We appreciated the fact that it is a pet friendly hotel. Large windows and the blackout blinds were awesome. Staff were very friendly and helpful with some issues that arose. Proximity to SEA-TAC and the available shuttle was also very useful. Would probably stay here again. Limited food choices. We were travelling with 2 cats, and requested a slightly later checkout (2hrs extra) - that request was denied, and we had to pay for an entire second night to accommodate for the 2pm departure. We would have been fine paying any late checkout fee, but that was not an option. Very disappointing and marred the entire experience.

Available airport shuttle Not that I didn't like it, but it might be nice to offer a shuttle service to a downtown Seattle location as well a the airport. Even a small fee would be better then the cost of uber/lyft rides

• Durant (10/5): My favorite part of flying in and out of SeaTac. - I stay here frequently, as I travel often for work. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are always clean, and my stay is consistently comfortable. My favorite part is the hotel fitness center which has ample room, and enough free weights and machines to get in a good workout while I'm on the road. Nothing. I'm a huge fan of this aloft!

• Manuel (9/5): De salida de Seattle - Las camas cómodas y el transporte al aeropuerto cada media hora sin fallar hasta las 12 medio día y después indicaban que era por reservación. Hay una estación del tren a 15 minutos caminando y llegas al downtown y es súper bueno y económico. Las chicas que nos atendieron en el front desk fueron excelente, no se los nombres pero las que nos recibió solo hablaba inglés y fue excelente y la de salida hablaba español y fue excelente también. Te eve den el desayuno pero en realidad no fue que nos molestó sino que no tienen gran variedad, pero la señora que atiende el área es bien diligente para ser ella sola para atender a los ordenan.

I travel often and have never been greeted by anyone like Grace. I will definitely return to your property and will encourage my constituents to do the same...

Though the shuttle pick up was slow and the check in process had some - Close to the airport I got irritated during check in because my credit card was denied twice. I called my card company and they assured me that my card was okay. Turns out the card reader was not operating well. The counter person knew that but never told me. That was irritating.

• Mark (8/5): - Aloft is our go-to for overnight from the Sea Tac Airport. Shuttle service is good and love to be able to have a drink or snack on site as well. Left a necklace behind and the staff were great about storing it for me until I returned. Lighting is an issue for me. Can't turn on the bathroom without illuminating your sleeping spouse and waking them as well. Earplugs are useful as the light rail is right outside the building and can be a bit loud.

Room levels are not secure - anyon - Location near the airport Only ONE light switch for all the bathroom and main room lights. If you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you will have to turn on the main room light. There was a ‘sensor light’ in the bathroom sink area but it either wasn’t working well or it was too dim to make any difference at all. Very very bad design. No security - gated garage wasn’t working during my stay and was always open. You can access the room levels from the garage without a key. I did not feel safe. While not necessarily a negative due to the obvious proximity to the airport, you can definitely hear the planes - I’ve seen other reviews say otherwise.
