• Aitana (4/5): - La cabaña era bonita pero me gustaría comentar dos aspectos. Las imágenes de la piscina creo que resultan un poco alteradas. La piscina es excesivamente pequeña y era utilizada por todos los niños que acudían al restaurante por lo que no pudimos hacer uso de la misma, siendo precisamente la piscina por lo que reservamos dicho alojamiento. La relación calidad precio no es correcta a mi parecer. Durante el día que estuvimos alojados había un perro raza Husky, atado a un arbol, con 1 metro de cuerda, llorando, acalorado ( agosto) cachorro y sin agua.. Yo misma tuve que ponerle agua en dos ocasiones. Me resultó muy contradictorio ofrecer un alojamiento tipo granja con mentalidad de sostenibilidad y tener tan poca sensibilidad con el bienestar animal. No supe de quien era el perro pero nadie pareció estrañarse del estado en el que el animal estaba.

• Salim (10/5): Great establishment - We are well acquainted with the establishment. As usual, we had a great time at Dar Zaghouan. Special thanks to Yassine and his team for making our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is the best there is. We also enjoyed the mountain view.

• Thijs (7/5): Unique and beautiful, but overpriced location - Unique location in a beautiful environment with super friendly staff and had a great evening in the coffee bar listening to a local music performance. Definitely recommended to do a hike in the nearby mountains with a local guide. No wonder the place is a hotspot for Tunisian tourists. The room was tiny with no space to put a suitcase. The bathroom was too small and the shower cabin outdated with water everywhere on the floor after a shower. Despite the beautiful location, the hotel is overpriced compared to other, more luxurious, hotels in Tunisia which offer more comfort and facilities.

• Laura (9/5): We loved the stay and really enjoyed being out in the countryside. - It was a cool spot with a lot going on. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved all the flowers and plants everywhere. If you want to be close to the centre of Zaghouan this is not the place, but we liked the location - just depends what you are looking for!
• Marco (9/5): Superb - A proper Hammam is available Food was good but restaurant was a bit cold considering it was the end of January. I would also recommend to use proper ventilation system for the restaurant.

• Virginia (6/5): Nice stay with a few shortcomings - Typical tunisian cuisine, friendly staff, and enjoyable traditional music and animation. Several activities on the grounds, including farm animals, which was nice for children. The room was small, overheated, the bathroom was substandard and unclean, there was only one towel for two adults and a child. The playground for children is not very child-friendly or safe. The entire property is filled with big rusty mechanical machinery. The music is very loud during the lunch and dinner hours, which we could hear loudly from our room on the second floor. There is no activity to do after sunset. Things lack a personal touch: for example the breakfast is served on a platter that is the same for everyone - in a guest house it would be nice to be asked what we like and personalize it. Also, there are big groups of people, which we didn’t expect, we were looking for an intimate place. The meals are very expensive. We ended up cutting the trip short, the manager was honest and gave us a refund.

Whether you’re looking to explore the surrounding nature or simply relax by the pool, Dar Zaghouan caters to every need. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. I’ll definitely return! • Hammouda (5/5): What happened? - I like the place as I've been there before, cozy and special, especially the food is always top notch! There was a construction going on which i wasn't aware of, which made things awkward, noisy as the room that i took was right next to it, which was uncomfortable. Also, their foods is great almost always, I've found the Zgougou this time weird and uncleaned, which was a disappointment. I hope the construction will finish soon so that everything will be back to normal in Dar Zaghouane.

• Moez (10/5): The most beautiful place I visited in Tunisia - All was amazing and wonderful, the waterpool, the horses, the quads,the place and the nature, the vue, the food, and especially the stuff Yessine is friendly and so cool person. nothing, all amazing.

• Ibrahim (9/5): Superb - Super clean, in the middle of greenery surrounded by nature and almond farms but yet not far by taxi, flexible check out time, very nice staff, so generous that they gave us a big free gift of local pastry before the check out. Would be better if they soften the sound of the music by the pool as it is a relaxing place.

Nice selection of collectibles everywhere in the guest house. Bathroom facilities are not the best, but given that it is a guest house, we can’t expect better..
