Steffen Franklin (8/5): Ikke et sted vi kommer igen. - Super pænt og ordentligt hotel. Lidt fejl omkring kortet til værelset som blev fikset, en receptionist i spa området som virkede træt af sit arbejde, en ældre mandlig tjener om aftenen som blev meget sur og råbende over at han egentlig ikke udførte sit arbejde særlig professionelt og at det blev italesat. Super søde tjenere under morgenmaden og rent og pænt alle vegne. Værelset kunne ikke slukke for loftlampen i gangen og displayet til aircondition lyste voldsomt, det påvirkede nattesøvnen en del negativt. Der er Tesla super chargere på hotellet.

The waiter I don’t know if there was a miscommunication or he was just crooked the menu didn’t give an option on different sizes but when I asked he said that size was larger from 100 grams to 290 grams. Florian (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit Kleinigkeiten im Service - Es ist ein schönes Hotel es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten anzumerken. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nur sehr langsam abgelaufen, die Reinigungskraft war nicht ganz so gründlich und im dazugehörigen Restaurant haben wir zu viert über zwei Stunden gebraucht um einen Gang zu bestellen, zu essen und zu bezahlen.

Absolutely pleased with the service, cleanliness and friendly staff, the food was great! Modern furnished rooms big and causy. SPA facilities were quite busy, but this was due to the festive season as the hotel was full. Definitely satisfied and would come back again! Thank you!

Andrej (8/5): Very nice, but with overcrowded breakfast - Very nice, new and modern hotel. Efficient and super fast check-in. Clean, comfortable and spacious twin room. Wish the twin beds were a bit wider. Breakfast was totally overcrowded with two bus loads of people all eating at the same time. The line was 20 meters long and it took 15 minutes to get any item. Such large groups should really be accommodated earlier for breakfast.

Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel outside Zagreb - Although the hotel is accessible only by car it has a very convenient location when driving south from Zagreb! The spa facilities were great - pool, jacuzzi and at least four different saunas. Besides the spa we really liked the dinner! Even though we arrived quite late, the personnel went an extra mile by staying after closing and making sure we wouldn't have to go to sleep hungry. Great service!

Rachel (10/5): Fabulous find in Croatia - What a beautiful hotel in every way! We needed somewhere to stay to break up our long drive so we chose this hotel and we were so glad we did! From the welcoming reception to the spacious clean room we were so happy! We are dinner in the wine cellar room and what a treat that was. The breakfast in the morning was a beautiful buffet as well as the option for eggs cooked to order. Our only complaint was we only got to spend one night here. Thank you too all the staff for making our stay so memorable!

Morgan (10/5): A nearly magical hotel near Zagreb - Hotel Princess was the nicest place we have every stayed - anywhere. We ended up here after exploring Ogulin and Karlovac, on the way back to Zagreb. One of us used the wellness center for a late evening massage after dinner, and it is one the best massages he has ever had. The pool, sauna, and other fitness equipment were immaculate and well-kept. The hotel restaurant (Ampelos Restoran) was delicious and reasonably priced - no need to leave the hotel if you're tired. We ate dinner early in the wine bar of Ampelos and had the room entirely to ourselves. There is plenty of off-street parking. This is a quiet rural area. The wifi worked great and we availed ourselves of their guest laundry - everything smelled wonderful and was perfectly pressed. Breakfast is free and delicious; you can get espresso beverages and actual hot food, like sausages and fresh pastries and eggs. The provided toiletries were of good quality and there were robes and slippers in the room. The bathroom was massive and had a walk-in shower. Everything looked brand-new and the towels and sheets were soft. We stayed on the fourth floor and did not hear any parking lot noise.

The breakfast was good! If you want to be in Ljubljana, it's a ways away, but it's a perfect stop over spot or even a relaxing few days at the wellness spa located in the hotel! Definitely recommend!

Everyone was very courteous, the hotel was lovely and new, the spa was fantastic and my massage was great, the breakfast was very taste and the location was nice and quiet with plenty of available parking. Overall, we loved to stay at Hotel Princess and will pick again this location for our future travels to Zagreb.
Justin (10/5): Perfect for a day trip to Plitvice! - Do yourself a favor and book this hotel! We ended up staying two nights here. It's an amazing value for many reasons. We were on our way to Plitvice national park, but would be returning the same way and then going north to Slovenia. It's about an hour and half from the park. We thought we would be exploring the park for the whole day, but we had our fill in about five hours. The park is amazing! Having finished much earlier than we thought, we checked into a little Airbnb down by the park, which I had booked, but it wasn't great so great. We took a nap and then left and decided to book another night at this hotel, the Hotel Princess. On the way back, we stopped in Rastoke for dinner, another must see area. What I'm saying is that this hotel is perfect for a daytrip down to Plitvice! It's practically brand new! The pool, hot tub, suanas and more are wonderful. I had a great massage from a gal first name starts with an "M" (sorry I don't remember it) and she was awesome! The breakfast is very generous including a made to order omelet. Even if your visitng Zagreb, this hotel is worth the 15 minute drive! You won't find anything nicer in the city.
