- Lichao Y (5/5): 本來只是想住青旅省錢,但其實我可能不適合這種1房12人的青旅. - 地點真的不錯, 含早的單床價位我還能接受, 但其實不算是便宜的青旅. 公共區及飯店裡的裝設都很文青風, 前台的人員及早餐廳裡的服務人員都很好 其實一間房12床且滿床....人有點太多......可能因為我第一次住青旅, 每個人入住時間點不同, 入房之後伴隨的各種聲音令人很燥無法好好休息. 淋浴間的腳踏墊真的太濕了 (踩在上面會有種噁心感)

- Shiori (10/5): また泊まりたくなる素敵な宿 - 3階の共有スペースが思っていたより広く、清潔で、マナーもよく、とても便利で快適で大満足でした！ 朝食も美味しく、個人的には台湾粥セットが台南名物づくしで好きでした。 また、チェックイン当日に部屋の無料アップグレードや、子ども用の足台(トイレや洗面台用)も相談すると用意してくれて助かりました。 ホテル前に小さな遊具付きの公園があったのも良かったです。 特にありません。
- Kemeyeo (8/5): One for the Aesop fans - decent stay - The whole place smells of Aesop since they have a collaborative counter with them on the first floor. There's a laundry area on one of the floors that you can use to wash your clothes for a small fee, and even a lounge that looks super cute. Location is fine, since there's quite a few nice food in the area but if you're looking to go out for night markets or shopping, you'll need to get a cab out and back. Not exactly the most convenient place for roaming around I'd say. But they do have really cute local cafes and eateries around the perimeter. The room itself was okay, a little bit crammed but not too bad for 1-2 nights stay. The shower was super translucent, as well as the toilet. It was a little bit awkward because I was with my friend and not my partner. There wasn't any place to hang clothes in the shower, so we had to redress at the basin area

- Ching-Yi (7/5): 房價和體驗有些許落差，勝在地點無敵 - 員工都很親切熱忱，一樓空間也香香的 1.背包房的空氣聞起來不是很清新，有點濕濕悶悶的，除濕機似乎不給力。 2.共用淋浴間的地板設計感覺髒髒的，水泥和復古白磁磚，水泥部分令人感覺藏汚納垢。 3.淋浴間外面放的硅藻土地墊是黑色的，這麽多人赤腳踩上面也是噁心，黑色地墊上都有白色皮屑痕跡了，下面墊了白色毛巾，常看到黑色污水漬……可否考慮別種吸水方式？ 4.4樓女生專用廁所最後一間沖水無力，未貼告示，已多次看到阻塞。 5.3樓共用冰箱不是很乾淨。 6.床墊很硬不好睡。 7.戶外空間晚上可以點個驅蚊香。

- Yi-Lun怡倫 (10/5): - 地點很方便，用步行的就可以到達美術館、林百貨、國華街、藥師紅茶、神農街…..等中西區景點。 住宿從洗手乳到洗澡的都是提供Aesop，超級棒！因為本身就是這個品牌的愛用者。 入住還送折價卷，可以在大廳購買Aesop….等等其他商品做折抵。 停車方便，我是停在B1室內車位，我是平日入住，就算超過折抵時間，收費也很合理。 門口外就有UBike可以騎，就算都被借光，走路5-8分鐘就能抵達美術館門口的Ubike站。 飯店3樓的公共空間很寬敞舒適。 這次入住是602房，不知道哪個方向有家庭入住，小朋友一大早就在歇斯底里的尖叫、哭鬧，隔音的部分應該是這次入住覺得最不完美的地方。 但也不是每一個人都會遇到這樣子的情形，看運氣。

- PO TING (8/5): - 整體而言，飯店硬體設備滿分，無可挑剔，但櫃檯及早餐接待人員在應對與服務溫度上仍有加強空間。 首先，櫃檯人員對於住客汽車進出場的說明不夠明確。當顧客詢問若中途離場該如何駛出時，人員表示需先至繳費機操作，若顯示需繳費再回一樓櫃檯反應。這讓人疑惑，既然入住時已登記車號，其用意為何？雖然最後實際操作繳費機即可順利離場，但若真的需要額外處理，還需顧客自行來回櫃檯，流程上顯得不夠友善。 再者，入住前的停車指引也不清楚。當朋友先至櫃檯詢問尚未辦理入住是否可先停車時，櫃檯僅回覆「停車位是提供給房客使用」。但實際上，顧客本來就需要先停車才能辦理入住，因此應直接引導顧客先將車輛駛入停車場，再上樓辦理 check-in，而非讓顧客自行判斷是否可以暫停路邊或停在前方廣場，造成困擾與不確定性。 另外，早餐接待人員雖然服務流程沒有問題，但表情較為嚴肅，給人的感受較為冷淡，服務溫度仍可再提升。而早餐體驗亦有落差。入住前已於官網查看早餐套餐菜單，並有預先選定想用的餐點，但實際入座後拿到的菜單卻將部分品項直接塗除（例如干貝），且現場人員未事先主動說明，導致顧客在點餐時才發現選項被刪減，無法事先評估或詢問替代方案，體驗上略顯落差。 最後，因個人有小傷口且早上有出血情況，向櫃檯詢問是否提供醫藥箱或藥膏時，人員僅回覆無法提供藥膏。理解相關規範，但一般櫃檯應備有基本醫療箱，且人員當下也未主動關心顧客狀況，這點在服務細節上略顯不足。

- 佳蓉 (10/5): 逛街很方便，飯店三樓有公共空間可使用，也有戶外座位區可以發呆 - 飯店地理位置在鬧中取靜的仁愛市場旁， 不管走路或是租機車騎過去都很方便！ 櫃檯的服務人員很客氣，飯店空間及客房內光線設計很充足也很滿意👍 洗澡沐浴用品還使用Aesop ，這個部分就給超過100分～ 無
