• Nicholas john (6/5): There was an issue with our apartment regarding washing machine and cleaning . Although the issue was addressed the fact - It a great apartment with amazing en suite rooms The property needs a lot of maintenance , also the noise from out side is unbearable you need to invest in thick glass windows

• Ka (6/5): Nice apartment but noisy outside in the night time. - Clean and cozy. Feeling comfortable during my stay. The location is convenient have cafe and supermarket near by. However, there is a pizza shop down there and crowds gather there. It was noisy till midnight. Even though closed windows, still can hear the noise.
• Matthew (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood, host who we were greeted by was very good. - Location was close to local amenities like supermarkets and restaurants and not too far from the metro station to get elsewhere in the city. Apartment was very nice with decent range of equipment for cooking too. Very comfortable living spaces and beds with lovely little balconies looking out onto the street. One shower head was broken on arrival meaning it had to be held up manually while showering and another was detached and couldn't be reattached, but since there was so many showers in the apartment it wasn't too much of a hinderance.

• Mirko (1/5): Bad - There are many rooms, each with a personal bathroom. The house is very large and all in all clean .. We have undergone the worst experience in this house, the door lock is electronic, once unloaded it is not possible to open the door. All this happened in the middle of the night and we were forced to sleep outside on a bench! It was shameful and unacceptable the assistance did not speak English and it took them 3 hours to send a man to open the door and change the batteries. We paid for one night which we didn't use and the staff didn't refund us.
• Jugdeep (5/5): **BEWARE** Substandard host and poor customer service!! - The location and amenities Before we arrived at the apartment, we were sent an email saying a rep will greet us at the apartment and grant us access. When we arrived there was no rep. When we called the host they said that it was a self check in service and that I should have received an email with details on how to do that. When the host double checked they realised that they had not sent the email with the access details. It was hot, we had come straight from the airport with two young children and had to sit on the street outside the apartment for an hour with our luggage waiting for access details to be sent. Once we were sent the access details and downloaded the app for the smart lock, we entered the building but no clear directions were provided as to which floor or door number. We had to call the host again to work out which door we should be accessing. There are other residents living in this building so we didn't want to knock the wrong door. When we eventually got into the apartment we were surprised to be greeted by a rude man who was shouting at us. We quickly realised he was the cleaner who was still cleaning the apartment an hour after our agreed check in time. After waiting another 20minutes for the cleaner to finish we finally could settle in. The explanation from the host for this was that the previous guests had left the apartment in a messy state. That is not our problem and dispite complaining the host did nothing to rectify this. Accessing the apartment is through a smart lock through your phone but the host only provides access for one person. We were a party of 3 couples and would be leaving the apartment at different times and needed 3 separate access keys. We had to wait a day for the host to sort this. Upon check out we asked if we could store our luggage as the advert states there is a bag drop facility, to be told that we should use an external bag drop company. The customer service from the host is atrocious.

• Μαρία (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, thank you! - Everything, the location, the facilities, the many bathrooms; we could not ask for more. The application opening the door was good only for those with a smartphone, in our group not everyone had one, so they had to stick to one who had or stay inside.

• Michael (5/5): a spacious apartment but not a location for families - The property was reasonably clean and was very spacious. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. all bedrooms were en suite too, which was welcome. It was also walking distance into the city (main areas) In a word - location. it is a busy part of the old town and whilst walking distance to La Rambla (10-15 mins) it is not the best part of town. It remained “lively” outside late into every night and we witnessed two fights in the space of four days. I would not recommend this apartment for families. probably ok for couples/groups. not so much for kids!
