- Zakhar (8/5): - Обратите внимание: Lancaster - это не отель, это многоквартирный дом, в котором разные владельцы сдают свои квартиры. Поэтому ремонты, мебель и удобства могут сильно отличаться. В наших апартаментах ремонт был довольно свежий, сантехника рабочая, ничего не разболтано. Вода горячая есть. Расположение очень удачное, близко центр города, торговые центры, пешеходная улица, станция метро, японский квартал. Есть подземный паркинг. Если вы путешествуете на машине, то заранее укажите, что нужна парковка. Если окна выходят на улицу, то в 5-6 утра уже может быть весьма шумно

- Trang (8/5): An ok stay - Location, facility. The property is next to a bar. Very loud music was quite annoying at night. Music normally goes until after midnight.
- Beat and the pulse (8/5): Excellent location and functional rooms - Functional apartment rooms in very central location with attentive staff. With central part of Le Than Ton Street you can reach relevant business locations easily (e.g. Sonatus Tower). Showers are designed in a way that you hardly can avoid flooding the bathroom - this is a very frequent element of bathrooms in South East Asia though ( :-) )
- Lakshmikanth (8/5): - The location was nice and very close to all the major spots of Saigon. Quiet and comfy. Do do some renovation work on the walls and with modern furnitures. The furnishings in the apartments are quite different from one another. Could have consistent modern furnishings in all the apartments including the studio/one bedroom/two bedroom apartments. Also could focus more on the cleanliness of the rooms(found long hair in many places on the floor).

Staffs are very helpful and good in their service . The hotel location is perfect . Is right inside District 1 and place of restaurants, big and small shopping mall are around and is walkable . Inside the furniture and fitting is a little old but with the price cannot complain anymore .

- LAY (8/5): Ensemble normal. - L’emplacement est excellent, avec tous les commerces et commodités au pied de l’immeuble. L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et la literie est confortable. Beaucoup de bons restaurants en face de l’immeuble (quartier Japonais de Saigon) L’appartement est relativement sombre en raison d’une vue directe sur les immeubles environnants (vis-à-vis important). Le mobilier foncé accentue cet aspect. Un rafraîchissement serait à prévoir (moisissures dans la chambre avec Sdb)

- Ronald (7/5): Good - Good breakfast. I was first assigned an apt with bathtub and had to change to an apt with walk in shower, which I had originally requested. As I have stated before, both bathrooms need handrails in the shower area. Hotel needs to learn how to cater to older guests.

- Max (6/5): Value for Money. - Very central. A lot of food options and many restaurants around the hotel. Not to mentioned, there a lot of entertainment outlets, like massage, spas and bars. Nothing much, since this is low end service apartment kind of accommodation. The condition of the room is equivalent to the amount of money you paid for.

- Ronald (8/5): All good to excellent except WiFi. - There is no excuse for having such a very weak WiFi. I had difficulty communicating with friends in HCMC, e-mail would arrive so late. Saving money on your WiFi is not a winning strategy. I search other hotels next time.

There is everything in a 2bhk apartment that a family/group would need ranging from a kettle, oven, cooker, utensils, cutlery to a fridge, washing machine etc.. Property maintained very well. Secondly, the breakfast options were also good. I liked it, though I picked only a few of them. Lastly, location wasn't that bad either. It is closer to most of the city's attractions. Above all, 7-Eleven is just at the doorstep. What more do u need?😊 Not all staff speak or understand English well. For that matter, most people in Vietnam don't speak nor understand English. 😔

- Charles (8/5): Good place to stay in District 1 - This serviced apartment in District 1 is very convenient to many activities in the area. We like the room size and features (washing machine, kitchen). About the only thing that would make it easier is for them to use credit cards as we had to ensure we had enough local currency to pay for the room.

- Amir (9/5): A great apartment at a great location. - Location is near a lot of restaurants, mini marts, cafe, pubs and abt 10 mins walk to Vincom Center. Nothing that I could think of.

Brauchst Nerven aus Stahl wenn Du vorhast selvst zu fahren. Ich empfehle es nicht! Ich konnte im Zimmer kochen, was angenehm aber nicht absolut notwendig war. Werde dort wieder buchen.
