- lgarland (10/5): Private Plunge Pool, Perfect Location, Outstanding Host - We stayed in the upper-level accommodation at Curaçao Gardens with the private plunge pool, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The space itself is beautifully designed—thoughtful layout, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The plunge pool was a perfect escape from the Caribbean heat, and the balcony and back terrace made it easy to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. We especially loved the unexpected bonus of a separate dressing room, along with air conditioning in each bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The location is ideal—walkable to amazing restaurants, shops, and everything you’d want to explore, while still feeling very safe and easy to navigate. What truly made the stay exceptional was our host, Madelène. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. When we had a frustrating experience with an external car rental company, she stepped in immediately and helped us secure a reliable rental within minutes. She also provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Her flexibility and support—especially when we experienced flight delays and travel hiccups—were so appreciated. The cleaning staff came every two days and were friendly, efficient, and thorough, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, this was outstanding value for money and one of the best stays we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Curaçao Gardens to anyone visiting the island.

A casa é super ampla, dois quartos bons com camas confortáveis e jogo de cama e banho de qualidade. Quartos refrigerados e quando ligados no horário indicado pela equipe não gerou consumo extra de energia. Banheiro grande. Recomendo a hospedagem Deixamos o pao para o café do dia seguinte e quando acordamos estava cheio de formigas. Entendo que casa tem esses problemas, mas foi um pouco desagradável. Nos demais dias deixamos tudo na geladeira.

Might be a bit difficult for other guests.

- Joan (8/5): Authenticiteit en het koloniaal verleden maken je bewust van dit prachtige huis - De locatie was voor mij heel prettig. Een prachtige grote tuin met hoge planten en met veel privacy. Geen last van de drukte rondom Kura Holanda. De veranda is echt de plek om heerlijk te genieten de wind en rust, zowel op de bank als de n de hangmat. Het meubilair en gekozen inrichting zijn perfect om meegenomen te worden in de geschiedenis van dit prachtige huis. Tip: vermeld de oorsprong en het gebruik van dit huis, is goed voor de bewustwording voor de bezoeker. Ja het is even tillen, je koffer naar de slaapkamer, 2e verdieping maar dat is niet anders.

Less make it clear is not a hotel , or apartment .....is a whole house with your own garden what else would you wanna have. A kitchen fully stock and fridge with double door and freezer. IT was super and we love it. Well I have to be a bit honest am sorry in advance , we hat a small little water problem coming down from the old chimney , was nobody fault these things happened with old houses. The other thing we did not like so much is that the main gate could not be Close unfortunately , but like I said small things that could and should be fix as soon as possible.

- debo_gi (9/5): Deseo volver a Curazao Gardens! - La casa es hermosa. Esta perfectamente ubicada en el casco histórico de Curazao, si estas buscando silencio y tranquilidad no es tu lugar. Llegas a pie a todos lados, y tenés muy cerca restaurantes, cafés y tiendas. Cuenta con todas las comodidades, la cocina esta muy completa. Cada dos días, pasaba una persona a cambiar las toallas y recoger la basura. Tienen heladerita para llevar a la playa. Se la recomendé a todos mis amigos, ya deseo regresar. En la planta baja hacia mucho calor y no hay aire acondicionado, estaría bueno que pongan uno. Y otra cosa que me parece practica de agregar, son las reposeras o sillas de playa y sombrilla.

- Sascha (9/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ausgesprochen Hilfreiche Mitarbeiter - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer hatten eine Klimaanlage, Der Pool war sehr sauber und das Bad ordentlich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets unkompliziert (auch per WhatsApp) ansprechbar und haben schnell geholfen. Bei uns hat beispielsweise die Poolreinigungsanlage die ganze Nacht gelaufen und war deshalb etwas störend. Da Problem wurde umgehend am nächsten Tag gelöst. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer doch recht viel befahrenen Straße, sodass gelegentlich laute Motorengeräusche oder Autos mit laut aufgedrehter Musikanlage zu hören sind (vor allem am Wochenende).

Our plunge pool was cool and refreshing after a long day out on the town or by the ocean. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We suggest going next door to Maira's for breakfast or dinner, the owner is very kind and the food is spectacular. All around a great visit for these Americans.

- Aron (8/5): Bello ma con qualche precisazione da fare - Bella struttura in ottima posizione, parcheggio comodo e casa molto carina su 3 piani con doppi servizi nel centro di Willemstad. In generale ci siamo trovati bene, check in e check out molto facili e posizione perfetta all'interno dello Hulanda Village Penso sia importante sapere che alcuni appartamenti si trovano in un altro luogo rispetto a quanto indicato su Booking e che la piscina è presente solo in alcune tipologie di camere (non c'è una piscina in comune soprattutto per gli appartamenti distaccati). Inoltre la colazione se sei negli appartamenti nel hulanda village è a qualche minuto a piedi dalla casa e non di fronte. Hai a disposizione circa 11 euro con un menu ridotto in cui è compreso solo caffè e anche un succo d'arancia è da pagare a parte. Questo solo per precisare qualcosa che non è ben esplicito nella descrizione ma in generale ci siamo trovati bene.

Jedyny minus to hałas z ulicy, ale wszystko inne rekompensowało to. Zapłaciłabym za to miejsce nawet podwójną cenę. Jest tego warte. Basen dla dziecka super sprawa. Tarasik też rewelacja. Spokojna i bezpieczna okolica.

- Moen (10/5): Exceptional - Having the entire space to ourselves. A truly private pool in a private space. Lots of towels and a washing machine.
- Nathan (9/5): Good central location for exploring Otrabanda and Punda - Attractive property in a good location within easy walking distance of sights in the Otrabanda and Punda areas. We loved the spacious interior, the plunge pool, and the proximity to places to eat. The included breakfasts were also very tasty! Additionally, the host was easy to communicate with, and shared local insights about the area. Parking was generally quite easy, as well. No real complaints about the property, however, the street in front of the building was occasionally quite noisy in the evening due to what sounded like motorcycles "stunting" in the evening. This was almost amusing, considering how quiet the streets typically were.

A localização é ótima para quem quer ficar no centro, perto da ponte e dos melhores restaurantes da cidade. Tem a questão do depósito em 100 dólares que pedem de caução, mas pra quem tem zelo pelo que é dos outros, não é problema.

- Allison (9/5): Great location and units for the price value! - Spacious and great location for the price! 6 of us girls split two apartments and it was the perfect walking distance to town, clean, so much space, and even our own private pools!! The only two complaints would be physical keys to get in (hard to share) and the limited electricity allowed daily.
- April (6/5): We were really looking forward to staying here and despite the lovely design it was a letdown. - Very well designed space, plunge pool was lovely Bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived (dirty marks and fingerprints on the toilet flusher, multiple long hairs on the showerhead). Coke bottle under the bed. Very limited and poor cooking supplies, no spices including salt and pepper, no oils, very small amount of coffee provided. Old nonstick pans past their expiry. On our arrival we were told the tv would be fixed the next day and no one ever contacted us or showed up. Simple basic fixes that a little effort from the host could greatly improve the guest experience. Had to wait longer than expected at check-in for the host to arrive

- Lisa (9/5): A charming place to stay! - Loved that the apartment was in the historical distract and had plenty of charm. Also loved having the plunge pool because it was very hot. I didn’t like that the apartment didn’t have full AC and that if you ran the AC in the bedroom past the daily allowance you will pay an additional surcharge. I’d rather full AC and be told the price in advance.

- Carolina (10/5): A cozy place to stay - Curaçao Gardens is a beautiful place, the houses are very pretty, traditional and well maintained. Our apartment had everything we needed for a couple of nights. The kitchen had everything we needed. Was nice to have a comfortable table to eat and also to have an other one outdoor. The hotel is just as they describe, the perfect place to stay in Otra Banda in a traditional colorful house very well located at a walking distance from touristic places like Emma Bridge, Kura Hulanda Village, Punda and many others. We loved this cozy place.

- Qianshi (9/5): Superb - Very big and comfortable apartment with good decoration. Perfect for a family or group stay. The communication was very good. It's actually an airbnb style and has a cleaning fee per stay which I didn't notice when I booked. Be aware of that if you are a solo traveller or just have a short stay.

- Adriano (8/5): Well located and comfortable, recommend it. - We were a couple and had a good time staying there. The host was really accommodating, flexible and attentive. The place is great: comfortable and well located. It works like an Airbnb. There's laundry available on premise for guests to use when needed which is really helpful. There is a common outside area and a pool (though we didn't really use the pool and hung in the common areas). The unit is comfortable and well equipped. Had everything we needed. AC and fans do a good job at keeping you fresh. The staff prepares the bed every other day and brings new towels, though they do not do any cleaning in the unit. We made friends with the nice kitty that hangs around there as well (bonus). I recommend it! Would be nice if the staff could do at least a little floor sweeping here and there for longer stays.

- Milagro (9/5): A quiet little paradise . - The beautiful spaces created in the open spaces. Shared spaces and at the time private. Apartment newly renovated as shown. The garden was gorgeous, general atmosphere was relaxing and lust. The check-in process, took us too long to get to our apartment after having announced our arrival on time. We stood at the front of the unit for 30 minutes. I hope they can improve it.

Isso porque, no checkin nosso quarto estava sujo quando chegamos à noite, e tivemos que dormir em outro quarto pela primeira noite e mudarmos para o quarto reservado. Não fosse a agilidade e gentileza do funcionário Miguel, que merece aqui todos os cumprimentos, estaríamos mal atendidos. Além disso, fomos contados por uma taxa de limpeza da qual sequer fomos informados com antecedência, e conforme o extrato da reserva recebido por mim no meu e-mail aos 15/8, todos os valores e taxas já haviam sido pagos. Enfim, uma experiência desagradável, pois fui cobrado insistentemente por uma funcionária após o checkout enquanto estava aproveitando as minhas merecidas férias de lua de mel com a minha esposa.

There are many corners with beautiful plants, like an oasis between the apartments. Ideal for teens as they were on walking distance of the nigh scene. Comfortable beds and very kind staff.

- Tracy (2/5): - I booked though Expedia and upon arrival, the host informed that there was a $100 cleaning fee. The host, Paula, was unhelpful as far as directions and not very welcoming. The apartment was dark and hot. You also have to pay for electricity overages. I do not recommend this place.
