Without any dividers between the shower, sink, and toilet. You can slip and break your back or limbs. No toilet paper is provided. We had to ask for it every day.

Our room was big, the sheets were clean the bed was comfortable enough. The air conditioner also worked well. The breakfast was noting exciting but perfectly adequate for the price and quality of hotel The windows and doors were arriving bit thin and you could hear a bit of outside noise. Also hot water wasn't available in the evening for some reason. One explanation had to do with the fact that it was raining outside

The flask was from the brand thermos which is quite on the upper range for the price. When i informed to the manager, he was quite rude and was not able to get it back from house keeping:( . Also, they asked me to pay rs 200 for a pillow stain which i dont remember doing anything to cause the stain. So i told him to show me a picture or at least the pillow so he went to the room for so long looking for the stain and couldnt find it and told me that i dont need to pay the fine but he didn’t even apologise. Overall i will rate -2/10. The experience was not good at all. Plus the room was extremely small. So disappointing.

Attention was paid individually to each of us and service was provided on table as well (if required). Staffs are courteous. I did not like the concept of providing RO water as complimentary for a the room at given tariff. Providing one litre of Bisleri or Aquafina brand of mineral water bottle a day is bare minimum and is provided in majority of hotels of this category.
