Personale anche se parlano poco inglese sono sempre stati super accoglienti. La piscina a pagamento 20€ circa a persona e secondo me non li vale. La posizione non è bella, avevamo scelto questo hotel perché nelle recensioni avevano detto che era ottima.. mah.. Le spiagge carine sono abbastanza distanti e lì intorno c’è solo pesce essiccato o pesce agonizzante nelle vasche (ovviamente l’hotel non ha colpe era solo per informare)

• Robert (6/5): Great room, but disappointing overall. - We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and so paid more for an ocean family suite. The room was really lovely and comfortable with modern styling and the air con and bathroom were really good. The balcony and views also good. The hotel as a whole was modern and stylish. Breakfast was good with a very wide variety to choose from. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the fact that it had two swimming pools. Be warned that this is viewed by the hotel as a private swimming club and even though we had paid nearly £200 per night, we would have needed to pay an additional £60 for the three of us per day to use the pool. My daughter is 15 and would be charged as an adult in the family pool, but not is not old enough to use the 'adult' infinity pool (Age 19+). Is she an adult or not? There is a green policy which means that they will not clean/make up your room/replace your water unless you specifically request it. Not sure how that's 'green'. You aren't allowed to sit in the roof garden without buying drinks from the bar. I also messaged prior to our stay but had no reply. Overall, while we really liked our room, we felt that it was overpriced and everything else cost you more.
• storm (1/5): - 위치가 좋음 직원들의 서비스와 업무능력이 매우아쉽습니다. 방도 잘못배정해주고 서비스도 별로이며 직원들과 다투고했는데 대응도 엉망입니다. 그리고 다음날 로비에 와보니 다른손님들도 직원들이랑 쌍욕하며 싸우고 있더군요. 그냥 매일매일 직원과 손님이 싸우는게 일상인듯한 호텔같습니다. 나름 강릉 주문진에서 제일좋은 호텔같은데 싸움스킬능력 만렙인분들만 방문하세요~ 엉망입니다~

The bathroom was too small and, in the room, there was not enough desk space. On the 15th floor to the swimming pool as well as the 5th floor, there were a water puddle that could be cleaned easily but, it was not.

• Kreesen (5/5): Its an overrated 4-star, I think for the price I could have stayed in a 4/5 star at Gyeongpo Beach. - 1. The bathroom, bed, and TV were good. 2. The view from the room was okay. 3. The tourist buses were easily accessible once we figured it out using Naver Maps. 4. They stored our luggage on the last day after checkout. 1. The noise levels were high at times (after midnight), with people making a lot of noise in other rooms. The hotel did not ask them to be quiet or offer to change our room. 2. I was not too fond of the fact that they charged their guests an additional 33,000 to 44,000 won per person per day for using the family and infinity pools, respectively. Going to the beaches and renting an umbrella and float tubes for the day was cheaper. They could have discounted the pool use for guests and charged non-guests the full rate. 3. They did not clean our room even after we called the front desk and switched on the "make my room" button; they said they forgot. However, their policy is to call them in the morning to have the room cleaned. 4. They are not as foreigner-friendly as other hotels in Seoul and other parts of Korea. Their English is poor. They hang up on you when they don't understand you. 5. They do not provide information about the areas around the hotel, nearby attractions, or transportation options like other hotels do. 6. They locked the bathroom for hotel guests in the reception area. I have never seen a hotel do this. 7. For a four-star hotel, they did not provide lotion and were very inconsistent with daily water. According to hotel standards, you should get water every day. 8. They lack a personal touch with guests and feel very robotic. 9. The vibe at their rooftop bar was so boring, even with the DJ.

• Verified traveler (4/5): unhappy - This is not a two bedroom “suite”. It’s a false advertisement. It’s a one bedroom with 2 twin beds in the living room. As a result, there is no sofa/common area, just two rooms. Because the twin beds are by the entrance door, the light sensor constantly lights up when you twist and turn on your bed while you sleep. If you are on a business trip, beware. There is no iron for your suit/dress, not even to borrow one from the front desk.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 베란다 문 손잡이 조심.... - 일반적으로 가격대비 좋았습니다. 평일 숙박이여서 그랬나봐요. 그런데 첫 방 배정시 베란다에 나갔다가 얼어 죽는줄 알았어요. 방안에 아무도 없는데 베란다 문이 저절로 닫혀서요. 다행히 핸드폰을 가지고 나가서 프론트에 전화할 수 있어서 탈출했지만.... 시설팀에서 와서 열어줬지만... 변명만 하시네요. 다른 방 배정시 확인해 보니 그방 베란다문 손잡이 고쳐야 하는게 맞아요. 또다른 피해자 생기지 않도록 꼭 수리하시기 바랍니다.

• Nana (8/5): 바다뷰가 부분바다뷰. 직원친절 - 바다뷰는 부분바다뷰였음. 디럭스더블룸 숙박했으나 디럭스 더블사이즈 침대가 아닌 일반 더블사이즈 침대도 방도 작은 편.카운터친절함. 3시까지기다려 체크인해야 함.주변에 마트와 수산시장 있어편리함. 룸에 조리도구일체없음.

• Kim (8/5): Good hotel ! - 1박 잘 하였습니다. 주문진내에서는 가장 괜찮은 수준의 호텔일듯 합니다. 조식이 오래되어 보이지 않고 신선하여 아주 괜찮다고 생각됩니다. 직원분들도 친절하구요. 바다조망도 좋고, 하늘정원도 좋아요. 다만, TV가 유선연결이 안되어 직원분을 불러서 해결했구여, 벽지가 울어서...호텔의 기본을 충족시키지 못한듯 하여 아쉬움.
• Veniamin (1/5): 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Expensive hotel with no service👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 - clean and quiet room There was no information at all that the pool in the hotel is chargeable. You need to pay extra 44000 won per person to visit a tiny small pool. And the fact that you only find out about it when you check in is disgusting. There was no room service at all. Once leaving the room, we left a message about cleaning, but no one cleaned the room. The staff hardly speaks English. I do not recommend this hotel to visit 👎🏻👎🏻 👎🏻
• Camille (7/5): The hotel is nice and good for families but I will not go back for my future trips in Gangneung - Confortable Clean Nice people Good facilities in general Miss of equipment like hair dryer, hand soap holder, bathrope The Ocean view is not so nice and a bit too industrial The pools are expensive compared to the price of the rooms which are already high (44,000 and 27,000KRW)
• KI WAN (8/5): - 깨끗하고 주변 식당 바닷가들이 가까이에 있어서 이용하기 편했습니다.
• Verified traveler (2/5): 별로입니다. - 방 두개가 벽하나로 분리되어있는데 화장실 이용시 한쪽방에 불켜면 다른방에서도 불켜지는거 정날 구렸어요. 침구에선 꿉꿉한 냄새났고 패밀리 수영장,인피니티 수영장 다 좁아요. 인피니티아닙니다. 엘리베이터 네개 정말 부족하고 느려요. 호텔리어들 태도나 서비스도 그냥 아르바이트생 같았어요. 조식도 가격에 비해 별로입니다. 오믈렛도 없고 보일드에그 주문도 불가했습니다.
• euna (10/5): 깔끔하고 편하고 좋아요 - 주변에 놀거리 먹거리도 많고 좋아요 숙소도 깨끗하고 숙소안에 수영장도 있고 해서 놀거리 많아 좋아요 근데 주차장이 작아서 다른곳에 주차해야하는 불편함이 있어요 깔끔하고 편하고 좋아요
• Jaerin (10/5): 아주 좋았어요. 만족합니다. - 5층 가족 숙소 이용하면 방의 발코니 공간이 바로 수영장으로 연결되어 정말 편하고 좋습니다. 만족합니다.

• Dae-Woo (4/5): - 3인 예약해서 방문. 사진으로는 꽤 넉넉해 보여 예약했지만 방은 정말 비좁았고 이 가격이 정말 실화인가 싶은 호텔이었음. 온갖 외국인 단체 손님에 응대할 직원은 턱없이 부족해 보이고 외국인들은 엘리베이터 안에서 영어 응대해주는 사람 없다고 불평하고 있고, 호텔은 에어컨이 객실만 운영되어 복도나 엘리베이터 안은 습기에 덥고 꿉꿉한 냄새. 최악은 아니지만 이 가격에 여기에 머무는 것은 정말 아니었음.
• Sungkyu (2/5): - 벌레가 있고 청소상태 엉망이예요 화장실 블라인드도 너무 더러워요 오전에 변 치우는 차가 호텔 문앞에서 작업하는데~그 통유리 앞에서 조식 먹는사람보고 놀랐어요
• YoungSu (8/5): - 방은 그리 크지 않으나 침구류가 편하고 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 주변에 볼 곳과 먹을 곳도 많은 점이 좋네요.

• Viola (8/5): Very good - Nice comfortable rooms. Pool costs about 30$. Location is fine, there are quite a lot of restaurants around but it's a bus ride to the beach and other things to see.
