- Jarrod (10/5): - Great place to stay with so much room to accommodate family and friends. There are 4 big separate bedrooms, one with ensuite. There are 2 bedrooms in the downstairs area, about 3 to 4 steps up takes you to the spacious living room and kitchen and another separate sitting room with sofa beds and the other 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Very big kitchen to cook, walk in pantry and good size fridge. Very clean house with lovely furniture and decor.
We found the beds are comfy and lots of towels and blankets if you need extra.
I loved that there are shampoos, conditioners, hand soaps and sanitizers everywhere in the house.
It's in a quiet neighbourhood area, lots of room to park the car in the garage.
Coles and restaurants/cafes were only less than 10 mins drive away in a shopping complex. Very good options for dining and eating out.
Ray was great to communicate with, very prompt with queries and replies.
I highly recommend staying at this big beautiful house and will definitely stay again.

There were also many little details such as a range of toiletries, which were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. The supply of pillows, towels and blankets was more than ample.
It was extremely hot in Sydney during our stay, but the air conditioning in the house was very effective in keeping us cool.
The owner's service was polite, professional and courteous.
I would not hesitate to stay there again and I recommend this property to everyone.

The property was more than we needed for four, but still so cosy and warm. The fully equipped made no stress cooking during our stay.

Beds could of been slightly better quality but still quite ok and only 1 tv for whole house.
Kitchen was very well equipped and fridge was also stocked with bread and milk.
Very new house with others been built around so there is some noise, but won’t be for to long.

- Nick (10/5): Comfortable grown-up family get-together house - Our family, which is scattered around Australia, got together for a weekend in western Sydney to mark our youngest daughter's 21st birthday by all going skydiving together at Picton with Sydney Skydivers on Saturday morning. This was a great house to access Picton from, with 4 double rooms, large living area, and great kitchen. It was handy too, to the Escape House in Parramatta for the afternoon. We drove into the Darling Harbour area for Saturday night, but could have also taken the train to Edmondson Park station only 2km away from the house.
Ray (the owner) was kind to leave some complimentary goodies for us when we arrived, and to allow us to leave at 12pm on the Sunday. He met us then to refund the $750 deposit we paid on checking in and getting from him.
- Julia (6/5): Super Uncomfortable Beds - All 4 mattresses were hard as a rock, it felt like we were sleeping on concrete. We recommended to the owner to buy some mattress toppers so hopefully they do. Everything else about the house was great. It is a brand new house, very modern and clean and very spacious. It's only 5 minutes away from McDonalds, Oporto, Aldi, First Choice Liquor and 7/11.

Ray the owner went above and beyond had milk and bread bottle water and chocolates there for us, the kitchen was stocked with all utensils you would need. Lots of small extras shampoosqnd conditioners, body wash etc makes it just that bit more special
I would definitely recommend it and would be returning if we are back in the area
