• Hardtrail (4/5): - We booked Zayn Hotel in Bangkok weeks in advance and had very friendly email exchanges while asking several questions, all of which were answered politely and helpfully. Every email ended with the reassurance that they were looking forward to welcoming us. So it was quite impressive when the hotel decided to cancel our reservation via Booking just one hour before our arrival, without giving any reason at all. If you’re looking for a place where a confirmed booking is worth about as much as a weather forecast three weeks in advance, this is the perfect choice.

• Jan (9/5): Eine überzeugende Wahl für Flugreisende - Die Lage ist insbesondere für Flugreisende äußerst interessant. Wer sich im öffentlichen Nahverkehr auskennt oder wer kein Sightseeing plant, kann hier auch gut logieren. Für Erstbesucher dürfte es zu abgelegen sein. Mein Zimmer war trotz der Lage zur Hauptstraße ruhig. Es hatte alles, was man erwarten darf. Das Bett war gemütlich, das Bad gut ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und serviceorientiert. Der erste Blick ins Hotel ist für diese Preisklasse echt top, das Foyer ist ein Hingucker. Die Lage des Hotels zur Monorail ist (leider) etwas besser als die zum Airport-Express. Der ist mit schwerem Gepäck trotz der an sich kurzen Distanz von vielleicht 300 Metern etwas mühsam zu erreichen. Hinweis: Der erste Zug zum Flughafen fährt aktuell entgegen manch anderer Angaben um 5.15 Uhr morgens. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist bei etwas genauerem Hinsehen durchaus schon etwas abgenutzt. Das trübt den ersten, wirklich starken Eindruck ein wenig.

• Hardtrail (4/5): - Wir hatten 4 Wochen im Voraus gebucht - als wir nach unserem Flug an der Rezeption standen, hiess es, sie hätten das Zimmer leider stornieren müssen und uns auch eine Mitteilung geschickt und das Geld bereits zurücküberwiesen. Das stimmte, hatten sie alles. Eine Stunde bevor wir ankamen.
• Adrian (1/5): - Uwaga na sejfy, przyjechaliśmy późnym wieczorem, schowaliśmy przeliczone jeszcze nie wymienione dolary( sprawdzałem 2 razy czy otwiera się prawidłowo po wpisaniu kody), gdy rano próbowaliśmy otworzyć sejf nie działał olaliśmy to bo spieszyliśmy się na miasto, gdy wróciliśmy pani z obsługi poszła z nami w 10 sekund zresetowała kod i otworzyła sejf po chwili po przeliczeniu okazało się że brakuje 100 dolarów, sprawa niestety nie wyjaśniona bo nie chcieli nam pokazać kamer na nasze drzwi, tylko ciągle gdzieś dzwonili itd, musieliśmy się spieszyć na samolot więc odpuściliśmy temat :/

Wir hätten sofort das Zimmer tauschen können, aber für eine Nacht fanden wir das zu viel Aufwand und haben stattdessen vorgeschlagen Frühstück am nächsten Tag umsonst zu bekommen und das wurde uns direkt genehmigt

A proper prayer room and it is comforting to see such facilities in a foreign country. Its not recommended to those who wish to live near downtown area.

Nothing to write home about - Location is convenient I specifically requested a room not next to the elevator due to my sensitivity to noise, but the room was right next to the lift. Breakfast was mediocre, except for the omelette station which was good. The hallways are in need of a facelift. The furniture in the rooms has seen better days.

• Leia (2/5): Stinky - The metro station is nearby and there is a 24 hour supermarket and ATM close too. The hotel is very unclean. The bathrooms absolutely stink of sewage - which was reported to staff and went unresolved for the entire stay. The smell is so bad you can smell it as soon as you get to any floor with rooms on. The rooftop pool is full of leaves and insects and has clearly not been cleaned in a long time. The water is cloudy and the maintenance sheet on the side has not been complete for months. The hotel seems to have a bit of a facade of luxury, when up close the furniture is damaged, rooms are dirty and walls and floors in the rooms are covered with scratches and stains. I asked for a late check out and was given three different prices by different staff members, each casually adding another few hundred baht each time I asked at the front desk. Would definitely not recommend or stay again.

• Michelle (10/5): A lovely stay with all amenities closeby :) - I was upgraded to suite when I arrived (this has never ever happened to me before and was sooo appreciated!) and was greeted by such kind staff!! The location is really convenient (walking distance to a 7-11, massage places, a nail place, and some yummy food stands right outside the hotel). You also have access for room service, if desired. The bathroom shower in the suite reallyyyyy needs to be properly sealed so that the water does not exit out of the shower and all over the floor outside. I tried hard to not get the water outside of the shower, but the sealant on the door of the shower is not effective, and you can't fully close it! Water gets everywhere outside the shower!

• Oli (10/5): Kann man absolut empfehlen, angenehmer Aufenthalt, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Man sieht und spührt die professionelle Einstellung des Hotelmanagements: Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, gute Beleuchtung, bequeme Matratzen, angenehme und sehr saubere Bettwäsche, große Zimmer und guter und moderner Zustand aller Einrichtungen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt direkt neben zwei Metrostationen um schnell ins Zentrum oder an den Flughafen zu kommen. Ich komme gerne wieder Die zentrale Klimaanlage war mir für das Schafen nachts etwas zu laut (das war aber auch das einzige was zu hören war, ansonsten absolut stille Lage)

• Andreas (8/5): - Liegt direkt an der AirLink Station Hua Mak, also ideal, um zum Flughafen zu kommen oder von dort anzureisen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück ok. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, der auch einigermaßen ruhig liegt. Die Gegend ist eher trist und es ist sehr laut, allerdings hört man davon nichts in den Zimmern. Beim Frühstück gibt es nur einen und noch dazu sehr langsamen Kaffeeautomaten (sonst Kaffee in Warmhaltekannen). Zimmer sind ok, aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir würden dort als Zwischenstop zum Flughafen wieder einchecken, denn dafür ist das Hotel bestens geeignet.

• Koen (7/5): Prima voor een nachtje als je de volgende dag weer door moet vliegen - Handig gelegen aan de luchthaven lijn. Ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel, erg goed ontbijt met ruime keuze. Hotel heeft een Arabisch tintje en alles is halal. Zwembad ziet er leuk uit maar stelt in werkelijkheid niets voor. Is 1 meter diep, erg ongezellig met een leeg geruimde oude bar en twee ligstoelen.
• Hari (7/5): Fine for a short stay near to public transit. - We stayed here because we essentially had a layover day in Bangkok and it's easy to get to and from the airport from this hotel. The pool is ok, but not large. The staff speak English fairly well and are very accommodating, they allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after checkout. While the whole building is new, you can tell that the construction was shoddy. It feels like a place that has a veneer of fanciness, but if you look closely you're alarmed by the cheapness of the materials. I'm writing this comment in early 2026, how long will it be until you feel you're staying in a place of disrepair (one year? two?). There's nothing in the area that I'd say is particularly attractive to tourists, so you wouldn't want to make this the base of your vacation.

Thought it was a bit cheeky that we were charged for a couple extra bottles of water, and the pool clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while - full of flies. The room wasn't as clean or pleasant as it looked online.

• Claudine (7/5): Prima hotel voor 1 nacht als je wil vliegen. - Het hotel ligt vlak bij het treinstation, dus handig als je van of naar het vliegveld wil. Fijne massagesalon om de hoek. Helaas was er in de buurt weinig te beleven. Alleen een klein winkelcentrumpje, maar alle restaurantjes waren daar al vroeg dicht. Vele bussen met toeristen die veel herrie maakten tijdens het ontbijt.
• Viktor (4/5): Friendly staff, but not upfront about strong religious focus - Good location if you want to be close to public transport/airport, but otherwise don't expect a nice neighborhood to stroll the evening for your flight. You'd need to be much closer to the center. Staff was friendly, and appreciated the little drink and fig at check-in. We didn't really feel at home/comfortable because of the strong focus on religion that even showed in the room. It's fine for a hotel to be catering to e.g. muslim travelers, but you should really be clear about this upfront which they werent (the only mention is in reviews). Things like no alcohol, only halal food, or no sun-lounging beds at the pool can be overcome-able. But religious tokens in your hotel room really do the opposite of making me feel comfortable and at ease while on vacation/traveling. Whether its a christian cross on the wall or in this case arrows on the ceiling pointing to Mecca: it's great for people who actively seek this, but again, be transparent about this. also: much more wear and tear than the pictures make you believe
