- Matthew (8/5): - The view was fantastic. The area is ok with good beach access and markets close by. The room is spacious. That said the finishing in the room is cheap. The laminate around the kitchen sink was peeling and yhe closet doors were jammed. The plumbing has some type of poor installation as the sewage smells would come up through the drains unless they were covered. Not the best stay i have had but it was comfortable enough for a few days
- Hala (1/5): Bad - This was a really bad experience overall, starting from check-in: I had to wait hours before my room was even assigned, and when I finally got in, it was a complete mess, dirty and not cleaned after the previous guests! I then had to wait another 30 minutes for the cleaning service, and even after that the room was still dirty! it was clear they weren’t using proper cleaning products or sanitizers! the towels were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, the curtain was lying on the floor, and when I asked the cleaning lady to fix it, she just folded it and put it in the cupboard, so I had to partially fix it myself just to block light and sun while sleeping! the location is also terrible if you want any rest: it’s in one of the noisiest parts of Batumi, with loud music from surrounding bars and restaurants blasting until early morning, during my stay, other guests on my floor were screaming and singing drunk in the corridor at midnight, and there was no security to stop them!! anyone can enter the building since the elevators don’t require an access card, so it didn’t feel safe at all!! the photos are also misleading: the washing machine shown wasn’t even connected or working! when I contacted them about the terrible state of the room, they finally showed up on the last night of my stay just to change the sheets and towels, overall, I can’t recommend this place at all, it was one of the worst stays I’ve had!

- Dmitri (10/5): - The hotel was very good everything went well. Firstly location near beach 2 minutes way from sea, high floor with nice view. In the room was everything whatever you need, kitchen big fridge , iron to and fast internet .. specially the host was very helpful he did everything show us room and explain all details, give us recommendations anytime was online to answer us . We will go back to this hotel

- abdul (10/5): - The apartment was clean, linens appeared professionally laundered and very clean. Everything in the apartment was in working order. It wasn't the "Ritz Carlton", don't get me wrong. , It is a nice clean functional studioapartment good for long or short stay. In my humble opinion, it is a good budget option. The managers were responsive and available to answer any questions that I had.

The apartment was in a good location, there was a shopping center, shops, restaurants and cafes around. And most importantly the apartment was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything.

- Ali (4/5): Orbit otel hayal kırıklığı. - Otelin konumu olsun dışarıdan görünüşü olsun mükemmel. Fakat dışı seni içi beni yakarın vücut bulmuş hali gibiydi. Daha ilk resepsiyona girişte beton gibi ve kaba davranışlarıyla karşılayan bir resepsiyonda duran bir insan ile karşılandık. 5 dakika köşede bekleyin diyerek neredeyse 1 saat ayakta beklemek durumda kaldık. Onun sebebi ise otel apart olduğundan belli başlı dairelerin sahipleri otel değilmiş. Şahıs yada ikinci bir firma üzerinden rezervasyon yapılmış. Odada havlu mutfak gereçleri tamdı. Duş almak isterseniz terlik maalesef yok. Bizi odaya götürürsen kişiye iki kez talepte bulunduk. Gelmeyince resepsiyona inip istedik fakat odaya bizi getiren kişiden istememizi söyledi. O kişiye ulaşmak imkansız. Oda soğuk ve yetersiz klima nedeniyle ısınmadı. Tv ve internet iyidi. Bir daha konaklama yapar mıyım? Tabiki hayır! Az daha fazla ödeyerek daha konforlu bir yerde kalmayı tercih ederim.

Apartment has it self all necessary equipment. Fridge,washing machine, microwave, electric cattle, electric owen. Iron , hair dryer. I strongly recommend.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Basic apartments - These apartments are often renovated and rented out by the owner so each unit can be very different in terms of quality/decor etc. They are not luxury but basic apartments. I did like my stay as it was more spacious than a hotel, had a washing machine if needed, secure wifi, kitchenette-though limitted dishes-and a great price. The owner in this case gave me a card for the lift (so I did not have to pay each time). Apartment was nice and warm on a sunny day (I did not see any heating system and this can be an issue in winter). There was air conditioners in each room. Totally recommend for anyone needing to stay in the area for longer. The property is in a pretty good location. Hallway had a moldy wall-the owner there obviously did not make repairs after a leak. Quality can vary greatly flat to flat.

Washing machine , microwave, fridge, kattle .TV . Internet and Wi-Fi. There is 24 houers reception and security. Room is woth sea wiev. First line of the sea. In the apartment they explaine me evrything abput the city. Good place where to go. Gave me good tourist information.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very good stay. The views were amazing. Clean, very up to date property. I enjoyed my stay. They could have sound proofed the walls as the walls were paper thin. A remedy to this is maybe don't have guests stay next to each other in close proximity. The staff were very helpful. I would stay at this property again. My stay at Batumi was a very good experience. Would like to visit again.
