- Patty (4/5): - Couldn't beat the price and beds were comfortable. A lot of miscommunication about early check in as we already arrived within the area in the early afternoon. Responses were very slow and almost seemed they did not want to communicate. We were rather just wanting to see if it was possible to drop our bags off, but wwe were turned away for that as well. Was told the checkin is at 5pm! Sat for 5 hours outside near the building and reached out multiple times for any news or updates , The staff never seemed to care. At 5pm, the cleaners just showed up to clean the rooms! Asked what the issue was and was told a slight delay is occurring with the rooms being cleaned. Nice location with great prices and rooms were clean, but the communication from the staff and the lack of hospitality is a turn off. Shower was clogged as well.

Molto comodo il bar situato proprio di fronte la struttura ,a pochi metri sulla sinistra. Zona tranquilla e ben servita, inoltre l’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile durante il soggiorno. Assenza di asciugamani per il viso e un tappetino per la doccia. Come suggerimento di miglioramento, sarebbe stato utile un sapone generico per le mani.

- Rosi (1/5): Mai più. - Letto grande, parcheggio in strada facile da trovare Gli orari del check-in e check-out non sono per niente flessibili. La stanza era piena di insetti ed un grosso millepiedi sul muro. Lo scarico del bagno è rotto. Manca il tappetino della doccia. La Tv non è una Smart tv. La donna delle pulizie è entrata in camera aprendo direttamente con le chiavi, senza prima bussare.

- Piotr (6/5): Niestety się nie wyspaliśmy przez hałas z ulicy. - Nasz pobyt był krótki, ponieważ wylądowaliśmy ok północy. Na plus samodzielne check-in oraz bliskość lotniska. Zależało nam, aby się wyspać przed dalszą podróżą. Niestety okna wychodzą na ulicę i nie są dobrze wyciszone. Przez co było słychać każdy samochód prawdopodobnie przejeżdżający przez studzienkę kanalizacyjną i uderzający o nią kołem. W pokoju nie było zbyt czysto. Personel powinien zwrócić uwagę na kaloryfer pod oknem- był bardzo brudny oraz czystość we wnęce z oknem w łazience i na ścianie.

Piazzetta di fronte dove è facile trovare posteggio per auto. Doccia ampia e caldissima . Hanno sbagliato all'inizio e mi hanno dato una stanza vuota, ero stanco dal viaggio e mi è venuto il panico perché invece di farmi la doccia e mettermi a letto ho dovuto telefonare e risolvere la cosa. Fuori dalla finestra , traffico tutta la notte.

- Fiona (8/5): Unique room with nearby good links to airport - We had a nice stay in this cool room. Very unique with its huge stable like doors. Good shower and a large comfy bed. Great pizza restaurant near by and good links to nearby airport Check-in is very late at 17:00 and I am aware it does say this. We asked if there was anyway we could drop of our bags a couple of hours earlier so we could explore Bari but were told this wasn’t possible, which was a shame. We did get an email at about 14:00 to say our accommodation was ready but had already made alternate arrangements for our luggage at our B&B in Lecce who allowed us to keep our luggage with them after we checked out.

The on-line booking process and self check-in, allowed us to enter our accommodation even with a late flight. Accommodation was very clean and in an historic building. Dopo aver chiamato ripetutamente il titolare della struttura, che non si degna di rispondere al telefono per mezz'ora ma si limita a risponderci per messaggio, dicendoci che era impossibile che non ci fossero le chiavi... Dopo avergli inoltrato la foto della keybox aperta e vuota, mi invita ad andare in un magazzino a prendere il doppione (considerate che era circa mezzanotte), dopo aver preso il doppione vado per aprire la stanza, e sorpesa....!!!!! In quella che sarebbe dovuta essere la mia stanza, triovo altre persone dormire, tutto questo nel pieno della notte, mettendo a rischio la mia incolumità e quella della mia compagna. Dopo aver chiesto di trovarci un'altra soluzione come era loro dovere, si sono limitati a dirci che ci avrebbero rimborsato quanto versato. L unico albergo che ci ha potuto ricevere a quell ora è stato un albergo nei pressi Dell aeroporto dove abbiamo pagato la modica cifra di euro 150 per una sola notte.. Ridottasi a quel punto a 3 ore di sonno poiché alle 6 di mattina avevamo un volo... Booking dovrebbe selezionare con maggiore attenzione i gestori delle strutture...
- McLean (5/5): It’s an okay property to stay at for a short term period. Maybe 1-2 days. - Very spacious. I didn’t like the access process of the property, it was quite a struggled to get in at first and the instructions on how to operate the key box and open the main door was not clear.

La mer est à quelques minutes à pied et la ville est résidentielle donc très calme mais avec plusieurs commerces ce qui est agréable. L’aéroport a quelques minutes en voiture très pratique. Nous avons reçu toutes les informations pour accéder à l’appartement en tout autonomie avant notre arrivée.

Nessuna bevanda fornita nemmeno l'acqua. Stanza molto rumorosa a causa della posizione adiacente l entrata nella corte con le autovetture. Presenti solo 2 stampelle per l'armadio.

Abbiamo chiamato per far funzionare il clima ma ci è stato detto che sarebbe partito dopo qualche minuto (15 con l esattezza). Siamo arrivati alle 00:45 e non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d acqua nel frigo, costrette a bere l acqua del rubinetto perché a quell ora non c era nulla di aperto.

Prezzo contenuto. Asciugacapelli rotti, soffione della doccia rotto, assenza di asciugamani per il viso, neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua a disposizione. Ho avuto difficoltà a prelevare la chiave dalla key box e l’assistenza era solo attraverso un sms.

- anna (8/5): - Posizione comoda e location molto bella, zona silenziosa e ben servita. Nessuna difficoltà con il check-in on line. Camera e bagno spaziosi, arredo semplice ma funzionale. Piccolo appunto sulla pulizia, abbiamo trovato un pò di polvere sui comodini, sarà stata una svista, peccato perchè per il resto nulla da dire. Una piccola cortesia che potrebbe fare la differenza potrebbe essere avere almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua all'arrivo, considerando che, come nel mio caso sono arrivata alle 23, e non c'era nulla di aperto dove poterla comprare. Altro appunto è la presenza di un solo rotolo di carta igienica, che per tre giorni non è sufficiente per una coppia, questo crea un disagio perchè devi per forza andarlo a comprare. Basterebbe davvero poco per rendere il soggiorno impeccabile. Pulizia e set di cortesia

- Alessandra (8/5): Un soggiorno di una notte piacevole e comodo soprattutto per la posizione della struttura. Ottima qualità/prezzo - Struttura molto carina e tranquilla. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto. Comodità di parcheggi gratuiti a pochi metri dalla struttura. Nonostante non ci sia stato nessun genere di contatto umano (check in/ check out online), era tutto molto chiaro. Nessuna difficoltà di accesso. Avrei gradito una maggiore attenzione nel set di cortesia. Apprezzata invece la macchinetta del caffè e le capsule a disposizione. Così come la tipologia di camera, davvero molto carina.
