• Kristina (8/5): Ekonomična, a dovoljno komforna opcija za ski boravak - Brzeće Centar je odličan. Ima parking, blizu je gondola, skijašnica se greje. Ovaj konkretno apartman je bio pristojan. Izuzetno čisto, posebno kuhinja i pribor. Pribora je bilo više nego dovoljno i sve u odličnom stanju. Odlično grejanje. Nije najbolje rešena ventilacija, bilo je mirisa iz drugih apartmana… isto važi i za kupatilo. Iako je neko čisto bilo je neprijatnih mirisa.

• Branko (6/5): The entire apartment smelled like sewer. - One thing that ruined it all was the odor (really bad smell) from both the kitchen sink and the bathroom, that didn't go away even when we poured a lot of water and soup into the sink. The sewer ending on the last floor (where our apartment was located) was poorly executed and there was "sewer like" odor throughout our entire stay there. The apartment complex is otherwise nice, but that thing really ruined our stay, to the point where we had to return one day before planned.

• Овчинская (2/5): - Персонал пытался что то сделать. Расположение, близко к подъёмнику. Когда мы зашли в номер, то увидели там в гостиной лыжи. Мы спросили что это. Нам сказали, что это номер хозяина и он оставил свои вещи, если нам не мешает, то могли бы они оставить. Мы попросили убрать. Они стали искать куда убрать, но в это время мы стали разбирать свои вещи и увидели, что все шкафы забиты вещами хозяина и вещи некуда складывать. Мы были в шоке. В ванной висело старое полотенце хозяина. Это было очень неприятно( Мы попросили нас переселить. Номер в который нас пересилили был намного меньше и очень холодный. Других не было. В общем мы были рады оттуда уехать!!!

• Vladimir (9/5): - Velika soba, puno prostora. Ima i hodnik koji je zgodan za sušenje čizama i opreme posle skijanja. Prilično blizu gondole, zaista oko 500 metara, mada daleko da se baš ide peške u pancericama. Smeštaj uključuje i parking u garaži. Krevet je dvosed na rasklapanje. Nije neudoban, naprotiv, ali ne preterano širok, pa ne znam da li je baš za osobe koje nisu par.

• Boban (10/5): - Sredjeni i čisti apartmani. Recepcija za svaku pohvalu! Veličina apartmana odgovara porodici koja ima potrebe za većim prostorom prilikom pripreme za skijanje. Skijašnica poseduje grejače za pancerice. U sobama i wc-u dovoljno mesta i polica za sušenje stvari nakon skijanja

• Denisa (10/5): Best place to stay in Kopaonik, clean, nice, modern and good value for money - It was very clean and modern and the best thing it was that is just a 3 minutes walk to the gondola. P.S. For who is going for the first time there is a gondola, also ski rental and you take it to go up to the mountain and then on your skiis you go down to the ski center. -

• Oleg (8/5): Nice place, new apartments with fresh renovations, friendly staff, and affordable prices - Close to the best restaurant of Brzece:) inside garaje (but you need to find empty place to park). Friendly stuff. Cool windows views. 5 minutes by foot to gondola No lockers for skiing equipment. No late checkout. If you wanna skiing the last day of stay you have to check out before 10 am and store your stuff somewhere (nowhere)) - inside your car e.g. No changing rooms or ski storage. Reception work just before 4 pm. If you come late you will serve yourself. Thank to host for detailed instruction and phone call consultations at least. Bad quality if internet connection (Wi-Fi)

If you are on car, you may get the Kopaonik in 20-25 minutes by serpentines, very picturesque views on road. parking are not guaranteed indeed. But there is some place to park your car outside the garage. Some of the neighbors were smoking in the vent, as I think, because sometimes we smelled the smoke. Gondola is not far from the hotel, but hotel's location is better for car owners, because gondola's price is not cheap. But can't refer it as a minuses

Bery peaceful location with few restaurants and super market in immediaty reach. Professional stuff, highly friendly, polite and at your service any time. You have to be very picky to find something you really dislike.

• Polina (10/5): amazing experience - Great new apartments with the friendliest staff I ever met! Very clean and stylish! Make sure the slope and the elevator “Treska” works otherwise you’ll need to take a taxi all the time to get to the hotel.

• Lidija (3/5): Poor - The room was clean and the hotel has a nice ski room where all ski equipment can be dried. The hotel also has a closed garage and a restaurant with good prices right next to it. Unfortunately there were few things: 1. We got upgraded to a better room upon the arrival, however, at midnight we (4 people) found out that the sofa could not be turned into a bed. We called the workers and they were insisting and trying to convince us that the sofa can be opened and that we don't know how to do it, even tho we tried everything. After telling us to find a way to sleep through the night and deal with the problem in the morning, it turned out that there was another room which was unlocked but cold and we were told that 2 people could transfer there and that we will talk about the problem in the morning. It turned out that the sofa could not be turned into the bed and we got transferred to another room. 2. Since our new room wasn't ready in the morning, after some waiting we decided to leave our luggage in the new room so we don't lose too much of the skiing time. Cleaning stuff was in the room at the time. When we came back from the skiing, we saw that one hoodie-jacket was missing. Over the course of 2 days we talked to the staff multiple times, explaining the situation. They called the cleaning stuff which said multiple times that there was no hoodie-jacket in the room. After insisting for the 3rd or 4th time, they said that they found the hoodie-jacket, and we got it from some locker in a room. 3. The heating in our new room was low when we came, radiators were cold and the thermostat was locked. We waited for a day to see if the temperature will improve, after which we went to the reception to explain the situation. The stuff was not very pleasant. They insisted that we blocked the thermostat with our jackets hanging over it. They fixed the temperature but the interaction was not very pleasant. 4. The next day when we came to our room, we saw it was unlocked. The cleaning stuff was in the room, changed the towels and thrash and left the room unlocked. All our laptops and other valuables were the first thing someone would see.

• Momcilop (9/5): Great place for a weekend ski trip - Nice, warm and clean studio. You get all the necessary kitchenware, quality towels, linens, liquid soaps and detergents. There is a free parking in the garage and ski boots racks have warm fans for drying up the insides of the boots. Also, there is a great place too eat just next to the apartment complex. Sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable one, but it's decent for a couple of days when you're too tired from skiing the whole day. Location isn't the best either. They say it's "only" 350m from a ski lift, but in reality it's 500m downhill/uphill walk in ski boots while carrying skis. A proper 8 to 9 min. exhausting exercise. So prepare a spare shirt for change over once you hop on the ski lift.
• Péter (8/5): Very good - The appartement was clean, neat, and well equipped, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The gondola lift is not too far but not even close enough to go on foot, having ski boots on. It was about 500 meters away. The bedroom was so weird shaped that there was no room for making from 2 single bed a double bed. The Wi-Fi connection was quite bad. The Wi-Fi signal was strong enough I think the bottleneck was the bad performance of the main internet connection. Especially evenings ther was no way to use internet through the Wi-Fi. The nearby Restaurant Koliba is heated by wood with high moisture, which results in a very smoky air around the apartements all day. You can't open the window if you want to survive your winter holiday. (By the way, the air quality in restaurants is even worse, because everyone is smoking everywhere in Serbia.)

• Nikita (9/5): Superb - The property is clean and of high quality. Very helpful staff. Located quite remotely from the ski slopes. If gondola is out of operation, like it was during the period of my visit, then transportation to the center of Kopaonik is reaaaly problematic (meaning, in case if you don’t have private means of transportation). Otherwise, that was the only annoying aspect for me, as a tourist.
