Regresaría definitivamente y recomendaría quedarse ahí. - Los desayunos estuvieron muy buenos, la atención excelente y la ubicación del hotel fue muy buena. La cama era algo dura pero se puede solucionar con algún topper que la haga más suave pero era cómoda de igual manera.

Ich habe mich aber trotzdem sicher gefühlt. Das Bett war für mein Gefühl ein bisschen zu weich - aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Aber sonst alles super!

• Javier (10/5): - Todo perfecto. Las habitaciones espaciosas, cama muy cómoda, baño con buena ducha, una mesa para poder sentarte. El hotel muy limpio, desayuno muy adecuado y para todos los gustos con huevos echos al momento, yogur, fruta, cereales, zumos, café… Después el jardín muy placentero para sentarte a disfrutar del clima. Por último el personal muy agradable y ayudándote en todo lo que necesites. Lo único que intentaría encontrar solución y lo digo como algo a mejorar ya que todo estuvo genial es que en una de las tres habitaciones que teníamos la luz solar entraba por la ventana del techo y no se podía cerrar por lo que nos despertábamos a las 06.30 de la mañana.

• Caetano Luiz (10/5): Foram dias maravilhosos. - Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à praça central, de diversos atrativos turísticos, ótimos restaurantes e lojas, podendo fazer quase tudo a pé sem se cansar. As funcionárias e funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos, atenciosos, solícitos buscando sempre atender as demandas dos hóspedes. As instalações do hotel são muito boas e agradáveis em todos os espaços, notadamente os quartos. O hotel possui um bom restaurante e serve um café da manhã muito bom. Considerando que Arequipa é uma cidade Turística os preços não são abusivos e estão de acordo com o padrão local, eu diria até que os preços estão em conta e mais baratos que alguns hotéis do mesmo nível e localização fatos este muito importante que economiza muito o gasto e tempo com deslocamentos. E, por fim, considerando que um dos grandes atrativos de Arequipa são os vulcões nos arredores da cidade, eu ouso dizer que na cobertura do hotel temos uma das melhores vistas dos vulcões Misti e Pichu Pichu.

• Sindy (10/5): Recomendable el lugar y volvería a hospedarme ahí - El hotel se encuentra a pocos metros de la plaza y ahí se encuentra de todo . El alojamiento tiene camas súper cómodas , las habitaciones limpias y amplias al igual que el baño , no hay ruidos molestos ni malos olores por lo que el descanso es placentero además de un desayuno muy rico y la atención del personal un 7. Tiene un jardín hermoso al igual que su infraestructura donde mezcla lo colonial con lo moderno. No me gustó que no tuviera una barra en la tina de baño ya que es resbaloso debido a eso mi mamá se cayó nada grave , pero es aconsejable mejorar eso y la puerta del baño se atascaba lo que hace que sea peligroso frente a una situación de emergencia.

• Elena Lozano (10/5): Repetiría sin duda - Mi familia y yo nos alojamos en este hotel justo para Año Nuevo y estamos súper contentos con la elección. El personal muy amable y atento. Nos guardaron las maletas durante un día que dormimos fuera mientras hacíamos una ruta por el Valle de Colca, y el último día nos abrieron antes el desayuno para que pudiésemos comer algo antes de irnos para coger nuestro avión. Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias, además no se oían ruidos, incluso el día de Año Nuevo.El hotel está muy cuidado, tiene un patio muy bonito y agradable, también tienen una azotea muy bonita desde donde se ven algunos de los volcanes de la ciudad. Muy contentos de la elección, repetiríamos sin duda.

Bebidas calientes disponibles en el hall lobby, súper bien!

It has a nice terraza on the fourth floor and a garden on the first floor for those of us who like to chill. The light in the hallways would remain on until late at night and some of the bedrooms face the hallways so it may get difficult to fall asleep for those of us who are light sleepers.

La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato due notti era molto ampia e confortevole con un salottino e un letto grande e comodo (abbiamo dormito benissimo). Al piano dove avevamo la stanza c’era una bella terrazza con divanetti dove rilassarsi. Personale gentile alla reception……a volte, c’era anche un bel gattone. Buona la colazione. Niente.

• Lennart (9/5): Great hotel in a great location. - Location is great, close to everything. We had a bath and a shower which was great. A lot of space in the room, huge bed. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Our wifi was fantastic. The bath had low water pressure, took a long time to fill up. Also the water was just warm enough on its hottest setting.
