• RUGHOO (5/5): Rather good. - No breakfast was available. The hotel location was very convenient to attend Darshan at Kulwant Hall. Shops around the hotel allowed us to do our shopping easily. The verbal communication was minimum. We were not informed not to open windows because of monkeys roaming around, The door of the bathroom is too near the sleeping area.

Laundry service was fast Cleanliness and Housekeeping was very good Feedback - Wifi was down for 2 of our 4 days stay and TV was not working at all throughout the stay (staff just mentioned no signal and no attempt to fix the problem)

• Sandhya (9/5): Decent and pleasant stay.. - The clean rooms, clean sheets ,pillows and clean bathroom. The room service is quick and the staff is always kind and obliging. The bathroom fittings are wobbly..the bed and cot were extremely creaky and disturbing our sleep. Although a decent stay, way too expensive for the quality provided.

• Sumithra (8/5): Excellent proximity to Mandir and comfortable stay - Food in the restaurant downstairs was excellent. We ate there for all 3 meals. Cook and customer service at the restaurant was wonderful. Location was excellent. Can walk to the mandir in early mornings all alone. One of the bathrooms we could smell the drainage. The drainage needs to be cleaned so the bathrooms don’t smell bad.

• Darshini (10/5): Good location, humble staff with little improvement needed - Very easy access to Prashanti Nilayam, walking distance to Gopuram Gate. Next to Sai Towers and the restaurant food is good. Very humble staff, their customer service is commendable, especially the duty manager during the day time. The hotel room is good for 4 pax, and it is a suite. Cleanliness, but understandable that they are upgrading the place. Floor is dusty.

• Pravinkumar (6/5): An average hotel - Location is good The main areas of dissatisfaction were 1. Air-conditioning in room Setting temp at 16•°c only blew air of something like 21/23°c. I reported at the front desk, and I was told it would be looked, but I did not see anyone come. 2. Fan in room. No matter how high setting it was set to, it only rotated at one set speed. 3. Air conditioning in lobby There were 2 air conditioning units, but both worked intially and then started blowing hot and cold air intermittently. 4. The front desk was not manned all the time. On a few occasions, I had to help myself with the room key by going behind the front desk. Getting the key was not an issue, but anyone could have walked behind the front desk and got key to my room and could have gotten access to our personal belongings.

• Yarisha (1/5): Horrible - The one male staff member sent me inappropriate messages which led me to finding alternate accomodation. The rooms and reception were always dirty. Staff could not accomodate many requests that are normal in hotels. No value for money. I will not stay here again.

• Veena (2/5): Very unsatisfactory - I liked that the location of the hotel was very convenient and safe. The services with regards to the requests were satisfactory. The beds had big red ants all over. The bathroom door lock was not working. The bathroom door had a crack open too. After raising the complaint, the staff moved us to two rooms from one family suite that we all had previously booked. We agreed to it, having no choice, but even that room had lots of red ants and faulty bathroom doors. The concerning part is during the nights, the reception call was not attended to. When we went down to reception, there was no one there. We had no choice but to stay in the same room, taking the risk of sleeping around the red ants. And when asked about this in the morning, the receptionist was so unprofessional and an attitude that it has nothing to do with him. He would not even share the manager's number for us. He plainly asked us to pay the amount and when told that if I am not given manager's number to raise complaint, I will go ahead and put this on google review, he agreed to it and asked us to do whatever we intended. We even told him about the severity of not handling the issues on the spot and about the consequences of negative reviews on their business, it did not matter to him. The negligence he showed is super pissing, and I am sorry I cannot recommend this place to anyone hereafter.
