• kevin (8/5): Prima accommodatie voor een doorreis. - Het beddengoed en de handdoeken roken erg lekker. De kamer was schoon. Verder is de omgeving van de ranch mooi en is het zwembad erg lekker. Goede accommodatie voor een doorreis. Het restaurant is wat sfeerloos en de menukaart minimaal. Vooral jammer omdat je niet van de ranch afwilt.

• Kevin (7/5): Expect to pay more than the booking.com agreed rate!! - The room was clean and comfortable. The reception men were friendly and tried their best to help considering their boss put them in a difficult situation overcharging us!! We booked with a set price to pay, but they tried charging us extra to cover the booking.com commission. I showed them our booking price and they called their boss who told them we could either cancel booking.com and pay direct at the stated price or pay the extra commission amount. It wasn’t a lot (a few hundred pesos), but it was the principal they wanted us to be dishonest in cancelling the booking or paying more than we should have. After going round in circles, it wasn’t getting dark and we were tired after travelling g so just had to pay the price or have nowhere to stay which we did.

• Manon (8/5): Bien pour faire une étape sur un trajet - Cadre sympathique et au calme. La piscine est très jolie. Pas mal de déchets dans le parc et dans la piscine … (gobelets et bouteilles en plastique, emballage de gâteaux…).
• Anne-Marie (7/5): - Obligés de faire étape à Escarcega entre deux trajets en bus de Palenque à Chetumal nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel très retiré du centre. Nous étions visiblement les seuls clients . Cela a été une chance pour pouvoir utiliser la piscine immense et très belle. Le jardin qui entoure l'hôtel est agréable et très bien entretenu. Pas d'accès internet. La connexion n'a été possible que le lendemain avant notre départ. Mieux vaut avoir une voiture pour rejoindre la gare routière . Bons petit déjeuner mais facturés en plus de la nuit

I got turned away about 16kms away from a rough truckers place as I didn’t have cash, and then discovered this place !!!! Wow!!! I was so exhausted expecting just a bed for the night (on motorbike crazy tired crossing country ). And arrived to super friendly staff !! Wonderful bed !! Uuuufff was like a paradise .. breakfast was awesome and in such a beautiful setting .. a few super friendly dogs, cats !! Just was like oasis !!

• Omid (2/5): Over priced and noisy. - The staff were nice. Private parking was good Totally overpriced. A room like that is a 400-500 pesos room. We were 3 people. We had two towels. I asked for an extra one, they didn’t have one. The shower head was blocked and water hardly came out. Outside the room was really noisy. People coming in at all times, and leaving at all times. Staff talking loudly in the morning outside your room. Didn’t rest well at all. Did a 9 hour drive and wanted to rest before another 9 hour drive. Totally fine for half the price but it’s too expensive! Just sheets to sleep with. Not what I expected for that price.

• Jeremy (7/5): Very basic accommodations at reasonable rates. A ways outside of town. - Interesting motel built inside of a giant warehouse that used to be a furniture workshop. Interesting history, nice landscaping as a ranch around the hotel. Very inexpensive. The hotel did not recognize/find the booking.com reservation and charged us a different rate. Not the end of the world, but also not comforting. The rooms are very basic, even compared to the other low-rate hotels in Mexico we stayed at in the area. The location is further out of town than I expected, off the main route.

The pool was beautiful, but unfortunately it was dirty. After asking about cleaning I was told it would be cleaned immediately, but even after three hours nothing had changed...

• Harold (5/5): We had a basic comfortable room, but needed better service. - The hotel grounds are very nice. Unfortunately it poured, so we did not get to enjoy them as much as they deserved. The location was convenient and attractive. The young men who worked reception were much more interested in their phones than helping guests and giving accurate information. We asked about the on site restaurant when we checked in, and were told that it opened at 7 for dinner and 7 for breakfast. When we left our room at 7:15 that night to go to the restaurant, the two young men on duty told us that the restaurant was closed on Sunday night, and we should drive into Escarcega to eat which was 10 plus kilometers away. So no dinner for us.

• J (7/5): A great spot to make a pause - The hotel is located in an isolated area, great for a quick rest while on the road. Quiet and calm athmosphere
• Hendrik (7/5): Nice hotel to stay for one night - Very friendly staff. Clean basic rooms. Lots of space. Cheap breakfast. Although the staff tries, the hotel is not very “cosy” due to the size of the building. The nearest town is not very attractive.

• Karel (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely cook. The location was great and calm, which was really wonderful, felt like a ranch away from the crowds. We even decided to stay longer. Would definitely reccomend. Shower was cold, but still worth it.

• Ybeerten (7/5): Good - The room was decent and the swimming pool was nice! A good place to spend the night and travel on the next day. A medium spider in the hallway. Didn't tell my girlfriend.
• Megan (10/5): Comfortable stop right off the highway, very quiet - Right off the highway, comfortable room and bed, friendly and helpful staff, hot water in the shower (takes a couple minutes), air conditioning, easy and safe parking. Wifi didn't work, got the correct password and it allowed me to log in but no data was transferring on either my phone or laptop. Wasn't a big deal I was only there for the night.

• Philippe (9/5): Superb - Swimming in the pool amid the palm trees was great. Upon a problem with the wifi another wifi connexion was made available It would be a nice idea to teach the dog how to bark during the day than the night, if needed. And what about some free coffee ?:)

• Tracie (5/5): Beautiful Location - the grounds and location were beautiful they did not accept my little 7lb service dog and so I had to sleep in the car with her while my husband slept in the room. There was no coffee available in the morning.
