• AYDA (9/5): genial - Fernando muy amable y servicial, todo limpisimo, el patio de atras ideal para comidas con los amigos y familia.Las habitaciones muy bonitas, cada una con su baño , muy acogedoras.La cocina bien equipada. El barrio tranquilo, cerca del centro.El parking a 5 minutos andando del apartamento.Muy recomendable!!
• Michelle (9/5): We highly recommend Fernando’s space because the location is convenient, the space is beautiful, and Fernando was a wond - Home was a perfect size and layout for our family of six. The communal spaces also enabled us to enjoy one another. The kitchen was very well equipped. The street noise was present, but turning on the air conditioner masked the noise.
• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent host Fernando, perfect accommodation for a large family or group of friends. Equipped with everything you need within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the center (by walking down the hill or by metro). Absolute satisfaction!

• Kevin (9/5): Great for groups - As a former inn, but now rented as the entire building, you have four distinct bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. That’s the best of both worlds and a great feature considering there’s also a kitchen, eating space and outdoor space that’s all yours. Short city block to the metro saved the uphill walk home. Walking downhill to the sites was easy. We arrived during a once per year event - a student graduation parade that forms immediately outside the front door. It was moving on by 8PM, but before that was sheer chaos with loud music, screaming and groups uninterested in making room for travelers to pass thru. To put clearly the apartment should NOT be made available on that day next year. For reference it was May 9th, 2023.
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very well located, the owners are very helpful, exemplary cleanliness, quiet inner courtyard - a perfect place for breakfast or evening relaxation. Definitely I recommend the place. Nothing to be mentioned.

• Sonia (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. The owners were kind and gave a great introduction to the city upon our arrival. The situation with the parking was slightly misleading. Based on the information in the listing we were under the impression that onsite parking was included and available and upon arrival that was not the case.
• Sergio (10/5): Eccellente! - Appartamento impeccabile su due piani e con giardinetto interno. Bagno in ognuna delle camere, tutte spaziosissime e immacolate. Posizione invidiabile a un minuto a piedi dalla più vicina stazione di metro. Il centro si raggiunge comunque in circa 15 minuti di cammino. Host gentilissimo e disponibile.

Minor grievances: The shower heating is very sensitive: a little tap to the left and its too cold.. too much to the right and its too hot. The matras is a little bit hard, but overall comfortable.

Very close to metro, easy to get to from airport and a lot closer to the city centre than it looks on a map. Highly recommended and would d finitely stay there if we were visiting Porto again.

Joanna et Fernando sont aux petits soins avec nous, on se sent vraiment à l’aise chez eux. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux, Joanna fait tout pour nous satisfaire elle est adorable !!! La maison est à 100m du métro ce qui est super pratique pour aller visiter le centre ville.

Nice breakfast every morning, beautiful spa ce to sit outdoors, very walkable location close to the centre. All in all, couldn't have asked for anything more!!! • Leif (8/5): Excellent for a visit to Port - We stayed at the Oporto guesthouse for 3 nights. We had a warm welcome upon our arrival. The hotel is located in quiet area about 10 minutes walk from the Porto city center. Within a few minutes walk you will find local restaurants with very good food. The atmosfere of Oporto guesthouse is excellent and the interior is done with attention to details. The breakfast was very good. We can only recommend 22 Oporto Guesthouse.

The guest house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were in room 4 which was at back of property away from Road so was nice and quiet. Joanna, Fernando and Sandra were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The breakfast was good and they even purchased granola after we said we liked to eat it for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even bought me a birthday gift as it was my birthday during our stay. The only minor negative was the shower occasionally went from hot and cold, probably due to when others guests showering at the same time. We would definitely recommend this lovely comfortable guest house.

Anche le zone comuni sono arredate con mobili di design. La colazione ottima servita al tavolo in un grazioso terrazzo con erba sintetica. La frutta colta dall’orto e il pane fresco hanno reso questa colazione speciale! So much so that we have invited she and her husband to visit us in Southern California (Orange County). Breakfast was simple yet sumptuous. A great economical home base to enjoy Porto!!

Excellent location ( appr. 100 mts from metro). Good local restaurants nearby. Breakfast basic but fresh and everything a normal person would need is there. I would recommend.

Garten einladend. Vermieter machen das mit Herzblut!!!!! Auf dem Zimmer könnte ein zweiter Stuhl/Sessel und ein Tischchen stehen, damit man nicht auf dem Bett sitzen muss.
• Fredrick Gordon (10/5): Excellent Porto Guest House - An amazing B&B Guest house very near a metro station with easy access in a few minutes to the central historic district and the other side of the River for the Port Houses. Fernando was a truly exceptional host who sat down with us over a port on arrival to talk us through the best sights in Porto and how to get around. His breakfasts were excellent and sustained us well for the day. If in Porto again we will definitely be back. A lovely outdoor area behind the guest house to relax in the evening sun.

Ins Stadtzentrum kann man auch zu Fuß (ca. 20 min.). Der Betreiber ist sehr hilfsbereit und erklärt gerne alles. Die Stadt ist was Außergewöhnliches.
