• catherine (8/5): Appartement bien situé mais dont certaines prestations promises sont à revoir - -Proche du cœur historique de Vérone -Quartier du théâtre très agréable -Grand appartement d une seule pièce -Salle de bains très fonctionnelle -Kit de shampooing dans la sdb -Appartement sombre -Accès très difficile à la terrasse en raison de la végétation qui a envahi la porte -Lave vaisselle qui ne peut pas être utilisé -Pas de grille pain -Prevoir de la batterie et du Wi-Fi sur le téléphone portable afin de déverrouiller la porte d entrée

• vesna (1/5): - Solo la posizione L‘Appartemento era sporchissimo, la lavastoviglie era rotta si apriva la porta da sola, dovevo appoggiare con la sedia. Senza tende sulle finestre, e senza tapparelle, non potevi dormire. C’è la macchina del caffè ma senza cialde (Almeno può scrivere Che cialde sono compatibili nella machinetta così si possono comprare prima di entrare nel appartamento) Il Terrazzo era grande ma sporco non curato, con i rami delle piante davanti la porta impedendoti di uscire. Il wifi né si trova né funziona. Non consiglio questa struttura C’è scritto che si può trovare il parcheggio davanti al Palazzo ma Non é vero, io ho dovuto pagare il parcheggio sottoterraneo che é stato caro. É meglio descrivere bene così la gente valuta se sceglierlo o no.

• Chikako (10/5): Wonderful apartment in beautiful Verona - It was spacious, beautiful and VERY clean. Nice to have good quality kitchen equipments and an efficient washing machine. The bed was really comfortable. The owner was so helpful whenever we had questions. The place stayed nice and cool even on a hot day so we didn’t use the air con very much. We had a problem with the pressure of the kitchen tap but that was sorted by a plumber at towards the end of the stay.

• LJ63 (10/5): Beautiful Verona - After the usual beige minimalism it was fun to stay in such a characterful space!! The little secret garden is a bonus. It was hot hot hot in Verona, but just coming into the building was refreshingly cooler. Very near the wonderful Giardini Giusto- do visit if you're staying here. Fantastic location, pleasant walk across bridge to centre, plus easy bus ride back to station. The cooking facilities need reviewing as the pans didn't work on the induction hob but we coped okay. I think this is already being addressed. There were just two coffee pods supplied which felt a tad mean, plus we'd brought our own loose coffee but the expresso pot didn't work on the induction hob! We bought pods for the machine and left a good supply for the next guests. Things like a supply of salt, pepper, sugar would be helpful.
• Heather (10/5): Excellent location, beautiful apartment, gracious host! - The location is perfect It is a short walk into the city. It was so quiet & peaceful there. The host was gracious & kind. We arrived almost 12 hours late due to flight delays & we were exhausted. I was unable to connect to internet to open the door & I had to call the host after midnight for assistance. He was able to open the door remotely. The apartment is charming, the back patio delightful & private. Nothing, it was lovely
• Linda (9/5): Superb - Loved the location, road a bit busy but apartment to rear so no noise issues. Loved the terrace for morning tea and evening drinks. Loved the neighbours cats. Garden needed a good trim. Door keypad a bit fidelly. To apartment, outer door easy to use.

• Saesha (8/5): Had a fabulous 9 day stay. Home from home & everything is within a short walk! - Our host was very good he explained everything and once you know how to use the key lock using your phone to get into the apartment it’s simple! The apartment is in a quiet area so day and night was peaceful! So easy to get around from this area. Everything is walking distance. The host has left leaflets and information on great things to see and do! He is on hand if you have any queries and was extremely helpful. The WiFi was great also! As you come out of the apartment turn right walk up the road a short distance and there is a pedestrian crossing. Once you cross there you can see the bridge. Just walk over and it takes you right into Verona town. Or you can turn left at the crossing and walk all the way down to the next bridge that takes you down to the Arena. We tended to get out early by 9am at the latest as it does get very hot. Also get some great photos before there are to many tourists around. We found great places to eat which are host recommend. We also took the bus to Lake Garda which you pick up by the Arena. Takes around 2hrs. Once there we did the ferry around Lake Garda which is well worth doing!

• Aila (9/5): Very good - The location is perfect! The apartment was cosy, clean and spacious. Nice little garden to sit outside. The host was very helpful. If we did have some questions he answered quickly. We really recommend! Nothing to complain!
• Sally (8/5): A great place for a city break - Compact but well equipped. Large and comfortable bed. Glad of the aircon as temps were high 30s during our stay. That also meant we didn’t make use of the outside terrace which would have been nice. Decent coffee machine and a few pods to get you going was a nice touch. Large fridge & plenty of storage in both kitchen and wardrobes. Good communication from the host, and simple keyless access to the property.
• Simon (9/5): Great but could be better. - Air con, size of bed. It’s a good size apartment in a great location for exploring the town. Andrea was great at communicating and we were allowed to keep our bags in a cupboard on departure saving us dragging our bags around all day! We had clean utensils and frying pan because they were used and put away dirty. Workmen began at 7am and were noisy. Instructions on opening door AFTER the first time we’re not provided. Cooker hood broken but fixed by myself. Hook in bathroom wrong way up-correctly repositioned by myself. Lack of toilet paper and napkins. There was a long time or non existent response to questions about the property by emails to Patrick and also I would receive minimum of 2 for any reason. Flashing light bulbs outside patio and inside In living area and we had to change a bulb on arrival aswell. And too many switches to activate lights or it’s too dark.
• Richard (9/5): Superb - Extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment. The apartment is very quiet with lovely terrace area. The location is just across the river but very close to the Ponte Pietro to access the old town. The communication with the hosts regarding entry to the property was excellent. Nothing. All good.
• Daire (9/5): A beautiful studio apartment in a wonderful location! - The apartment was gorgeous, spacious, clean! The bed was comfy, and the little terrace was luscious. The apartment is in between some higher buildings so there isn’t much natural light so can be quite dark. There was some building works in the apartment above us in the building so was very loud in the mornings, some warning may have been appreciated. But the entire experience still supercedes those things.
• Diane (10/5): Convenient and extremely comfortable. - I liked the overall character of the apartment which was well presented with an artistic flare. I particularly liked the garden and a garden outlook from the kitchen while making my morning coffee. The king size bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful, freshly ironed linen and a fascinating view of the old wooden beams supporting the floor above. It was extremely clean, well equipped and spacious. It had that old world charm with a modern twist. The artwork adorning the walls was of local attractions and captured the essence of Verona. The hosts were extremely attentive and supportive no matter what the hour. Having run an Airbnb in Australia I would highly recommend a stay at Casa al Teatro - its a great place and a great location. There was nothing I did not like about this apartment.

The ideal place to stay for verona - Huge apartment amazing space really cool which was an amazing break from the insane heat!! Didn’t like the key situation. The online key system was a faff especially when we didn’t get have internet signal
