- Fatma (10/5): Huzur ve görsel şölenin adresi. - Merhaba, Şamdan otelde Pamukkale ziyareti için ailemle gittim. İlk girişten , çıkışa kadar ilgi ve alaka ile karşılaştık. Özellikle çalışan arkadaşımız sn . Fatih bey her bir sorumuza, ihtiyacımıza memnuniyetle ve güleryüzle alakadar oldu. Hem sağlıklı bir gün için termal havuzdan ve banyodan yararlanmak , hem de doğanın bize sunduğu görsel şöleni izlemek , tarihi seyretmek için çok ideal bir otel. Teyzemin ısrarları üzerine Eylül sonu yine ziyaret edeceğiz. Tabi ki adresimiz yine Şamdan hotel olacak. Yemekleri , temizliği, huzuru güler yüzlü çalışanları ile her daim tercih noktamız olacaktır. - Norma (6/5): - Thermal pool was nice, very hot and relaxing. Outdoor pool was very clean and enjoyable. Rooms were very dated and need attention. Air conditioner worked great. Staff was friendly. Signage is not in English so hard to know what’s going on.
