- Alexander J. (10/5): Nomen est omen: Pension TOP ist top! - Zimmer, Ausstattung usw. - hat alles gepasst. Aber selbst für tschechische Standards - und da habe ich noch nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht - das Gastgeberehepaar ist der Hammer. Derart freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter erlebt man selten. Dazu spricht der Gastgeber fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Die Gastronomietipps waren Gold wert, im Zimmer liegt eine dicke Mappe mit allen möglichen nützlichen Hinweisen in allen möglichen Sprachen, das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Beim nächsten Mal Cesky Krumlov hoffe ich auf jeden Fall, hier wieder unterzukommen. Nix

- Ľudmila (9/5): Veľmi dobré ubytovanie. - Ubytovanie bolo čisté a v tichej lokalite. Majitelia boli veľmi príjemní. Poradili nám dobrý tip na prechádzku v okolí. Raňajky boli pestré s domácimi výrobkami. Matrace na posteli boli dosť nepohodlné. V sprchovom kúte nebola odkladacia polička na šampóny, tak museli byť na zemi počas sprchovania.

- Bartosz (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta - Świetna lokalizacja - 10min spacerem do starego miasta. Sympatyczni i pomocni gospodarze. Dobre, świeże śniadanie. Miejsce parkingowe przy obiekcie z możliwością parkowania pod dachem. Pokoje dokładnie wysprzątane ;) Dźwięki słyszalne z innych pokoi.

The room was aptly spacious accompanied with a kitchen and a balcony - the views were breathtaking. All facilities mentioned are there. And the place is a short walk from the center.

They gladly suggested places to visit in the city, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, parking was available, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The location is great — only a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Highly recommended!

- Christophe (9/5): - Michel a été très accueillant , le logement était plus grand que sur la photo et propre ,fonctionnel. L emplacement est proche du centre historique avec un super point de vue sur le chemin. Si je devais revenir à Cesky Krumlov aucune hésitation je conserve l adresse précieusement. De ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps :)
- Boleslav (7/5): good place with some disappointments. - The location was perfect, a walking distance from the Castle and the other sightseeing. Very close to the apartment we found a great traditional pub "Pivnice na Hrazi", which was highly recommended by the owner. The host was very friendly and communicative. The beds were ok. The only bulb into the main room was dead. The towels smelled badly, probably caused by the use of some disinfectant. There was no soap provided into the bathroom, it also missed places to put your own soap/shampoo. The hot water was insufficient for all the guests. PS: As a response to the owner. As I said the bathroom is missing place to put "my own soap", even if the place doesn't offer any soap. We took shower after 22:00 and there was almost no hot water, so the owner's comment about late guests having complaints with hot water is in fact confirmed and justified. Bear that in mind , hot water is not enough as you share it with all the guests into the building!

- Barbara (10/5): - Tichá príjemná lokalita, s výhľadom na mesto. V horúčavách je bonusom kupalisko na konci ulice. Cítili sme sa veľmi dobre, izba bola čistá a priestranná, raňajky nám chutili, aj s domácim koláčom a limonádami :-). Ocenila som možnosť parkovania. Radi sa sem vrátime.

The guesthouse is about 1 km from the city center, so all the attractions are easily reachable on foot. You could see part of the downtown area from the window. We had a great time; the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was well-designed and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the mattresses seemed to be new. It’s an ideal place to stay for sightseeing. The chair seats in the room were very hard, but this seems to be common in the city’s restaurants as well.

- Indiana (10/5): - Wonderful family run accomodation, easy to contact and they were very kind and accomodating when we were having trouble getting from the train station to the property. Clean, tidy and beautiful view from the room. It’s 10mins walking to the main area but public transport is scarce and virtually inaccessible so keep this in mind. Parking is included with this property so make the most of that. The breakfast was simple and humble don’t expect a major buffet. Lovely place would definitely stay again.

- Lucia (10/5): Exceptional - Pension TOP is really TOP. It's owned by a nice couple and it's located around 15 minutes of walk from the center. It's in a residential area so it's quiet at night and you'll have a wonderful view from the balcony. The bed is comfortable, room very spacious, wifi strong. On the day of leaving we could also stay a little bit longer and despite not having breakfast preordered I got a cup of delicious coffee for free. Thank you! In the bathroom there was no shower gel and shampoo but there was a hand soap.

I have visited them several times, and I continue to come back. The rooms are clean, pretty, comfortable and they provide you information about the town, places to visit and eat, and what to keep an eye on. They are fabulous.

Great hosts, very friendly, helpful, immidiately answering any request, even when the request is unusual or strange. Good, fresh and tasty breakfast, with different homemade goodies. Spatious bathroom with really hot water any time of the day/night. The room is ideally clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel struck us with its exceptional cleanliness and beauty, and its secluded and quiet location created a feeling of real privacy and tranquility. From the first minutes of our arrival, the owner of the hotel showed exceptional hospitality: he not only greeted us personally, but also took the time to show us all the amenities and interesting places. I would like to separately note how clean the room was and what good condition the room itself was in. In addition, in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is a picturesque lake with a mini-beach and a sport equipment, where you could relax and enjoy nature. Our only regret is that our stay was too short to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer. We recommend planning a holiday here for at least a week to fully immerse yourself in the amazing atmosphere of the place and explore all its corners. Without a doubt, this hotel deserves the highest praise and will be an ideal choice.

The room was somewhat cold in the cold spring night, and the heating seemed to be turned off. The breakfast is very limited (not in diversity, but in amounts).

We are big family traveller. The room are very clean. Apartment for 5 people has very nice view of old town. Breakfast quality was good too, not vary but quite enough. Just one thing is the heater and hot water on the 3rd floor room did not work for all day. There was stopping time.

You would be impressed with the cleanleness of the room and bathroom, because I certantly was. We had a room with the city view and a balcony. Breakfast is also delicious. The center of the city is only 10 min walk. You could also buy souvenirs from the penzion like gingerbread and jams. I could only recommend the stay at Penzion TOP. If you want sausages and scrambled eggs for breakfast, you have to come early.

Big plus was the balcony and free parking space in front of the house. I need to mention also tasty breakfast. Absolutely recommend. Nothing.
