- Verified traveler (4/5): - Zimmer viel zu klein, Dusche viel zu alt und verschmutzt, Matratzen total durchgelegen. Heizung ging nicht, erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen hat man dann einen mobilen Heizkörper bekommen. Wände so dünn, dass man die Nachbarzimmer bei normaler Sprachlautstärke so verstanden hat, wie wenn sie neben einem stehen. Die guten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 地下鉄の駅やバス停、どちらからも徒歩6-7分の距離、繁華街のカザン大聖堂付近からでも歩く事ができます。 ホテルは写真で見るよりも古めかしく感じました。 室内は狭く、スーツケースを2つ広げるのも大変です。 また、中庭に面した向かいのクラブからは真夜中まで音楽が聞こえてきました。 スタッフの方々、特に朝食会場の方はとてもにこやかで感じがよかったです。

No me gustó la ducha: poco caudal y dificultad para encontrar un punto aceptable entre agua caliente y fría. Además, el piso del baño irradiaba mucho calor. El desayuno, mediocre...

- Karolin (10/5): - Hotel propre et tout neuf situé à quelques minutes à pieds de l Ermitage et des autres monuments à visiter. Chambre tres confortable. De plus le réceptionniste parle français. Je me suis luxé le genou et le réceptionniste est venu avec moi en ambulance pour m aider a l hôpital et ensuite aller checher médicaments et l atele. Je ne peux que conseiller cet hôtel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - l'hôtel est conforme à la description, la chambre était superbe ! en revanche, la couette était trop petite et avec le chauffage qui fonctionnait peu nous avons eu un peu froid. heureusement, l'hôtel met à disposition dans la chambre un chauffage d'appoint ! très bien. seul bémol, la propreté de la douche : des traces de moisissures sur le rideau et des joints qui mériteraient d'être nettoyés plus souvent. mais nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre passage dans cet établissement !
- Henrik (8/5): Clean, modern with very friendly staff - Very clean hotel with great staff. Located on a very interesting street with a lot of history, nice cafes and ecletic shops. Reading some of the reviews before booking, I have found people complaning about thin walls and noice coming from the courtyard bars or building works on the street. I had a room facing the street and was not disturbed with by my neighbours or noise from the street. Would definitely stay here again.

- Vince (10/5): Kleines aber feines Hotel... - Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind zwar nicht riesig und das Frühstück gibt es auf Zimmer aber alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Frühstück schmackhaft und ausreichend. Zu Fuß alles schnell zu erreichen. 24 Stunden Shops nur 100m entfernt. Können wir nur empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen. :-)
