• Sara (8/5): - Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam och rummet var riktigt bra! Fantastisk utsikt, balkong och gott om utrymme. Trevligt möblemang. Det fanns ett pentry och kylskåp i köket men med väldigt lite utrustning. Hade jag stannat längre än två nätter hade det varit ett problem. Vi var t ex 3 personer och det fanns endast två koppar. Detta går lätt att åtgärda dock. Frukost serverades, men den var inte så speciell. Dels verkade det som att köket inte var dimensionerat efter antal gäster, dels var kvaliteten på det som serverades bara ok.

• jessica (10/5): Super verblijf met parking en prachtig uitzicht - Het was een ruime hotelkamer met bed, zitruimte, badkamer en balkon. Het balkon had een ferm uitzicht over ulcinj. Er was parking net voor het hotel. Locatie was ook goed. Hebben een kwartiertje gewandeld bergaf naar old town en met de taxi teruggekeerd. Alles werd enorm goed uitgelegd door de receptioniste, zij was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was een buffet en ook dik in orde. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en de sauna en deze waren ook super. Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf! Niets

• Julian (8/5): All good, I would come again. - All good. Great view, nice staff, great breakfast, not a bad location - probably best if you have a car but the town is walkable (downhill). Generally pretty good and would come again. The swimming pool opening hours. It's a weird timing which meant we never managed to use the pool after being at the beach.

• Lisa (8/5): - Gute Lage, zu Fuß in die Altstadt kein Problem, aber man muss sehr steil nach unten bzw dann wieder hoch laufen. Großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick, gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Aufgrund des Wetters kann ich zum Dachpool leider nichts sagen. Der Innenpool ist ok. Er ist nicht so groß und war aufgrund des Wetters sehr voll. Dadurch war es dort auch sehr laut. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aber dennoch super. Wir haben bei Booking extra mehr bezahlt, um den Spa zu nutzen. Dieser besteht allerdings nur aus einer recht kleinen Sauna und einer Dampfsauna. Beides liegt direkt beim Innenpool, wodurch diese von allen genutzt werden konnten und genutzt wurden. Es war sehr unruhig und es waren keine Handtücher untergelegt etc. Warum wir daher mehr gezahlt haben, verstehe ich nicht.
• LUCIA (10/5): Hotel con muy buena relación calidad/precio y con una excelente atención al cliente. - Es un hotel confortable, habitaciones amplias y con buenas vistas. El desayuno tipo Buffet muy bueno. Pero lo que destacaría por encima de todo fue la atención de las chicas de recepción. Gracias a Reina y su compañera por su amabilidad, disposición y simpatía. La ubicación, aunque está en distancia cerca se la playa y del casco histórico, tiene algo de cuesta. Pero no por eso dejaría de venir a este extraordinario hotel.

• Zikri (10/5): Eines der besten Hotels in der besten Lage. - Wer in diesem Hotel bucht, macht nichts falsch. In der Lage ist es eines der besten Hotels. Immer gut besucht. Perfektes Frühstück! Tolles Personal. 2-3 Angestellte die gefühlt jede Minute nachfüllen. Frisch und große Auswahl. Hotel sauber mit warmen Pool innen und eine Pool auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns dort nach dem Frühstück auf der Liege entspannt/gesonnt. Junge, fleißige Mitarbeiter die rund um die hilfsbereit jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Auch Empfehlungen wo man was unternehmen kann. Unten am kleinen Strand ist jeden Abend Musik bis 1:00 Uhr, manchmal live. Perfekt für junge Leute oder für uns als Familie dort vorbei laufen und kurz genießen. Der kleine Strand ist nicht zum baden zu empfehlen, sondern der große Strand paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Der weg zurück von der Innenstadt zum Hotel ist ein bisschen anspruchsvoll da sehr steil.

• Iuliana (9/5): Bonito hotel. Repetiríamos - Nos gustó mucho la habitación. Muy grande y bonita. Y la limpieza de las instalaciones. Tiene gimnasio que, aunque es pequeño, está bien para hacer un entreno. El desayuno también es muy bueno. La piscina abierta no es muy cómoda y el último día la sauna no funcionaba. No es de muy fácil acceso al centro, pero esto es una cosa de planificación urbanística y no achacable al hotel. No hay prácticamente aceras y la vía para acceder es muy empinada.
• Mirosław (10/5): Mega hotel w dobrej lokalizacji i cenie - Świetny hotel, doskonała i bardzo miła obsługa, zarezerwowaliśmy standardowy pokój, a dostaliśmy w tej cenie super apartament (za co gorąco dziękujemy) Dwa baseny, jeden na dachu ze wspaniałym widokiem, drugi w środki jak ktoś chce odpocząć od słońca. Różnorodne pyszne śniadania, mega wygodne łóżka, wszystko dobrze wyposażone. Na miejscu sklep,lokalna piekarnia i restauracja. Blisko centrum, w dół na skróty. . Na pewno wrócimy. • John Lawrence (7/5): Some Quirks, Some Perks - The rooftop pool is fantastic—honestly, fantastic. We booked two rooms: one for my wife and me, and one for our three boys (21, 17, and 12—basically a boy band with questionable choreography). The rooms were wonderfully quiet, and the shower and bathroom setup was excellent. When I mentioned to the staff that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with cake and flowers. Such a thoughtful gesture—brilliant, really, and the kind of detail that makes you feel genuinely cared for. The rooms were… fine, but designed in a way that made us wonder if the architect lost a bet. There was barely any space between the bed and the wall-mounted furniture (which looked like it was halfway through resigning from its job). The pillows? Like rocks. Maybe that’s your thing—if so, congratulations, you’re in luck. As for the single elevator serving 30+ rooms, that was a bold design choice. We especially loved our daily workout climbing four flights of stairs. Who needs a gym membership? Breakfast was OK—just OK. But having to pay extra for a proper coffee every morning? That’s not hospitality, that’s a hostage situation.

• Knaso93 (9/5): - Pekný výhľad z izby. Apartmán bol naozaj veľký a krásny. Personál pre mňa zatiaľ jeden z najlepších. Príjemna rodinná atmosféra. Bazén na streche bol taktiež super. A posteľ bola veľmi pohodlná. Black out závesy. Občas by to chcelo obmeniť raňajky a osobne mi chýbali fazuľky. Izba by žiadala drobnú rekonštrukciu ale ak sme mali nejakú žiadosť personál nam ihneď vyhovel čo bolo veľké plus.

• Nika (10/5): Csodálatos - Szép tiszta volt a szobánk,a kilátás az erkélyről szép volt. A reggeli finom volt mindennap. De itt leginkább a recepciósok kedvességét emelném ki. Nagyon kedvesek voltak a fiúk-lányok egyaránt. Mindenben a megoldást keresték,ami nagyon pozitív volt számunkra. Még a kocsinkat is be kelett bikázni,a recepciós fiú és az étterem munkatársa habozás nélkül azonnal jöttek és segítettek. Maximálisan ajánlom :)

Phänomenales Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. In die Innenstadt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Außen-Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Többször áramkimaradás miatt kicsit rosszul esett pláne éjjel mikor arra keltem hogy nagyon meleg van. Hotel elhelyezkedese nem tetszett mivel messze van a tenger,és így minden nap autóval kellett menni és több órás dugok vannak a városban.

• VALERII (10/5): - Отель отличный, новый. Персонал отзывчивый, содержат отель в чистоте круглые сутки. Иногда даже казалось, что можно и меньше всё мыть и чистить. Идеальный бассейн на первом этаже, дети были в восторге каждый день. Есть второй бассейн на крыше. Есть Сауна и Хамам. Кухне отдельное уважение, очень вкусно каждый день. Спагетти с креветками на ужин, это было незабываемо. Завтрак был достаточно сытный, всё что нужно. Свежие овощи, выпечка, омлеты и всё сопутствующее.. В общем остались только положительные впечатления. Это и требуется от хорошего отдыха и места. Конечно рекомендую этот отель. Нет таких моментов.

• Bonifacio (10/5): Bellissimo Hotel in collina con vista mare e spa inclusa - Bellissimo hotel sulla collina con vista mare panoramica e camera con balcone. Servizio spa con piscina incluso. Staff accogliente, giovane e disponibile. Il manager, un ragazzo, è venuto a prenderci alla stazione degli autobus. Si raggiunge il lungomare con una camminata prima in discesa e poi in salita (per digerire)😅 in circa 15/20 min. Niente ma non consiglierei la struttura a persone senza auto e che hanno problemi a camminare in salita per 15/20 min.

• Adam (10/5): Great hotel, nicer than the pictures. - Really nice hotel, comfortable rooms, great rooftop sun terrace with pool, lovely view. The staff is very friendly and professional. Nothing bad to say really. The path leading to the beach is a bit steep, but it’s absolutely walkable!
• Vesna (10/5): nice hotel, excellent breakfast - The hotel is modern, the room is very spacious, the beds are comfortable. We got wooden cot for baby so it was way more comfortable for baby than usually those travel cots. There is a balcony with a view of the road, but there was no special noise. Air conditioning works great. The hotel has a private underground garage. Breakfast was great, buffet (self-served) and served in a building near the hotel. Practically everything that can be expected in a hotel is available: eggs, bread, muffins, cheeses, vegetables, jams, coffee, pancakes and some other food. The bread was fresh. When something ran out, they brought more. Hotel is only a short drive to the center of Ulcinj. Our stay at the hotel was pleasant.
• shpetim (7/5): - Wij hadden halfpension en het eten was beperkt qua keuze want vis en vlees waren bij te betalen maar wel lekker en vers. Bediening was heel vriendelijk. Hotel lag beetje afgelegen weg van de drukte wat voor ons persoonlijk heel goed was. We zaten op de zesde verdieping met uitzicht op de zee. We kwamen toe en het was alsof het niet gepoetst was. Hotel was nog niet zo oud maar kamers slecht onderhouden. Niet proper. Frigo was vuil. Gaven meer aandacht aan propere gangen dan aan propere kamers. Echt een groot werkpunt. Onze regendouche was ook kapot. Jammer ....

• robert (9/5): - The staff on reception were very helpful and pleasant. We got a room upgrade because they thought the extra bed in the room booked might be too small for our son. Very thoughtful. Rooftop pool was nice. Breakfast very good. Didn't have time to try the spa.

Overall, very good value for the money we paid The location is pretty close to the old town around 15-20 min walking distance but it requires a bit of physical condition as the hotel it's uphill. There is only one elevator and sometime you have to wait a few minutes to come. The coffee at breakfast is ness, you need to pay at the bar for a decent coffee.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie w cenie. Pięknie usytuowany basen na dachu obiektu. Dostępny bezpłatnie parking przed hotelem lub na parkingu podziemnym. Najpiękniej uśmiechnięta Pani z recepcji i szalenie miła. Lokalizacja ma swoje plusy i minusy bo z jednej strony usytuowanie hotelu na zboczu daje piękny panoramiczny widok ale z drugiej strony stromizna podejścia daje się odczuć w nogach. W pokoju był czajnik ale brakowało kubków, szklanek, herbaty, łyżeczek - może warto dodać.

Парковка, критий паркінг. Рекомендую цей готель. Єдиним мінусом для мене стала зручність матраців. Мені не підійшли. Хто звик спати на ортопедичних, відчують суттєву різницю.

• Miia (10/5): - Väga sõbralik vastuvõtt ja teenindus. Katusebassein ja sisebassein olid suurepärased. Lisaks oli etteteatamisega võimalik ka saunu külastada ning nende eest lisatasu ei küsitud. Hommikusöök oli maitsev. Lisaks oli lastele ka imepisike mänguplats, kuid täitis igati oma funktsiooni. Hinna ja kvaliteedisuhe on 100% paigas.

• Tibor (5/5): Čistota,šikovný peesonal,raňajky chutne! - Na tú lokalitu bolo celkom v pohode,Akurat nám chýbal šampón,mydlo,sušiak na bielizeň ostatne chygienicke potreby boli v poriadku. Hotel a hotelový personál tip top! Ale pri raňajkách príliš hlučná obsluha. Ale zase boli sikovny!
• Hamdija (10/5): - Sve je super Ulaz u garazu je suvise nizak. Dobro bi bilo preduzeti neophodnu akciju kako ne bi kacili kolima u beton.
• KatarzynaTarnowska (8/5): Katarzyna - Przestronne pokoje, duże balkony, świetna obsługa recepcji. Zgłosiłam problem z materacem i od razu zareagowano -dostaliśmy inny, większy pokój. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Jakość sprzątania jest do poprawy. Przez 8 dni nikt nie odkurzył podłogi w pokoju, kurz na lampach i szczytach łóżek. Łazienka tylko raz została powierzchownie przetarta.
• Torsten (10/5): Ein gelebter Traum 😘 - Das Personal arbeitete zusammen wie unsere befreundete Familie aus Kroatien, bei denen wir vorher Urlaub verbracht haben. Es war alles ausgezeichnet, es gibt gar nichts zu beanstanden.

• Van Den Haak (8/5): - Kamer zag er netjes en ruim uit met groot balkon. Zwembad boven op dak 7 hoog, redelijk groot heel koud. Cetrum te belopen in 15 minuten via steile route naar beneden. Supermarkt naast hotel. Ontbijt uitgebreid.

• Mariia (10/5): Excellent hotel, I'd like to stay longer here) - Spacious room, very clean, with a pleasant smell. Good view, though partly to a nearby building, but fine, sea and bastion are beautiful anyway. The pool on the roof is brilliant (a bit cold for me, but my husband liked it). Well, the soap in the shower, and gel and shampoo is outside the cabin) Should be vice versa. Breakfast could be more diverse.

• Aiša (10/5): - We had great time here. View from the balcony is stunning, especially at the sunset time. Breakfast is good, we liked the concept of outdoor breakfast area.

• Aleksandr (5/5): Не понравилось - Сняли номер только ради открытого бассейна — на месте оказалось, что он закрыт, без предупреждений. Закрытый бассейн — в ужасном состоянии, мутная вода, заходить не хочется. Пульт от ТВ не работает — севшие батарейки. Отель полностью не оправдал ожиданий, сервис на нуле. Потрачено время и деньги впустую. Не рекомендую.

• Linda (10/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Aufenthalt im KASMI Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Klima war vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer bietet genügend Platz und hat ein Bidet. Von unserem Balkon hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt mit Ihren historischen Gebäuden. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausgewogen. Nicht zu vergessen ist das super freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Sehr kompetent und gastfreundlich ❤️
