• Shara (10/5): Excellent location and amenities - We loved staying here! I was a little worried about staying in a place without a front desk, but our questions via were answered via Whatsapp almost immediately. The apartment was well stocked, and guests are able to get extra towels and things from the basement laundry room (two washers and two dryers -- very handy!). Beds (main and sofa) were comfy, toiletries were nice, and towels were oversized and soft. Good air conditioning too (it was not hot, but we had some sunny days that warmed up). Overall, this was a really luxurious stay with all the amenities we could ask for. Excellent transport links. Our room was quiet and we were not facing the train station. Really hope we will be back sooner than later!

• Don (10/5): AMAZING Stay - Absolutely amazing place to stay that I will recommend to any one who asks. You are 5 mins (or less) from Farringdon train station that has 4 main tube lines so getting around is amazingly easy and fast. The area is packed with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the a grocery store. The room was incredibly comfortable, great amenities, water and snacks for us upon check i and overall just amazing from start to finish. The pre and post check in communications were spot on and everyone was lined up and ready to help when we did need to reach out for help. Can't say enough about how wonderful this place was and we WILL use it again if we come to London....it will be our first place to look for a room.

• Shawn (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great as it is just beside the Farringdon Tube Station. There were several eateries and grocery stalls (Tesco, Sainsbury's) in its vicinity. The hygiene standards of the unit need improvement. (The cleaning schedule needs to be improved)
• Thomas (6/5): Good accomodation, just be wary of proximity to station/pub & all the extra noise that brings. - Very hot weather & no fans in unit but staff were very accommodating & supplied new fans promptly. Proximity to station means you get a lot of noise with drunk travellers from pub 50m away, trucks collecting rubbish each night & over the speaker announcements, so just be aware. Also, they want to do personal check-in & will.slug you GBP50 so be aware if you arrive after 8pm they will insist on late checkin fee which I think is a bit of a joke. They have it in their T&C so beware when booking. Unit is a little patched up with swelling in wet areas with chipboard swelling, but you are not staying at the the Ritz but basic handyman jobs is all that is needed. TV also just uses a cheap portable aerial so TV reception is pretty poor. Fridge also not very cold. Reasonable accomodation for a quick stop base & central for tourists. & a very nice area for pubs/restaurants.
• Catherine (7/5): Prime location but deserves some tender loving care and improvement - The location is good and the apartment is spacious One needs to give the exact time of arrival to collect the key. After 3 mm delays I was contacted to know where I was. The information about the storage of the luggage was not clear in the advertisement. The place is 25 mm walk from the apartment so inconvenient with heavy luggage. There are no blinds in the bedroom or they are broken so it is not dark. The place can be noisy as there is no double glazing on the windows. There is no kitchen towel in the kitchen. The equipment in the kitchen is the very very strict minimum. The shower door does not close properly. There is no decoration so the place is quite plain whereas there is such a potential.

• Terance (10/5): Great apart hotel in the middle of London - Little noisy being so close to Farringdon station, but apart from that it’s a great location, lots of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Rooms were great, well maintained, clean and spacious. Only one tube stop from kings Cross makes it easy to get to. Had a slight issue getting my access codes but was sorted extremely efficiently by calling the helpline.

Too expensive for experience it offers. - Building was ok, interior was refurbished Wasn't the location they have advertised. they advertise the best pictures of multiple apartments but then they arbitrary decide where to put you. Our apartment was looking onto station so sounds we're crazy. Vibrations of trains arriving are felt in all rooms. Bathroom is subpar, bathtub is poorly refurbished. We couldn't turn off water so it has been dripping constantly. Well that's their problem. Small 'queen' bed. No AC! If you're coming during summer prepare for to be cooked since the apartment windows look towards south.
• Dipti (6/5): Pleasant - apartment was clean and good location. They fixed some of things which were out of order. Dishwasher was out of order. Bathroom shower not functioning, which they fixed. TV cable not working which they kind of manage to fix. Internet connection choppy. Shower and shampoo bottle pumps not working. Basics like couple of washing machine tablets, cleaning wipes or cooking salt etc. not provided. Just a couple of sachets of sugar and a few teabags for 5day 3people stay. Only one cooking pot, the second was huge. Coffee machine with no coffee powder.
• Subodh (1/5): The staff behavior was rude, cleaning not provided at all. very noisy place. - The Check-in was very tough process. The guy didn't provide us the key until we paid him the late check-in fees, he was like first you pay then I will give you the keys. Even there was no lift so taking the luggage up was a difficult task. The staff refused to provide support to take the luggage. The staff behavior was rude, the place is very noisy with the trains and the people around the corner. They apartment didn't provide any cleaning, even after paying the cleaning charge of 100 pound was taken, but they said it's for post vacating the flat. The apartment guys said you have to do all the flat clean cleaning for the duration of our stay, even the garbage cleaning the bathroom, towel clean they will not do. After I logged the complaint and following up 100 times, they provided 1 cleaning service for my 7 days stay, that too with 48-hour prior request. We go on tour to relax and spend time with family, but I felt that they are asking us to clean the apartment instead of spending time with family. They don't provide any kind of cleaning service, we have to manage our own cleaning.

• Nadine (3/5): Not as advertised, completely different apartment with lots of things broken / not working - Property was two tube stops and a bit of a walk away from the tube, not location as advertised. Also not the pictures of the apartment which was much more dated and one of the bedrooms was so squashed you couldn't even reach the window to open or close. Lots of things broken, curtains so small they don't cover the entire window frame etc. no hot water in one of the showers. Tried to contact the property to ask them to give us advertised property and they didn't reply to messages and when called basically said tough. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't stay here again.

• Steve (7/5): Good apartment, just needs a few things fixing. It's in a great location. - The apartment was nice and clean, we were on the third floor, so there was not as much noise from the train station across the road. There was a TV, fridge etc, all the things you'd expect. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The lounge had a large sofa bed and bedding was supplied for all 3 of us. If you drive, there is a car park a minute away which costs us £50 for 30 hours or so. If you arrive by train, it's right opposite the train station, literally a minutes walk. If you want to get around London go to the train station and get on the CIRCLE LINE (the yellow one), this will take you to all the main tourist spots. The floors are all laminated, so quite slippy, take slippers ;) There are 3 things that need addressing, one of them needs urgent attention: 1. The front door to the properly is NOT secure, you can easily open it just by pushing the door. They have used screws instead of a locking plate for the catch and this does not work. 2. The shower is rubbish and probably one of the worst I've used in a long time, the bracket is broken, and it is a tap fed shower like back in the 80's. It really should have a decent shower unit fitted. 3. There was no Wi-Fi, I was there for work and needed to connect my laptops but could not.
• Haroon (6/5): Overall it was a good one, minus the noises from the street in the night. - Amazing location. As its close to the station, there are noises throughout the night. Also, you might want ear plugs to sleep throughout the night as noises from the street gets pretty loud.

• Oeyvind (5/5): Not as promissed - The location was close to most things in sparetime. The service from the landlords were good. The appartment was big. Internet: Working very good The appartment: The place was cold in general. The windows are not well enough isolated for heat or sound proofing. The duvet in the beds was for summer temperatures. The appartment is not even close to as modern as on the pictures on booking.com Sleep quality was horrendous given the cold and that the radiator did not work. Had to use the heating fan from the bathroom and open the door to be able to sleep at all. The bathroom was old and worn. The toalet seat slipped of the edge of the rim when you sat on it. TV: not working properly. The signal was slow at best. Not usable. Cleanness: Not clean enough. Would not bring my wife here. The location: When we ordered the place it was supposed to be close to the railroad station and close to the conference we were attending at the barbican. It was a 15 minute walk from the station and another 10-15 minutes from the conference we were attending. We ended up having to use a taxi. Not good considering the alternatives we had that were closer.
• Andy (3/5): Avoid - expensive and dirty - Location. Four flights and no lift is a drag. Tired and dirty apartment. Inconvenient check in arrangements and poor communications. No instructions in the flat, so waited 2 hours to get wifi code, delaying work. Noisy (despite claiming to be sound proofed) and overlooked. Bathroom poor - shower pathetic and broken. Dreadful. Have cancelled my next stay, for which they are still taking a payment. Avoid like the plague.

• Tim (6/5): Ok for a short stay. - Good location. Right next to Farringdon Station. Great Tapas restaurant on the same street. The wi-fi was hopeless. If they are going to use wifi for the TV, it must be a high standard. TV unwatchable. Odd position of the fridge. Toilet constantly running.

The apartment needed to be more comforbable with better quality seating, bed and bedding. The wifi was inadequate I also feel the apartment was expensive for the faciltities. I spend a lot of time in London and this was one of the more disappointing places
• Jayne (8/5): Great location - Fabulous location, we were in London for a training course at the goldsmiths centre, 2 mins walk away. 15 mins in a taxi from Euston. A walk away from covent garden, St Paul's and Westminster for strolls in the evening. Clean, perfect for a weekend away. It's quite noisy at night, I live in the countryside so not used to it. Not double glazed so you can hear every conversation outside and tannoy announcements at Farringdon Station.

• May (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent as it takes only a few minutes' walk to the station, and the staff are very good to respond any issues in the apartment that were found and fix them in the next day. It's quite noisy at night and earlier morning.
• Christelle (6/5): I would prefer a hotel stay - Big enough space. Well furnished Bed was small. Was on level 2 without a lift it was really hard to bring the luggage and a kid up. Also to check in early or check out late was completely impossible. We had to store our luggage somewhere after check out as we had a night flight and the storage office was way too far away.

• Barbara (5/5): Passable - The locations was great The communication with the office was not always easy (though some staff were lovely) and they rely too much on internet connections for us who want to be "off grid" during the holidays. Some facilities were not what we expected, in particular the toilet flusher was broken!

Grocery store next door and lots of shops around the corner. Iron and hair dryer tripped circuit immediately. No fan in the bathroom. Unpleasant odor. • Dean (3/5): Disappointed with the difficulty to communicate with TURNMILL APARTMENTS. - Location - good near tube station; but bad due to vagrants lingering around the area and untidiness of some parts of the streets outside Luggage storage was an option however a huge struggle to communicate with TURNMILL APARTMENTS. Could not accommodate luggage when we arrived and couldn't trust that they would answer any communication when we left so we booked our luggage at STASH. MAIN DIFFICULTY WAS COMMUNICATING WITH TURNMILL APARTMENTS ...
• Alison (8/5): We stayed as a group of friends x6 in London for the weekend . We didn’t want to stay in central London . This location - Location is fantastic . 30 seconds away from train station . Next door to the COOP.. Clean and comfortable accomodation . Nice toiletries too . Nothing
• Shashank (5/5): Nice - 1) Washroom door knob was broken 2) Wooden Carpet outside door lobby can give multple scare at mid night if somebody is coming 3) Building Entrance requires cleaning. Lot of useless stuff is kept behind the door.

• Laura (7/5): Good - Great location, close the the tube and some good pubs, nice living area. They have a luggage storage 10 minute walk away which was great for us! Bit loud at night, many stairs if you have a heavy suitcase, check in felt like a long process (especially after long day of travel) - had to text and then wait for the staff to arrive to hand the key.

• Kin (5/5): Great location but hard working on stairs. - Great location in Z1. Reasonably clean and look pretty much like the photo shown. Didn’t mention on the info that located on 4/F with no elevator. I almost got an heart attack when I carrying 6 luggage round trip up&downstairs. Shower drain clogged up during our stay but the property owner can arrange to fix it the next morning. Also the water heater is not properly working consistently.

• Dannyal07 (4/5): Disappointing, would not recommend - The host is communicative, friendly and quick to respond. The location is good, right next to Farringdon station so it was good for travelling. The apartment was not cleaned when we checked in (we checked in actually 2 hours after check in time, so they had some extra time to clean it). The host noticed this and got the cleaner to come right away, and gave us late check-in. But this was highly inconvenient because we were travelling with a 10 month old baby, and the host was informed of this. Even after cleaning the apartment was quite dirty, with mould in the shower and hair on the pillows. There is also no elevator and it's a climb to the 3rd floor. Would only recommend if you really need to stay next to the station, otherwise it's not worth the money.

• Ella (10/5): Perfect place for anyone looking to spend time exploring London for both business and pleasure. - Firstly, the space is fantastic. It looks decently sized in the photos but in person it is really spacious. I love the separation between the living/kitchen area and the bedroom, it really made it feel like a proper home while we were staying. The dining table and sofa bed were particular pluses for me. Also, the location! We were never far from anything and I don’t think I ever missed a train - barely took two minutes to get down the stairs and onto the tube! Only thing would be that one of the shower heads didn’t seem to work during our stay, but it was no big deal at all (as there were two! 😂) Something else would be that the oven was a bit confusing but that might just be me (I’m used to gas 😂)

It was honestly the smoothest experience I've had using bookings so far. Should out to the person who we checked in with. He was conversational and easy going. Nothing.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating given we had arrived earlier than the check in time. We had a slight issue with the hot water and this was rectified within 30 minutes. Close to a supermarket too. The sofa bed was comfy. Loud at night due to the train station. A lot of light is let in by the curtains and it seemed like one of the windows didn't close properly. Beds and sheets weren't the cleanest.

Windows don’t fit properly hence unnecessary noise from street. Needs fixing.

• Jane (7/5): Good but could be so much better with a bit more care & attention. - Spacious flat in good location for travel around London for work events. Poor attention to detail - TV didn’t work (& on checking reviews clearly hasn’t worked for a while); shower riser rail broken, bed awfully uncomfortable, bedding poor, bathroom floor needs attention, windows don’t close properly so noise from street could be avoided with some better care & attention.
• Carrie (5/5): Convenient location, but noisy - Convenient location, with many transportation options nearby. Convenient grab-and-go market down the block, lots of places to eat. Bustling area during weekday office hours. Easy check-in and storage of luggage. Area was noisy during the day and at night with a pub at the corner and busy train station across the street. Bring a sound machine if sensitive to noise. No lift, needed to walk up flights. No dish towels or napkins, only 1 roll of extra toilet paper. No locks on any of the interior doors, including the bathroom. Accommodations are a bit worn, but were fine for our needs.
