• Delmar (7/5): - The breakfast was ok. We stayed at the hotel because we were specifically looking for a place with a SPA. However, during check‑in we were informed that the SPA was not included and that it cost 90 euros for one hour of Jacuzzi. This is very overpriced compared to other nearby hotels where the SPA is included in the room rate. We tried to discuss the situation with the manager, but she did not even apologize for the misunderstanding. While we were talking to her, another guest complained about the exact same issue. A more understanding attitude from the manager would have helped us deal with the frustration caused.

Zimmer sind groß und die Dame an der Rezeption ist besonders freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut aber könnte besser sein.

• Katharina (8/5): - Die Lage an der Straße ist okay, denn die Fenster sind gut isolieren. In 2 min. ist man an der sehr langen und schönen Promenade und am Yachthafen. In der Saison kann man sicherlich schöne Bars und Restaurants besuchen, im April hatte leider vieles noch geschlossen oder es wurde gearbeitet, renoviert und für die neue Saison Instand gesetzt. Das Frühstück war liebevoll gestaltet, mit vielen leckererein die man nicht kennt und einfach mal probieren sollte.

На рецепції був дуже непривітний працівник , сказав що парковки нема паркуйся на вулиці, або біля готелю який не працює далі по вулиці, перший раз я зустрічаю в описі , що є парковка але насправді для великого готелю 9 паркомість це мало. Опис не відповідав дійсності.

Everything we tried was very tasty, and the portions are very generous! • Service: the restaurant team provided excellent service. They were attentive, fast, and very professional. • Having free parking right outside the hotel was a huge plus and made our stay completely stress-free.
• Anne (9/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - Perfect location, nice rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, staff friendly and good bathrooms Internet was terrible however at reception they have SIM cards that can be used while in Montenegro cheapest package was €15, staff need to tell guests on arrival as I didn’t know about it till day 3 and that’s not because anyone had told me I just came across them. The TV’s in the room are not smart TV’s so bring your fire stick.

• Milena (7/5): - The location was good, a few minutes walk from the main walking area next to the sea. Staff was kind. The price was fair. I wouldn't say it's a 4 star hotel, more like 3 star. They have spa & wellness in name, but in reality they had a few amenities without the pool (the pool opens when the season starts). Sound isolation was not the best, as we could hear other guests talking in the room above ours.

• Djordje (6/5): Испод очекиваног за хотел са 4 звездице. - Доручак је био добар. Поглед на море - није поглед на море, већ се види врло мало мора како вири изнад кровова објеката који су испред. Такође, уз хотел је магистрала, па се константно чује саобраћај. Много ситних детаља који кваре утисак: неисправно дугме водокотлића, зарђала полица за купке у туш кабини, оштећене плочице у туш кабини као и буђа на фугнама, напукао лабаво, оштећен екран ТВ-а, у соби си стално осећа нека влага. Тако је било код нас у соби, не знам да ли је у свакој тако. У теретани је изузетно загушљиво.

• Ana Rita (1/5): Péssima experiência - a não repetir - Gostamos de todo o tempo fora do hotel, a baia de Kotor é maravilhosa, fomos muito bem tratadas em todos os lados. Marcamos este hotel especificamente pelo spa. Não havia qualquer anúncio ou aviso ao fazermos a reserva de que estava completamente fechado (o que não é estranho em temporada baixa, mas os outros hotéis avisam). Ao chegarmos e perguntarmos a atitude das funcionárias foi péssima, respondeu a primeira que quem tinha feito isso foi a colega, que lhe perguntasse a ela. Não houve qualquer pedido de desculpas ou sequer um lamento pela situação, que obviamente nao tentaram compensar como se faz nestes casos. O quarto era pequeno, ouve-se muito o ruído de outros quartos e da canalização. O pequeno almoço também estava a meio gás, péssimo, é pedido por carta e os ovos vêm a banhar em oleo. Nao está perto do centro, caminha.se ainda bastante, a entrada ao estacionamento fica logo depois duma curva. Mas tudo isto seria menor se os funcionários fossem minimamente amáveis.
