- Alice (1/5): SCAMMERS - PAY ATTENTION - I had very bad experience at this hostel as never before in +40 countries visited. First day I've been scammed by hotel travel agent Sultan that sold me a tour to Agra for 200 euro (most expensive on web sold at 45 euro). Then they sold me a train ticket to Varanasi (paid more than double its price on final receipt) that was wrongly issued, so I ended up somewhere else in the middle of nothing at 5am and had to arrange private transfer as it best in that situation. No one was sorry for this mistake but I got guaranteed a refund that I never received. No any invoice was issued to me for the services i bought. Concerning the Hotel, it really doesn't worth its price at all for its very low value, horrible rooms, uncomfortable bed. You're plenty of options in the same are.

- Dulanwick (8/5): Reasonable price - They were doing some repairs on the hotel by the time of my booking. So i was given a room in another hotel which doesn't look like the pictures but it was ok. Room was clean, no loud noises, good running shower and there was hot water also.

- Ginolondon (1/5): SCAM - stay away! Read other reviews to verify - ***ABSOLUTE SCAM*** I booked a private room, because I wanted my own space while at the same time have the hostel experience. 1 hour before I arrived, they sent me a Whatsapp stating they have booked me in a sister hostel. They provided the location. I finally stayed in Yes Boss, which is totally different. I didn't make a complaint at the time because I thought it might have a common area to socialise, a rooftop to chill etc... Instead the hotel was filthy, smelly toilet and the roof top was there to dry clothing or smoke. No socialising. This hotel works with other hotels to put guests in other places. Total scam - typical in India and other parts of the world. Everything. SCAM SCAM SCAM

It is still a construction site! - Nothing When we arrived it was a construction site, we had to go to another hotel (Hindustan backpackers) - and the construction of the hotel is clearly not going to end soon. No discount. The manager was very rude. The rooms were bad compared to their price. And in the end he hasn’t even accorded us a late check out, while we had food poisoning. The worst experience we’ve had in India!!

- Robert (6/5): Super Value - I was actually moved to 'Yes Boss' on the Main Bazaar street. The room had 24hr service and basic working amenities. Hot shower/ A/C & WiFi. Finding it was an adventure, through an interesting area. Otherwise it served its purpose

- Trevor (4/5): Don't stay here - Nothing really comes to mind The place was closed for renovation, but it was filthy, in a dirt alleyway off a filthy street. They told me I has to go to another of their hostels Yes Boss Backpacker Heaven. This had no TV in any room, the Air Con never worked. You had to ask for hot water 10 minutes before you wanted to use it. Again the entrance was down a filthy entrance passage off a dirty street.

There is nothing specific that I disliked, the level of service is at the upper end of what I would expect for the price.

- Angelica (6/5): Good location for a short stay - It’s next to the main bazar, restaurants and shops so you don’t have to use any tuk-tuk, taxi or metro unless you have to go somewhere specific or to the airport. My room didn’t have any windows, it’s not the best thing not having natural light coming inside the room.

- Jakob (8/5): Very good money-for-value option in central location with good access to public transport and very friendly and helpful - -Very central location near New Delhi Railway and Metro Station made public transport very accessible. Especially the Yellow Line (Metro) is useful for daytrips to tourist sites such as Chandni Chowk, Red Fort, Hauz Kas, Asian Games Village or the Lodi Colony. Also staying near the Main Bazar Rd gives you lots of options with regard to souvenirs and food (Rattan Vaishno Hotel near the Railway Station was my favourite). -Supply of towels and toilet paper (Western toilet) were a Plus -Staff was very friendly and attentive Bed sheets and the room itself were clean, the bathroom could have had some more attention. Overall cleanliness about average to good by Indian standards.

- William (3/5): Poor - I think it was maybe a good location to the station but stay elsewhere Dodgy location that requires going down a alley usually resigned for a man in need of a piss Mould ridden rooms, every wall No sound proofing so pretty loud through the walls with windows that don't shut Oh and you can here the people in rooms above you and beside you and of course the people in your own dorm using the bathrooms.
- Deepak (1/5): Please dont stay in this property - There is nothing to be like about this property Its inside a very small lane. Rooms were smelling bad, bedsheets were stained and bathroom fittings were old and loose. Overall i don’t recommend this place. You will find better hotels in the lane.

- Kisskadosa (6/5): Its not a hostel - Place with a lot of different room-types. There is hot water, blankets are okay, bathroom is okay, towels included. Its located in a very narrow, nasty, shady street. Smell of pee and other stuff. There is ZERO community place. So if you expect a hostel, forget this one. The dorms were very loud because it was impossible to close the windows. Altough there is a small rooftop terrace, I have no idea why they not renovate it a bit, or clean it at least... (It was super cold when I stayed there in January. But i mean, that was true to any other place as well, its just that you cannot close the window as we mentioned.)

- Emma (10/5): Safe haven in middle of busy Delhi - Despite being in a hectic area, the hostel is very comfortable and felt like a safe space amongst the craziness. All staff at reception are lovely, especially mr Manoj - he is very attentive and always willing to help! Not your typical ‘hostel’ vibe but its centre of Delhi, met lots of cool travellers and the location is super central. Pretty noisy outside - but again, what can you expect in this area?

Also make sure to book an Uber, it’s cheaper, instead of hostel pick up for 700 Inr

The inaccessible location and the absence of a phone for reception contact added frustration to the mix. These issues took a toll on the overall experience. - Ella (6/5): Okay for a couple of nights - It’s down a small alley but it’s a good location, near the market and lots of restaurants, not far from the train station either. The staff are helpful and will help you plan any trip if you require. Shower was hot. The rooms are basic and ours smelt like a pet shop, (a bit like mouse wee maybe?) and the bathroom is tiny, but it’s all manageable for a couple of nights. We ended up moving somewhere else for the rest of our stay in Delhi.

- Kushala (10/5): Stay here when in Delhi!! - This hostel has been consistently reliable! The private rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable for a few days stay. We ended up back here multiple times throughout our trip… the staff have been beyond hospitable with every return. Location is central- very close to New Delhi station and Connaught Place, so you can get anywhere in Delhi. Recommend!
