• Mikke77 (7/5): Nice room ,but management very poor. - I liked the room and location. If you do something wrong with the cleaning and you never fix it even in three days. With this I am veey dissapointed. So if glasses dirty...you think sori mister is okay?? Even cleaners came to the house after two days,but nothing was done. Also can not even clean away shitty toiletpapers or full rubbish. Itnwould take 1-2minutes,but if not scheduled cleaning then they will do nothing and even mistake was done..still nothing was made. Very dissappinted with this. Also laundry have me another persons sock. That never happened anywhere else in Asia. So for this how you treat your guests I give you zero.

• Mark (2/5): Not high on hospitality - It's well located They attempted to add surcharges on 2 separate occasions. I checked in at 9.30am as the room was ready. At 12 they messaged to add 100000 surcharge for early check in. They repeated this the following day calling it a cleaner surcharge. The room didn't appear to be cleaned before arrival and wasn't cleaned during. There were stains and what appeared to be cigarette burns on the bed linen. I got a message accusing me of being responsible but they knew! Very disappointing. I left the room fee for the second day in the restaurant downstairs. I did not receive change. It's extremely tricky to leave and enter at night.

With some of the best location in town, they offer great variety of homestay service apartment which are comfortable, cozy and in close proximity to major sight around Saigon. The host was very helpful, and quick with addressing all the queries we had. The room we opted was very comfortable, with unique interior. As we had checked-in late at night, the host had already shared us the guide to self-check-in which was easy and smooth. We stayed here for 3 nights and got a great discount offer, if you planning to visit Saigon, and looking for pocket-friendly place than Holo Fairy is a great choice.
• Ari (8/5): Positive experience - All-around positive experience. The room was large and very clean. There’s a coffee shop on the entry level, which I liked. Decent location depending on what you prefer to be close to. Staff was very nice and helpful.

• Alicetann29 (10/5): Good price, cute room - I chose Holo in Nguyen Binh Khiem street because it is right near my working place. The house is in the large lane, very quite and clean. The staffs were friendly. The first floor is a coffee shop which is always full of coffee aroma, I love it. My room's bathroom is not so large, but it's good enough to use. Highly recommend this one for business trip because it's located in Dist.1, but this area is not so crowded, so it's very easy to get a cab.
• llivvie (10/5): Homestay at HOLO fairy houses Saigon - We stayed in HOLO fairy houses in one of their rooms on the third floor. The room was so cute and cozy. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially the owner. The location was good too, hidden away from the noisy center-city. I would definitely stay here again.
• Yana (4/5): Not clean - I know its a homestay but clealiness is an important factor. The toilet was filthy and the operator didnt even border to change the bedsheet. We sleep with white hair and spots on the sheets. The toilet is filled w black spots everywhere and the room picture wasnt the same as the one we booked
