- Farhat (10/5): - The hotel location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the rooftop pool was really الجميلة. The food was tasty, the prices were reasonable, and everything was very clean. Honestly, everything about the stay was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there The things that could definitely be improved were the sewage smell around some areas, especially near the kids’ pools — there was sometimes an unpleasant drain/sewer odor. Also, there weren’t enough trash bins distributed around the property. The biggest issue for me personally was the water pressure. It was extremely weak, and honestly I really didn’t like it at all. These are the main things I think the hotel could improve

- Noel (9/5): Birthday Getaway - The Location is amazing and it sits outside the main road which gives it a good secluded feeling. It was also my birthday during my stay however I had not mentioned it but on the day of my birthday, the team surprised me with a cake during the morning breakfast. They pay attention to all their guest checking in and do take note of finer details like - Birthday. Amazing happy hours cocktails. The Pool is a nice spot to spend time. Their Breakfast choices and spread is WOW. The AC was the only issue. It did not cool as much as it should have based on the fact that they have Glass windows on all sides and the heat is high outside but the AC should also work or be powerful enough to cool the room better. We had to keep the curtains closed during the day just so the AC could work better.

- Wongwandanee (8/5): Alright, with little complaint. I might still consider this place for a Honeymoon. - The room was quite good, it had an alright layout, and the washroom was decent. Breakfast was okay, but it was easily the worst meal of all the meals that we had in Ao Nang. Finally, we ended up not using the pool. We think that the breakfast could have been better. While we did enjoy the buffet layout, we think that the Thai food was too mild. Additionally, it would have been good if the breakfast system allowed for cold coffee.

Also had a nice view from the room. Breakfast was good rather than exceptional. The gym was tiny with old equipment. Hotel lacked an exit lounge or proper change room for departing guests. Hotel was unable to provide a late checkout option even though the hotel was clearly experiencing low occupancy.

Hotel celebrated my birthday with decoration & cake. Very happy with the services been provided by the hotel staff. Highly recommended.❤️
- Mike (6/5): - Het is een mooi resort Snachts veel geluidsoverlast van de buren. Slecht geïsoleerde muren en deuren (waar ‘s ochtends zelfs daglicht doorheen komt). Ook viel de douche erg tegen. Een slappe straal die niet warm wordt. Voor deze prijs mag je meer verwachten.

- Genevieve (10/5): Amazing staff, beautiful pool and great location. - Loved staying here. Beautiful pool area with plenty of shade. Location is close to everything. Great drinks from the bars and enjoyed the Vietnamese restaurant at the front. Genuinely friendly and so helpful. Reception, porters, travel desk, bar staff, pool attendants, restaurant staff and drivers were all amazing. Good deals offered by resort for outside activities that we enjoyed. We will be going back.

Malheureusement la chambre n’a pas était nettoyé en 3 nuits un peu dommage et a 12:00 pour le Check out ils mettent la pression.

Heard a longtail boat to Railway Beach for sunset is amazing. Tried to do, but bad weather rolled in. The town of Ao Nang Beach was too busy and touristy for us. Very aggressive vendors along the main road made it loose it's charm. Note: If you take a boat to the islands, make sure it is private or a small tour. We were herded like cattle to different islands that were so busy in the off season.

- Yarden (1/5): לא אחזור לשם ולא אמליץ לקרובים שלי לשהות שם - את המיקום שקרוב להכל הצוות היה מאוד לא שירותי ולא מנומס. ביקשנו מים חמים כי לא הרגשנו טוב ולא יכולנו להשתמש בקומקום ופשוט התעלמו מאיתנו ולבסוף צעקו עלינו לצאת מהחדר אוכל. הארוחת בוקר הייתה דלה. באופן כללי המלון מסריח, ריח של טחב בחדרים, לחות גבוהה ומחניקה, התקשנו לנשום ולישון. כשפנינו לעזרה בקבלה עשו טובה שעוזרים וגם זה לא הועיל. הביאו לנו מכשיר שמטהר את האוויר שעזר נקודתית לכמה דקות בלבד. ניקיון ברמה נמוכה. שירות חדרים לא ניקה את החדרים עד הערב וכשהגיעו פשוט נכנסו מבלי לדפוק. פשוט חוויה נוראית. לא ממליצה בכלל להתקרב למלון הזה.
- Chen (3/5): maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel are far below average - Good location, close to the beach and boat trips. Stuff was helpful with room problems. Upon arrival, we were given a room with dirty bedsheets, an unclean floor, and a very strong moldy smell. Only after complaining for the third time were we finally offered to move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better – while the mold smell was less intense, it was still noticeable, there were ants in the room, and there was very high humidity throughout both rooms, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The issues continued at breakfast, where the dishes were visibly dirty, especially the milk pitchers, which was quite off-putting.

- Luca Göbel (8/5): Schönes & Ruhiges Resorthotel mit schönen Pool - Mitarbeiter und Service haben uns echt gut gefallen. Beim Frühstück gab es viel Auswahl, man hat immer was gefunden. Zimmer war groß und der Balkon war richtig schön zum Entspannen. Bei uns wurden frische Handtücher vergessen und die Reinigunszeiten waren etwas komisch. Unsere Klimaanlage hat immer mal wieder Probleme gehabt.

Vi ba om å bytte rom da vi hadde booket rom med sjøutsikt, det rommet vi fikk hadde så vidt sjøutsikt og så ikke ut som på bildene, da jeg ga beskjed fikk vi se et annet rom med noe bedre utsikt, men fortsatt ikke helt som på bildene. De byttet fortsatt rom uten noe problem.

- A3713TIbethb (2/5): Avoid like the plague - Avoid avoid avoid. My partner and I have arrived at this hotel today and I’m absolutely devastated to find it’s right on the strip. The music is so loud in our room and it’s not remotely relaxing. We also arrived today to a dirty and damp smelling room. We have asked to be moved but got told they were too full so couldn’t tonight. Their solution was to light a candle in the bathroom to cover the smell and put on the aircon. The room has reused flip flops for guests and the water bottles don’t look clean, they look reused and full of limescale so don’t feel safe to drink at all. We are planning on checking out early tomorrow and heading to Koh Lanta - seems far better!

- Inbar Peretz (6/5): מיקום מעולה, אם מוצאים חדר במחיר סביר - מיקום מעולה , חדר ממש קטן של קידס קלאב חביב, אין בו יותר מידי אבל הצוות שם נחמד עושה קעקועים לילדים ותסרוקות בשיער, מסעדה של המלון לא יקרה. תקלות חוזרות בחשמל של המלון במשך 4 לילות. הפסקות חשמל מרובות- ללא קשר לסוג מזג אויר . בנוסף, תקלות רבות שהמזגן מחליט בעצמו לעלות ל27 מעלות ומחניק. קורה מלא. ביקשנו לתקן , לא עזר וזה המשיך לקרות ומסתבר שכך אצל עוד 3 משפחות שמכירה. כשזה קרה גם בלילה, המענה שקיבלתי זה- תתלונן מחר...

- sda292 (10/5): Penan Krabi Resort - The heart of Krabi - We just wrapped up an absolutely wonderful stay at Penan Krabi Resort, and it’s easily one of the highlights of our Thailand trip. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and genuine care from the team made this place feel like home. Sun from the recreational team was an absolute joy every single day. This guy is pure sunshine! Always bright, smiling, and full of positive energy. He went out of his way to make great recommendations, helped us plan activities, and was just incredibly helpful with anything we needed. His happy spirit really set the tone for our whole stay. And then there’s Best, the most radiant and happy bartender we’ve ever met. This man lights up the entire pool bar with his smile and personality. Both Sun and Best remembered our names from the very first day all the way to our last, which made every interaction feel so personal and special. The resort itself is stunning, but it’s the people like Sun and Best who turn a beautiful property into an unforgettable experience. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so joyful and memorable. Penan Krabi, you’ve set the bar incredibly high. We’re already dreaming about coming back. - Lisa (6/5): Matig - - Moderne kamer - Zwembadbedjes zijn leuk (als je er eentje kan bemachtigen) - Leuk zwembadje voor de kinderen (wij hebben alleen geen kinderen) - Leuke rooftoppool - Toiletten in openbare ruimtes zijn altijd erg schoon Ik raad je aan om voor dezelfde prijs een kamer te boeken bij Ban Sainai Resort of Ginger Chic Hotel. - We hebben 140 euro betaald om hier 1 nacht te slapen. Het uitzicht van onze kamer was op een bouwplaats met urinoirs. - Hygiëne in de kamer kan beter.. er zat een zwarte haar in de douche. Wij zijn blond - Zwembadwater was eigenlijk net te koud - Weinig plek bij het zwembad. Wij lagen uiteindelijk bij het kinderbad waar het water op de vloer niet wegloopt. Dit wordt niet opgeruimd. Gaat stinken en is gevaarlijk. - Overspoeling van reclames. Overal staan reclames van drankjes en deals die je kan kopen. Wij hadden per ongeluk geen ontbijt erbij maar dat kan je dan weer nergens terug vinden. We hebben het uiteindelijk gelaten en bij een tentje om de hoek ontbeten - Het hotel heeft een dependance look - Zielige eenzame schildpad in een hokje naast het zwembad

- onraweei (8/5): Family friendly - We had such a lovely family time during our stay. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, especially at the restaurant. Nicky and her team were incredibly friendly and kind to our son, which we truly appreciated. There were plenty of daily activities to choose from, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also joined a Pilates class with C, who was very helpful and supportive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we hope to come back again in the future.
- Mitykiki (10/5): Welcoming Staff, with great hotel amenities and good location - The hotel is well located in the main strip of Ao Nang Krabi with a walking distance to bars, beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel rooms are well spacious with mostly facing the outdoor swimming pool or the Ao nang Montain. There is 3 swimming pools (top roof, main pool and a kids pool) with provision of sun beds and outdoor toilets and showers. The main pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees and a swimming pool bar. Breakfast was included and provided in the main restaurant with a variety of Western and Asian choices including tradicional thai food, pastries and healthy choices. The restaurant also provides dinner deals throught out the week such as thai night or BBQ bufet, etc with some live music for those interested. A dedicated tourist guide desk is provided for booking trips around the area, at good prices with pick up arrangements. Our experience was further inhanced by the lovely staff, including reception, restaurant and pool staff but mainly by the bar tender Best who was always welcoming us with a big smile, checking on our hotel experience and giving us tips where to visit.

- kymaf2021 (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Beautful stay here in panan. The staff make this hotel really special. So friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were cleaned very well every day, housekeeping came back later if we missed them in the morning. Pool, bar and restaurant staff were so nice. Special mention to Best at the pool bar and ploy, tum and Nok for the cooking class. Great hotel, we will be back!
- Damian (8/5): Muy buena opción en Ao Nang - Las piscinas muy lindas, las habitaciones también. El desayuno súper completo y rico. La gente de servicios de excursiones súper atenta y servicial. Natty fue muy amable. Los pasillos de las habitaciones no tienen nada de decoración, parecían pasillos de hospitales. La gente de recepción de la noche poco colaborativa, el último día la empresa que había contratado para el traslado al aeropuerto me canceló y le pedí al recepcionista de la noche alrededor de las 22 hs si podía contratar con el un traslado y me respondió muy relajado que ya no se podía, que pida un grab. Poco amable para la categoría del hotel.
