2024) building works nearby which woke me every morning at 4 am. The complex in which the apartment is is very quiet, however.
• Ekaterina (6/5): In general, the apartment needs renovation! - The location is good, close to the metro and tram. We found a very nice restaurant near the apartment. There is also a supermarket nearby. They had left us coffee capsules which was great. When we arrived the sofa was not made up. We saw a blanket and pillows in the closet and decided to open it up and do it ourselves. There was a very crumpled sheet that we decided to remove because it looked used. In the meantime, I wrote to the host, who said that the sofa was ready, we just had to open it. It was not very clean in the apartment, there were spiders and ants. The bed was not comfortable, we could not sleep. It was also cold. It would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen! They had sent us instructions in Italian for check-in. In general, the apartment needs renovation!

• Roya (5/5): Overall it was OK but I wouldn't necessarily stay there again. - Location. check-in instructions were very clear. The hairdryer worked poorly and was very noisy. The pull out coach was flimsy. I contacted the host to request a later check-out time and never got a response. The light in the kitchen flickered.

• Kristi (8/5): Great location, could do better with cleaning - The apartment was a 8 minute walk from the duomo in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, so the location was pretty nice if you don’t want to be in the touristy noisy areas. It has all the facilities you need and the owners were very responsible to our needs. It didn’t feel very clean. The towels had hairs and in them and there was mold in the shower cabin

• Francesca (8/5): Good value for money near the duomo - The location was very good. Check in and out was easy. Free Wi-Fi and 1.5L water were provided. The room was very clean. The air conditioning was a bit weak under a very hot Italian summer. For 4 adults with large luggages, the space is just enough.

JUST A LYER!! NOT BEING ABLE TO HAVE A TEL NUMBER TO COMMUNICATE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY IS NOT BOOKING COMPATIBLE!! FULL OF LYES!! HE HAS TO PROOF THAT HE MAILED US TYHE CODE! NO HE HAS NOT! THA WE MISUNDERSTIID AND SO ON. THE CONCIERGE OF THE BUIDING BLOCK -THAT HE ALSO HAS NO ACCESS TO THIS MANS TEL OR KEYS OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE APPARTMENT- SAID THAT LOTS OF OTHER GUESTS HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS! HE WROTE BACK I HOPE YOU FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO STAY!! BEING THERE WITH MY FAMILY AND KIDS!! YES HE CAN JUST RESPOND FULL OF LYES! DOP NOT BELIEVE HIM

(10 mins walk to duomo) - You will not meet the host, communication only by emails + complicated to understand as you will need to insert codes. -we were 4 people amd gave us 1 key! they also promised they will give us another key but they didn’t. - Apartment was very DIRTY! found pubic hair from the people staying before us on the toilet seat!!! check underneath the beds… total nightmare dirt and dust everywhere!!! - they left us a half toilet paper roll… we had to go buy our own toilet paper.. -while you are washing yourself the water keeps on coming cold. host was communicating with me via emails then on booking.com amd wanted to cancel our reservation after taking our MONEY!!!! they did not even have the decency to meet us for 5mins and explain how things work!!! although this apartment was central will definitely not come to stay again! would rather pay more than stay in this!! Before you book here.. read the reviews… NOT WORTH IT!!
• Qiang (8/5): nice stay - The apartment is less than 10 minutes' walk from subway station and is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Everything as described, easy check in, great communication with the host. sofa bed a little bit soft.
