• Edemilson (4/5): - A localização bem central Acesso ao apartamento é difícil pois metade do caminho são escadas, não tinha água no chuveiro mesmo seguindo todas as instruções deixadas na mesa, a limpeza deixou MUITO a desejar e acredito que pelo fato de estar fechado a algum tempo estava com um cheiro estranho.
• Milagros (1/5): - Dirty apartment, dirty sheets, dirty towels, cigarettes smoked at the window. They demand that you throw away the trash properly, otherwise they'll fine you. There was someone else's dirt under the bed.

Ho soggiornato per una sola notte in questa struttura e devo esprimere il mio profondo disappunto e la mia indignazione per le condizioni in cui ho trovato l'appartamento, specialmente considerando il prezzo pagato. Le aspettative minime di igiene, sicurezza e comfort non sono state in alcun modo soddisfatte, rasentando la non idoneità all'ospitalità. L’impianto elettrico è datato, con presenza di fili scoperti. Le condizioni igienico-sanitarie erano estremamente pessime. Il bagno presentava una significativa e diffusa presenza di muffa, indice di scarsa manutenzione e ventilazione. Il WC emanava un odore nauseabondo e persistente in tutto l’appartamento rendendo l'ambiente sgradevole e potenzialmente insalubre. Nella doccia non c’era neppure un campioncino di bagnoschiuma. I cuscini del letto erano puzzolenti e chiaramente non igienizzati a dovere, oltre che estremamente scomodi. L'area cucina era a malapena definibile come tale. Gli utensili disponibili erano sporchi e insufficienti. La sporcizia del bollitore ne ha impedito l'uso, non consentendomi neanche di preparare una semplice tisana. Le spugne per i piatti erano vecchie, usurate e sporche. Il frigorifero non raffreddava a sufficienza.

• Anna (4/5): Con poco potrebbe essere molto meglio - La posizione era perfetta I mobili intorno al letto erano tutti pieni di polvere, il telecomando della televisione non funzionava, non ci sono interruttori per chiudere la luce dalla posizione del letto, le spine sono scassate e non a norma escono dal muro e c'era puzza di chiuso.

• JJ (1/5): Bad and overpriced place to stay. Go anywhere else. - This place was not a super far distance from the main Milan sites. This place was a mess and is located almost across from a prison, so I felt extremely unsafe even being in the area at all. In addition, the bed broke right as I sat down on it and I had to pay a huge fee to cover this. Even with AC, it got extremely hot at night and the bed was extremely uncomfortable after that.

• Yolande (8/5): Agréable mais mérite une "révision technique" pour être au top. - L'emplacement est au top surtout pour les visites en journée. Près du métro et d'une superette. L'immeuble a du cachet et est plutôt calme. L'accès au logement est très bien détaillé dans le message du propriétaire, si vous suivez bien les consignes c'est très facile. C'est un logement agréable mais qui mérite quelques "révisions" techniques. Le frigo peine à refroidir, il y a des petites réparations à envisager et peut-être que l'équipe d'entretien devrait être un peu plus minutieuses. Avec quelques réglages ce serait parfait. Je souligne que les échanges avec le propriétaire ont toujours été très agréable et efficaces.

• Millar (9/5): Excellent modern furnished apartment and great location - Location was great. Walking distance to central attractions. TV remote did not work and could not turn on tv. AC was not cool.
• Danielle (5/5): Good location, needs a clean - The location was pretty good. Near 2 underground’s made getting around easy. The property was not the cleanest. Mould and mildew in the shower and the grout in the tiles had never seen any bleach. Shelves were dusty. The sponges left to wash your dishes with were old and well used. If you can afford to stay elsewhere, then do. The air conditioning unit was neither use nor ornament. For us it was just a base somewhere to sleep, but it just didn’t feel comfortable.

• Narcia (6/5): If I visit Milan again I don’t think I would go to Bamboo Milano Vico because of the location. - The fact that it was small but had the toilet in a seperate room even the kitchenette. I also liked the bed as it was super comfortable. The location of the apartement. The apartement is on the 5th floor and this floor looks abondoned and scary.
• Xiaodong (10/5): Great - The kitchen in the apartment was very good. Everything was there and it was pretty big. The room also had a lot of shelves to store items.
• Kirsten (3/5): Disappointing. - Location. The keys were not in the box upon our arrival. Shower and bathroom sink were not working. Cutlery was dirty. Money was taken from my account without my prior knowledge. Hosts were very difficult to contact.

• Ismail (7/5): Good - Best part of this property is location. We were 3 people with our daughter but the extra bed for her was not being suitable. Because it was extra small and not able to sleep.
• Lynda (9/5): Doable, could be amazing with a little extra effort and investment. - The space is impressively well-designed and is bright and airy with two large windows that can be opened. The kitchen and bathroom are in small rooms separate from the main studio area of the accommodation. Wi fi was good, having a washing machine was an added bonus. There is a lift in the building, but you have to walk the last flight of stairs which wasn't a problem at all for us. Main Shower is broken, nothing on wall to take the hand held part of the shower so you have to shower whilst holding the smaller shower head up. There was dust on all the shelves, and the dishes that were there had not been checked, everything had to be washed before we used any crockery or cutlery. Maybe your cleaners need longer to clean more thoroughly between changeovers? Some attention to detail would make this an amazing little studio - fix the shower, provide all new plates, bowls and saucepans - not non stick as they look awful when scratched and never seem clean. The chairs at the dining table are incredibly uncomfortable to sit on for too long, yes there is a sofa, but that had been made up for the evening for a child to sleep on and we didn't want to go to bed at 8pm when they were struggling to stay awake.

• Gabriela (7/5): Acceptable, fairly close to town centre and close to metro. - Close to metro and town centre, cosy little apartment, close to shop if you are interested on buying some of your food as the restaurants are expensive for 3 meals a day. The radiators were very noisy, some of the walls were stained. The extra blankets were pretty old.
• P (6/5): Not as good as it looks in the pictures, good location. - Good location. When we arrived it was still uncleaned, we waited outside for 2 hours for the cleaning crew to come and clean it. Not at all like the pictures.

• Cosmin (1/5): Worst stay ever, we don’t recomand it. - The communication with the host was horrible. As we understood later, after booking we should receive an email with all the detailes about the keys and how to entrence the building. We didn’t, so we asked a lot of questions, and the host became nervous and iritated of boddering him with so many questions. First, when we got in, there was a bad smell in all the whole apartament, like a sewage smell, in the bathroom we could stay only with the window open, because of the smell. The floor was full of hair, the linen was dirty and with a bad smell, the towels had a bad smell, the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were both dirty, we could not use the plates and cutlery in the kitchen because they were dirty and lookd old, the fridge had smell and dirt in it.

EVERYTHING! it was just awfull!! ugly cheap nothing nice or inviting! on the wall instead of pictures were barking orders! fellts so bad!

• Fiona (4/5): slightly disappointed - Property was in good location within walking distance to attractions. The apartment wasn’t the cleanest. We were booked in for four people staying and the sofa bed wasn’t made up on arrival and we had to do this ourselves, and there was no duvet cover for the sofa bed so just had a quilt! There is also no cooler just a hob so you are restricted on what you can cook. The lift was also broken which we were not informed of before hand, so with children the 5th floor was a very long way up.
