- Johanna (10/5): - Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab viel Auswahl. Das Hostel liegt sehr zentral also sehr empfehlenswert!!

Incluso nos dejó hacer el checkin antes de la hora, lo que nos vino estupendo. Nos pasaron recomendaciones de la zona y las que probamos fueron estupendas. La habitación estaba muy bien y todo limpio y ordenado. El desayuno maravilloso!! Un día escuchamos el aspirador a las 7:30 y creo que es demasiado pronto

A Carla foi bastante atenciosa e preocupada com o nosso bem estar. A localização é excelente! Quando voltar à Terceira certamente voltarei a este hostel! Tenho pena de só ter ficado uma noite pois foi por ter feito escala na Terceira para outras ilhas.

- Marius Razvan (10/5): - The Hostel has Hotel characteristics, is located in the city center, next supermarket about 13 m away, next coffee and bagel shop 10 m away. So basically, everything is close. You can see the Cathedral in 4 minutes. It is clean, the bed was great, it has very friendly administrators and receptionists, the breakfast is ok, I recommend it. It is a lovely place.

Schönes & ruhiges Zimmer im 3.Stock mit Terrasse (301) & Blick über die herrliche Altstadt & Monte Brasil. Sehr gepflegt das gesamte, modern ausgebaute Altstadthaus mit großzügiger Gemeinschaftsküche. Keinerlei Kleiderhaken/aufhängungen im Zimmer. Im Kleiderschrank fehlt eine Ablage für Pulli/Hose/Strümpfe etc. Ich bat um eine Leselampe, da die Lichtinstallation über dem Bett nicht gerade gemütlich war. Alles nur praktische & individuelle Kleinigkeiten. Zur Straße hin durch Kopfsteinpflaster sehr laut.
