• Clint (10/5): - The location where it was situated was perfect. Very central to all locations. Had all the facilities needed. The wifi was not stable in certain moments but overall it was a lovey apartment and equipped with everything.

• CHATELIER (6/5): - L'emplacement est vraiment top, proche de beaucoup de monuments historiques 👍 L'appartement ne procède pas de 4 vraies places de couchage, seul le lit double est de qualité. Le clic clac est vraiment hors service, les lattes se détachent toutes seules et le matelas n'en n'est plus un (juste une mousse). Le bac à douche est petit, très petit, on ne peut même pas se tourner dedans et nous avons plutôt des gabarits moyens... Je dirais également, par rapport à d'autres réservations que rien n'est proposé pour un bon accueil (café, brioche de bienvenue...) Dernier point qui ne relève pas du loueur, se sont les escaliers du départ qui sont vraiment hauts mais bon.

A partire dalle scale per accedere all' appartamento che sono molto trascurate e in cattivo stato, anche l' appartamento è molto trascurato e poco pulito. Il bagno che definire piccolo è riduttivo. Nonostante i 20 gradi di Roma, abbiamo trovato l' ambiente freddo. Scale sporche e fatiscenti, fortunatamente non avevamo grandi bagagli. Ingresso angusto, arredi vecchi e rovinati, pareti sporche ed in alcune zone anche rovinati, camera spoglia, fredda, letto scomodo. Cucina per niente funzionale, addirittura lo sportello del frigo rotto ed accuratamente riposto in un angolo. Il bagno angusto, doccia microscopica, assenza gravissima di bidet e scaldasalviette, quindi per tutta la durata del soggiorno salviette umidissime ed inutilizzabili. Appartamento trascuratissimo, sporco , il classico trappolone per stranieri.Non lo consiglio assolutamente

• Bart (7/5): Nice - Good location within walking distance to important historic sites Opening outer door with app was easy through my 4G connection, but inside the building the 4G was not available, so I had to open the aparment door from outside the building. There was also a funny smell in the apartment that did not go away, even when opening the windows.

• Eric (2/5): - Don’t stay here, beware! This apartment has an absolutely horrible smell, of cigarettes I think or some kind of burn. It’s so bad you can smell it through the front door as you approach. We couldn’t even stand to be in the living room. We washed our clothes there and let them air dry because it was day 7 of our trip through Italy, which was a huge mistake. Our clothes still stink after washing them twice at our next stop. Clothes we didn’t even wash there stink just from being in the same suitcase. We didn’t have cancellation insurance unfortunately, so we contacted the representative (from the Vicky company) upon arrival to try to get a refund, and they pretended they had never heard of the issue, which is impossible frankly. After playing dumb like that, they just stopped responding to us. We seriously contemplated spending an extra thousand euros to rent elsewhere for the 4 nights, but decided to tough it out. The bedroom was barely acceptable if you shut the door and opened the window. The remote entry was also a big problem. As mentioned in another review, this apartment is in a cellular dead zone, so a few times we had a really hard time unlocking the door. One of us would have to be on the street to unlock with cell phone while the other was at the door. So stupid. By far the worst experience staying anywhere in our lives.

• Benjamin (8/5): - Only reason overall rating was good was because of the stairs. VERY narrow spiral staircase making luggage difficult but otherwise excellent stay. Very walkable, lots of restaurants around and close to all the sites! Ona quiet little street off the main routes.

The pull out bed/couch is ok - not good for more than 2/3 nights as the comforter is very thin and dirty. If you are using this solely for sleep and enjoying the location they you are in the right place! Host was easy to get a hold of which was awesome Wasn’t very clean, mattress for the pullout has blood stains, a/c didn’t work on arrival

Obiekt nie jest przyjazny rodziną. - Lokalizacja - dostęp do lokalu odbywał się za pomocą strony internetowej, wszystko byłoby ok gdyby nie brak zasięgu GSM na klatce schodowej który uniemożliwia skorzystanie z tej opcji. Zarządca powinien o tym wcześniej poinformować. - łóżko w salonie nie nadaje się do spania! to jest tragedia że ktoś pozwala na to. Łóżko (deseczki) są uszkodzone w kilku miejscach, szczebelki wypadają co chwilę. - czystość w obiekcie pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Ściany brudne, dawno nie malowane. - wielkość łazienki dla ludzi w stylu slim, i nic więcej. - w łazience uszkodzony wąż od słuchawki prysznicowej Większość powyższych uwag powtarza się w komentarzach poprzednich użytkowników, świadczy to o tym że właściciel/zarządca nic tym nie robi.

• Angel M (6/5): Great location but... - For starters, if you do not have a phone that works with at least 4g, you will not be able to get in the building. Once inside, there's NO signal. The inside is a DEAD ZONE, so you will not be able to open the door to the Apt. using the link. However, you can access the code, when u are outside the building, screen shot it, then use it. Our stay was ok. Neighbors upstairs walk like a herd elephants, so be prepared... and i do wear ear plugs to bed. Also, they can come in at odd hours, and you will hear them coming in, going up to their unit all this while carrying a conversation. There were no instructions provided for washer/dryer, so i had to figure it out myself. There was a cleaning fee and daily tax to be collected upon checking, no one came to collect it even though i emailed who was emailing me. I didn't even get a response. Location wise, is fantastic! close to the Panthenon and lots of places to eat. The closest taxi stand is seven minutes away since most times, you cannot flag a taxi and if you do, they will totally ignore you. My recommendation to the owner is to please, at least on day one, meet the people in person and welcome them and let them in the building. A keyless system, is the last thing you want to deal with after being jetlag. And has a last item on the access to the building, i saw this key (not labeled) and after i tried it out in many places inside the unit, it turn out that it was the key to the front of the building. Nothing was mention of it

• Erin (1/5): Traumatizing, aggravating, scary - Location to Pantheon. Entry into the apt dependent upon internet connection. Apparently there’s a key to the street door but that wasn’t communicated so to enter you had to be buzzed in BUT only between 9am and 5pm, after that you couldn’t gain access to the building. My first day/night I was locked outside in the rain for 45 minutes because it was after 5pm, then I forced myself to eat in traumatizing another vacationing family. Then I was imprisoned in the unit, thirsty and hungry, but not wanting to sleep on street. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL. Stay away. - keep out unless you enjoy feeling like a prisoner.
• Alannah (5/5): Wouldn’t recommend if you want a comfy sleep - The location was good The beds were so uncomfortable. Claims there was a sofa bed but only provided the base which was so uncomfortable and hurt our backs.
• Thomas (4/5): - The apartment is very outdated and dirty, old furniture and artwork on the walls is dirty, some picture frames are falling apart. The sleeper sofa is old and dirty and not comfortable to even sit on and in disrepair. There was a live insect in the first drawer in the kitchen that we opened. There was another live insect in the kitchen the next day. The shower had black mold. The hallway and stairs to the apartment are in disrepair and dirty and some light fixtures are broken. The railing in the stairway was loose. We contacted the rental agency owner and they said they could send someone to clean, but they cannot fix things that are really unfixable in the apartment or in the stairway. The place is unsuitable. Expedia and The rental agency were helpful but could not do much to help us. They said we could not cancel, as was stated in the contract. Too late, after you see the place! The good thing was that the area was safe and close to many restaurants, historical sites, and shopping.

• Lynne (10/5): Excellent centrally located apartment - Excellent simply furnished apartment in perfect location to walk to all the central visitor attractions. Easy to get to from Roma Termini station. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipped for simple meals, a kettle, hob, fridge and microwave. The kingsize bed with memory foam mattress is amazingly comfortable, the sofa bed is good too, lovely crisp clean towels and useful clothes washer drier with drier rack and iron. Loredana who met us was delightful, helpful and kind. She gave us her contact for help throughout our stay. Highly recommend this apartment for 2-3 people.

We hadden 2 handdoeken p.p. voor een hele week, geen enkel schoonmaakmiddel om aanrecht en wastafel e.d. schoon te houden. Toch waren we heel positief ondanks deze minpuntjes

Also the picture you show as the out side is not the apartment but the view at end of road. The shower is tiny and not good for the larger person. But location is perfect for visiting Rome’s attractions
