Varaamamme saunan (rantamaja) kiuas väsähti 10 min jälkeen, eikä löylyä oikein tullut. Varausaika oli kaiken kaikkiaan kaksi tuntia.

• Leena (9/5): Mukava ja siisti majoitus - Rauhallinen ympäristö, hieno maisema, siisti huone ja laadukas sänky. Hiljaisen kauden aikana ravintola ei ollut auki.

• Janne (7/5): Ihan ok - asunnon koko oli täydellinen eli kaikki tila hyvin käytössä. Kattoikkuna ja ikkunat ok. Aamupala oli hyvä. Valosaaste eli asuimme lumilinnan yhden rakennuksen lähellä ja turvallisuussyistä siinä paloivat koko yön valot. Samoin mereltä tulevat muutamat valot aiheuttivat sen että jouduimme laittamaan verhot kiinni vaikka olisimme mielellämme katsoneet taivaanrantaa etc. Ymmärrämme syyt, mutta oli pienoinen pettymys.

• Valivaara (7/5): - Siuiteys oli hybä, rauhallinen sijainti. Ilmalämpöpumpun kova hurina ja muukin äänekkyys sekä sen aiheuttama vetoisuus huoneessa häiritsi nukkumista.
• Brandt (5/5): Kerran koettu, ei enää uudestaan. - Erilainen yöpymispaikka, ei todellakaan tavanomainen. Nyt kerran koettu, ei enää uudestaan. Ravintolan menu oli kohtuullinen, ei paha. Suihkussa tuli lämmintä vettä vain 13 min/tunti, eli pariskunnalla piti olla "suihkuvuoro" että molemmat pystyi peseytymään lämpimällä vedellä. Aamupalaa kehuttiin jossakin, ei todellakaan edes keskivertoa, puurossa oli suolaa kyllä aivan liikaa, jäi syömättä. Mökit ihan vierekkäin ja isot ikkunat, joten sopii paremmin vilahduttajille, muut saavat olla verhot kiinni yötä päivää.
• Janika (8/5): - Meeldiv teenindus, klaaslagi, mugav voodi, lisapadjad, ümbruskond. Nunnu valge jänes keksis akna taga. Ei saanud oodatud merevaadet, kuna villa asus teises reas. Hoiatati, et sooja vett on piiratud koguses (ma ei julgenudki juukseid pesta).
• Joni (10/5): Voisi aloittaa uuden perinteen tulla joka kevät käymään täällä. 😊👍 - Ei mitään vikaa. Kattolasi oli odotettua kirkkaampi, ei likaa, hyvä näkyvyys. Laatu ja siisteys oli erinomaisia! Mökki piti outoa ääntä välillä, kuten jokin olisi paukahtanut seinään välillä.

• VictoriaKra (9/5): - Pretty amazing location right by the sea. We were able to stay in a villa with our dog. The resort is a lot bigger than I imagined and offers attractions, restaurant, and souvenir shops. Comfy beds and pillows. Spectacular glass ceiling. We were the only guests in the restaurant and still were served dinner. Good breakfast. Walking distance Kemi center. Dogs are not allowed into the main building, where the restaurant, shops, and attractions are. No parking close to the villas. The ice cave and the gem stone exhibition are not free for guests or cheap, even though staying at the villa is quite pricy. The bathroom has an annoyingly bright light that is sensor-operated and takes a long while to go off. Not possible to open a window for fresh air.

• Amanda (10/5): Beautiful place to stay - There’s so much going on here. There are sculptures, a snow castle and the icebreaker tours leave from reception. It’s amazing place which was really busy at reception however the cabins are quiet and peaceful. I only stayed one night to go on the icebreaker cruise the next day. The cabins are cosy and it’s so serene just looking out. I wished I’d stayed longer

• Nikola (9/5): Great view, especially from the first line! - Great view, especially from the first line! Perfect location in case you want to visit Snow castle and one of the icebreaker cruises. Also easy access to the standard northern attractions like dog sledge, snowmobile safari or ice fishing. Also if you are lucky and you use good prediction application you could observe the aurora from inside the glass villa. Remember to switch off all lights, otherwise you could miss it. When tourists come for the cruises, the privacy is a bit of problem for the nearest to the path villas. At the check-in you'll be advised to not touch the air-conditioning control, except adjusting the temperature. However you should consider switching it in quite mode for the night, the automatic mode is too loud. Be careful with the eggs, they are soft boiled and there is no sign for that. If you like hard boiled eggs you could be badly surprised.

• YU HAN (8/5): 很美、破冰船很推薦、運氣若再好一點、Auroa女神敲門，心滿意足 - 服務人員服務態度非常好、耐心回應 在參加破冰船的活動下，這個住宿是絕佳選項 玻璃屋的配置，如果在天氣好的時候，晚上是有機會是可以躺在床上看見極光 在零下20度的天候下，屋內暖氣是很暖和，屋內有IH爐，可以煮熱水泡茶、泡麵 早餐也算可以，飯店可以幫忙叫TAXI到車站 在等待破冰船的集合時間，有冰屋、HUSKY雪橇活動可以短暫體驗 環境真的很美 供水是電熱水器，所以洗澡約莫20分鐘，等熱水要在1小時~ 面湖景第一排的位置 太晚CHECK IN，走道入口第一間是很好距離 (因為天黑了、太冷、不適合拉行李拉太遠) 早一點CHECK IN，可以選擇靠樹林邊一點位置 玻璃屋可以全透視， 側邊一點的位置，白天可以有拉開窗簾的隱私空間

• Veronique (6/5): Mooie loft maar kans om noorderlicht te zien vanaf huisje nihil ivm teveel licht om het huisje heen - Loft was netjes ingericht. Sauna functioneerde prima en temperatuur goed regelbaar. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers. Personeel vriendelijk. Te duur voor wat je krijgt! Het hoofdgebouw en de lampen tussen de huisjes door geven dermate veel licht af dat je nauwelijks het noorderlicht kan spotten vanaf je bed/huisje. Zie foto. Leuk bedacht het enorme raam aan de voorkant van je huisje maar met het gordijn open zit je volledig te koop en nul privacy ivm voorbij wandelende gasten/toeristen of je zit opgesloten met de gordijnen dicht!

• Luka (10/5): - Cabin was warm during our stay, the view on the sea is beautiful, breakfast was great and snow castle inside of hotel was amazing. Having any kind of garage would be perfect for very cold nights. Unfortunately the outdoor snow castle was not finished during our stay.
• jimmakos (2/5): Δεν αξίζει για τα χρήματα που ζητούν - Η τοποθεσία Καταρχάς δεν ήταν ζεστό το δωμάτιο!! Ζήτησα έξτρα καλοριφέρ και έβαλα και το κλιματιστικό κάτι που μέσα στο δωμάτιο ήταν αντιαισθητικό και μετά από τρείς ώρες λειτουργίας αρχίσαμε να ζεσταινόμαστε. Στο κλιματιστικό τα φίλτρα πρέπει να έχουν καθαριστεί πριν δύο χρόνια,πολύ κρίσιμο για την υγιεινή αναπνοή. Το ζεστό νερό κρατουσε το πολύ 20-25 λεπτά και έπρεπε να περιμένεις 1+ ώρα να ξανα ζεσταθεί, πράγμα απαράδεκτο αφού δεν αναφερόταν πουθενά στις πληροφορίες. Τα τζάμια στο ταβάνι για να έχεις μια υπέροχη θέα στον ουρανό ήταν παγωμένα και δεν υπήρχε κανένας τρόπος να φύγει ο πάγος και να δεις τον ουρανό, πράγματα τελείως απαράδεκτα γιατί πληρώνεις και καλά τόσα πολλά χρήματα για αυτή την παροχή! Τα σκεύη δεν ήταν καθαρά. Γενικά αναρωτιέμαι γιατί η booking κρατά τέτοια καταλύματα που ξεκάθαρα μας κοροϊδεύουν. Θα απευθυνθώ εννοείται και στη booking διότι 500€ τη βραδιά είναι τεράστιο ποσό για να μην έχω αυτά που πλήρωσα!!

• indiebar (7/5): Location incantevole, rapporto qualità prezzo da rivedere, anzi, inaccettabile - La posizione in riva al mare ghiacciato, la struttura della camera con il tetto vetrato e la sauna privata in bagno, il letto era molto comodo. Il prezzo è fuori da ogni parametro possibile. Di fatto si tratta di un bungalow attrezzato, non di una suite 5 stelle lusso! Il piano superiore era piuttosto scomodo da raggiungere con una scala molto impervia, mi immagino i viaggiatori anziani come avrebbero fatto.

• Jelena (10/5): Wyjatkowe miejsce. - Lokalizacja jest swietna, przy zatoce. Doner też milt przytulny. Bardzo ładnie. Byliśmy w grudniu gdzie już o 15 jest ciemno, więc nie długo moglismy pocieszyc sie widokami. Byliśmy wcześniej i pozwolono nam wejsc wcześniej to było swietne więc moglismy obserwowac zachod slonca z domku. W nocy była zorba polarna i obserwowalismy ja przez dach lezac w lozku. Minusem było ze ludzie robili sobie zdjecia na przeciw chatki. Nasza była 16, więc odrazu blisko przejscia. Fajnie by było żeby było ogrodzone lub bylby znak ze nie można chodzić. Sniadanie było dobre. Snow Castle jest w tym samym budynku, więc moglismy wejsc. Nie wszytko było jeszcze gotowe, więc cena 20 eur to już ze znizka jest nie watts tego co zobaczysz. Było nie mozliwie spać bo wentylacja pracowala bardzo glosno( ja wylaczylismy) ale i kondycjoner był barfdzo glosny

A recepção fecha entre 8pm-8am > e fecha mesmo, não tem onde ficar em área comum do hotel caso você tenha um trem um pouco mais tarde. O quarto tem teto e parede de vidro mas não tem como ver aurora devido a luminosidade dos outros quartos, e as janelas não são aquecidas, então acumula neve

La habitación es como un mini-apartamento, bien equipado, y todo se veía muy bien cuidado. La habitación es tipo " bungalow". El desayuno bueno . Fuimos con la ilusión de ver las Auroras Boreales, pero no hubo suerte de verlas desde la habitación .Hubiese sido un detalle que en recepción nos hubiesen informado un poco, y orientarnos para poder verlas.

• janne (6/5): - Mielenkiintoinen uusi tapa majoittua Envimmäisenä päivänä todella kylmä huone. Lämmöt oli laitettu päälle juuri ennen meidän tuloa ja koko yön paleli. Ilmapumppu ei riitä ptämään 15 pakkasella tuota kämppää. Sängyt huonot ja peittona jokin kesäpeitto. Olisi hienoa että jos kämppää pidetään kylmänä niin edes peitot olisi lämpimät ja mahdollistaisi nukkumisen.

• Antti (9/5): - Siisti, hyvä sijainti, lasikatto ja hyvä sauna. Makuuhuoneen katto olisi voinut olla korkeampi
