Maria (6/5): okay!! - The location is great, easy to go and come from. There are many restaurants around and very close by. Check in was ok. The bed was comfortable and the couch was nice with a good view of the parking lot. The bathroom was dirty, the towels were dirty with stains, I had to wash them myself. The hotel itself is very nice but the staff make you feel like your walking on eggshells, god forbid you cough in the wrong area!! Breakfast was supposed to be included with my booking but they declined that option and said i'd have to pay, I choose not to argue and just had breakfast elsewhere instead... you couldn't even sit in the lobby without them constantly staring at you making me feel very out of place.

Dequain (8/5): - The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms could use a bit of updating, as my first room had a musty odor and I requested to switch. The second room still had a slight smell, but it wasn’t as noticeable. I think it may have been due to the heat outside and the AC not blowing strongly at first. I let the front desk know, and they promptly sent someone to check it out. By the time I returned, everything was resolved and comfortable. The only other thing I’d note is that the shower could use some updating to feel more modern and refreshed.

Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable stay!! - The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. One little issue I had is whenever anyone was in the room above mine, I would hear stomping or loud noises come through the ceiling. Also-I requested my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t touched after I returned from the park I was visiting. I made sure to let the front desk know and they fixed it quickly and efficiently!! Amenities were plentiful, bed was comfortable, decent storage space in room, and bathroom was modern and clean. Microwave and fridge were a nice touch in room along with drink bar :). Hotel front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I appreciate them doing all they did to make sure my stay was a comfortable one and they delivered. I definitely want to stay again-rating is 100% and this hotel will make sure your stay has value and quality in mind!!!!

So it had a convenient location I booked with booking.com They had me in the system a first name last last name first one person in the courtyard side was not willing to figure out the issue but the manager on the Fairfield side was very nice and figured out the problem and got me and my wife checked in without problem.

Barbara (8/5): I would stay here again - Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again. I have family in ATL, but for reasons I won't get into, I was unable to stay with them this time. Customer service was fantastic And cleanliness of the room was 95% great! I deducted a star for two reasons: 1) The walls are a bit thin, so rowdy people in the hallways were clearly heard. 2) The interior designer chose a horrible wallpaper for the bathroom (one that could not be cleaned), so all 'toilet spray' shows up as lime green on the wall behind the toilet. I don't expect that hotels are 100% pristine but this was quite in-your-face. Bottom line: Would I stay here again? Absolutely!
Besita (10/5): Great management team and great facilities! - Great experience with Val and the groups team. I had a large booking (120 people) for a school event. From the beginning, all went so smoothly. They had everything waiting for my group check in and very nice facilities. No issues at all! I recommend working with the group team or just to spend time here if you are in the Atlanta area. Easy on and off the interstate and close to Six Flags!
Jessica (10/5): Cute and cozy - Stayed at this hotel with family for a relative baby shower nearby The staff was professional and friendly the rooms were clean and spacious the lobby and backyard area is decorated nicely and there’s a lounge area with a large TV and a small store in the lobby stocked with basic necessities They even have a little restaurant on the ground floor that has a Starbucks as well I would definitely stay here again and recommend

I recommend the Marriott to anybody every time I come to Atlanta that’s where I’m staying at cause I can catch the train and go all over Atlanta would have to hustle and bustle so if you plan on coming to Atlanta, this would be a great place to stay

There was no happy hour. No complimentary bottle of water. I paid almost $4 each for two sodas because I couldn't enjoy what was expected according to the website. Had to ask for hot water to fix some hot chocolate. This was my first time in Atlanta GA and very disappointed with the way I was overcharged when my room had already been paid for. Being charged for what was already paid for and told I would have to wait to get my money back

Sightsee05791191753 (2/5): Bad Experience... - When we opened the door, we were hit with a very strong musky Body Odor scent. Immediately cringed and looked at the sheets and found long blonde hairs intwined in the sheets. Complained to the front desk who immediately upgraded us to a suite. Again, we opened the door, and we were hit once again with a very strong musky Body Odor scent plus urine. Pulled back the bedding only to find more long blonde hairs and this time, there was a dead bug under the sheet. We complained again and housekeeping brought us freshly washed linen but not freshly washed comforter, when all the bedding was stank and we explained this when we complained that second time. So, yet again, we had to call and complain about the stanky comforter, so they brought us clean ones. I write this review because we were first of all soooo surprised that a COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT did not smell like bleach as it usually does at this hotel chain - I was shocked! But also, I write it so everyone knows that their bedding is not being washed after each guest checks out. The smell in the room lets you know it has not been cleaned. My last rant is that we stayed 3 nights and had to beg for clean towels, wash cloths and more toilet paper. This by far, was our WORST experience ever at a Courtyard By Marriott. In our opinion Courtyard By Marriott is close to being a Top-of-the-Line chain so we have pretty high expectations from them and I must admit, they failed us this time. Courtyard, you all must do better in this day of COVID19, Monkey Pox and whatever else can be contracted from laying on soiled bed sheets in a stranger's muck and yuck! Just do better Lithia Springs! Because the Courtyard by Marriotts we've stayed in previously have always smelled of Bleach and always have had clean bed linen, we will give Courtyard Marriott a chance to redeem themselves, but in another City and State. next time... Just do Better is all...

christopherlD8890XP (2/5): Terrible , go somewhere else - Do not stay here, you will regret it. I have been here since July 31st 2024, I am in room 327, I am still here until friday August 16th. I have had my room cleaned 2 times to date but they are supposed to come every other day. Motel 6 does a better job. The location is terrible because of massive amounts of traffic trying to go anywhere, there is no stop light and you will always have to uturn and to try and go get something basic to eat. The rooms are pretty bad, everything is banged up pretty good, laminate coming off the desk, tv stand, bathroom countertop, toilet paper holder is ripped off the way and just placed there. Super tiny fridge that doesnt keep anything cold. No good eating choices. All around pretty garbage. I stayed here because i have stayed at other courtyards and they were immaculate. The my place right next to this is better, You could probably go anywhere else and itsbetter, especially for this type of money, motel 6 is better legitimately. I figured I would stay here to have a little nicer stay, I cannot tell you how wrong I was. The hotel staff is very nice, super friendly no problems there. Just cant get them to clean the room as they say they will , even when you request they dont come and definitely needs a remodel. I have complained 3 times to the front desk who told the manager in charge of room cleaning, but its the exact same, save yourself a headache and being irritated.
