- Ioana (10/5): We will book it again if we will come back in Tirana - The property was modern, clean, near the center. It exceeded our expectations in the matter of value of the money. The breakfast and the terrace where is the place to take it ia amazing. Two days we could not attend the breakfast, but the stuff could help us with a take away breakfast. We did not had time to go at the spa, but the fact that is included in the price in my opinion is nice.

Katusel hubane restoran, maitsev kõrgklassi köök. Voodid väga mugavad. Spaa on väga armas väike, aga esimesed kulumisjäljed, aga see ei seganud privaatselt nautimast. Nagisid, nagu ikka, võiks hotellitubades ja vannitubades, spaades enam olla.

- Carina (9/5): Top Hotel im Zentrum - Wunderschönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster zu einen Innenhof und deshalb auch ruhig. Netter kleiner Spabereich den man reservieren kann und für sich allein hat. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und tolles Restaurant mit Rooftop.

- Lech (6/5): Kuriozum - Lokalizacja Bardzo mały i bardzo wysoki pokój potęgujący poczucie klaustrofobii. Drzwi od toalety blokowały dostęp do muszli klozetowej. Łóżko wypełniało całą przestrzeń pokoju, a wszystko to w barokowym przepychu wykończenia. Rzeczywistość rozmijała się z aspiracjami.

- Elena (6/5): It is misleading for guests to call this a SPA hotel - Overall, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to access restaurants and transport. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciate how politely and understandingly they responded to my complaints during our stay. However, there were several significant downsides. The hotel is located on a very busy and noisy street, and the windows are poorly insulated. The room was warm, and the air conditioning did not work despite several requests to fix it. Lowering the temperature had no effect. Opening the windows was not an option because of the noise, but with the windows closed, the room became very stuffy. The room itself was small and lacked basic storage — there was no wardrobe, very limited space for clothes, and almost no hooks for hanging items. The biggest disappointment was the spa. The jacuzzi was cold, the steam room did not work, and the sauna cooled down quickly in 15 min. Overall, the spa area is in very poor condition and does not meet expectations. It is misleading for guests to call this a spa hotel. That said, I would still like to thank the staff for their understanding and for trying to reassure me regarding these issues.

- Jacqueline (8/5): Nice hotel which some room for improvement - Perfect location, spacious room with super comfortable bed, great breakfast in a very nice restaurant. Room: While the room was spacious, we found the lack of storage space for personal belongings in both the bedroom and the bathroom quite inconvenient. Additionally, the few hangers provided were positioned directly above the kettle and coffee machine, making them impossible to use if you wanted to have a coffee or tea. Cleanliness: There was a lot of hair on the floor when we arrived and the carpet did not look clean. Reception: Upon arrival, the initial interaction focused primarily on potential fines for room damages, such as hanging items on door handles, which felt unwelcoming. This tone continued during our departure at 4:30 AM; we were asked to wait while the room was inspected for damage, yet no one inquired about the quality of our stay. Overall, these experiences made both the check-in and check-out processes feel quite impersonal. I hope you find this feedback helpful for improving the guest experience.

- Rolfie (7/5): Great location, Amazing breakfast with a view - The staff is very friendly and aims to fulfill every wish we had. The location is extremely good because every "touristy" place is reachable on foot which makes it convenient who comes just for a short weekend city tour. The restaurant looks very elegant and high end and the atmosphere is very welcoming along with the staff. The food deserves 5 stars - we booked with breakfast and it was simply amazing. Wide variety of foods including local specialties like the burek and fergese, delicious coffee (they dont charge you if you would like to have a 2nd coffee which is very generous of them), and fresh ingredients. They have a private Spa what you can book and the whole area is yours including the Sauna, jacuzzi, and steam cabin. Luckily we had some available hours so we could use it 2x within 3 days. Overall its a very nice and cozy hotel with very nice style. The electric plugs in the bathroom dont work and it was a bit annoying when drying hair. The TV has a huge crack on its side and the image is cut off on the broken part. The rooftop restaurant is i think a bit overpriced. After checking the prices and realising that we pay less in Austria for a decent meal we decided to go to another place. They put too much chlorine in the jacuzzi (maybe it was a one time thing) and after a while it starts to burn your eyes, and your nose starts to run because of the lack of ventilation in the spa room. This can be easily fixed by putting only the half of the amount.
- Dilek (7/5): Choosing the breakfast-included option feels quite meaningless under these circumstances. - I was very pleased with the location of the property, its cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff. Having to select the breakfast items a day in advance and inform the reception was not satisfying at all. In addition, apart from the eggs and yogurt, the freshness, quality, and cooking balance of the meat products and pastries were quite disappointing, which was upsetting for me.

- Vintila (9/5): Good place to stay in Tirana 👍 - The staff was extremely nice and the girls from the reception were really well prepared and helpful. The room was cleaned each day. I enjoyed very much the idee of ordering in advance the breakfast and not seeing large quantities off food exposed for everyone to choose from that means less food wasted. Also the system off booking the SPA area for privacy - amazing. I've booked an apartment but the reality was just a hotel room separated in half by a wall. The pictures are well made😁 The SPA area needs attention and should be better cleaned.

- Barbara (7/5): - La posizione è ottima, tutte le principalo attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile e le stanze sono sempre state molto pulite. Il ristorante è molto bello, sia come ambiente che come vista, la colazione è abbondante e molto buona e varia tra cibi salati, dolci, piatti internazionali e locali. La sauna non funzionava, l'idromassaggio aveva l'acqua ad una temperatura troppo bassa, la doccia emozionale non era perfettamente utilizzabile. L'aria condizionata in una delle stanze non funzionava, ma hanno rimediato con un caldo bagno. Il televisore in una delle due stanze era rotto. Durante il giorno c'erano dei momenti in cui per circa 20 minuti si sentivano delle vibrazioni, si fermavano per mezz'ora e poi ricominciavano.

The staff was nice enough to help us organize however she did not make sure that the spa in the other hotel was functioning even though I asked her explicitly and she confirmed. The room was quite noisy as well and there was note that there will be a private party with noise until midnight. Overall really beautiful hotel and quite a bad experience for us.

- Sylvie (8/5): - La décoration et son coté design, le petit déjeuner à la carte et excellent, l’ambiance du restaurant rooftop, le voiturier qui amène la voiture juste devant l’hôtel. L’air conditionné dans la chambre qui est difficile à régler et qui fait beaucoup de bruit, la nuit.
- Andrei (3/5): Would not recommend, just doesn’t worth its money - Balcony is nice and street view as well Spa wasn’t working for all 3 days we stayed there. In the restaurant was some event whole night and was very loud at night, restaurant was closed because of the event. The room is extra small, it’s no space in it rather than the bed
- Marika (6/5): Esperienza molto contrastante - Colazione, bar e ristorante di livello molto alto: qualità e atmosfera elegante d’altri tempi, mai stucchevole. Staff impeccabile, professionale e attento. Pulizia impeccabile e letto estremamente comodo. Molto gradito il benvenuto dell’hotel con due calici e dolcetti per il mio compleanno. La matrimoniale superior affaccia sul motore dei condizionatori e non dispone né di armadio né di cassettiera, ma solo di alcune grucce appese in modo scomodo, rendendo difficile gestire i vestiti per più notti. Rubinetto della vasca rotto e specchio rovinato: piccoli dettagli che, in una struttura di questo livello, fanno la differenza. La SPA ha deluso: la stanza del sale pubblicizzata non è presente, l’idromassaggio non funziona, la sauna è fredda e la doccia emozionale era al buio. L’unico servizio funzionante è stato il bagno turco. Su tre pernottamenti, il ristorante è stato chiuso per eventi privati in due serate, consentendone l’utilizzo solo una volta. Avrebbero dovuto avvisare prima, così da permettere una scelta consapevole al momento della prenotazione.
- Berfin (8/5): - Konumu muhteşem, mimarisi ve tasarımı harika, temizlik üst düzeyde.. 105 nolu odada kaldık biraz küçüktü.. Kahvaltısı muhteşem. Odayla ilgili bilgilendirmeler biraz zayıf, klimayı nasıl açacağımızı çok zor anladık. Perdeler otomatikmiş yönlendirme yok zor keşfettik. Televizyonun tv kısmı bozuktu sadece youtube’dan izleyebildik. Resepsiyon personeliyle yüz yüze iletişimimiz biraz zayıf kaldı, yeterince pratik değil gibiydi ama çok sorun değil. Ek olarak üst kat restaurantta cumartesi günü yüksek müzikli bir etkinlik vardı, özür dilediler ses için ama rahatsız ediciydi. Özür için bi minik jest yapılabilirdi odalara bişi bırakılabilirdi. :)
- Ficuciello (7/5): Lo consiglierei - La posizione centrale é perfetta, si arriva a piedi in tutti i posti da visitare. L'albergo é molto bello. Letto comodissimo. Lo staff é molto disponibile addirittura ci hanno prenotato in un ristorante dove volevamo andare e dove non c'era posto ma loro conoscevano i proprietari e sono riusciti a farci infilare, davvero gentili. Potrebbe essere più curata, molto dettagli da rivedere soprattutto in bagno come il tappo del piatto doccia rovinato, i led dello specchio non funzionavano. Manca un armadio capiente dove riporre i vestiti. Nota dolente la spa, carina l'idea che sia privata ma completamente trascurata, la jacuzzi era fredda e non siamo riusciti a scaldarla, la sauna fuori uso, praticamente c'era solo un bagno turco anche questo non troppo caldo e una doccia emozionale che non era nient' altro che una semplice doccia con qualche schizzo in più. Anche l'ambiente era non riscaldato a sufficienza, c'erano delle bellissime candele ma spente...insomma, va rivista perché è un vero peccato. Non mi é piaciuta la colazione servita e non a buffet, il cibo era ottimo ma con il fatto che viene preparata sul momento si aspetta tantissimo, il giorno della partenza eravamo un po' di fretta ma per fare colazione ci abbiamo messo un'ora piena perché il ristorante era pieno e ci hanno messo tanto a servirci.

We decided to book this hotel despite being more Expensive than similar in the area because of the spa access. However the spa was closed all the time we were there and we did not receive any warning prior arriving or compensation. It is not reliable if you are booking for the spa as we did. It was really disappointing.

- Schmidt (9/5): Super für einen City Trip - Die Lage war hervorragend! Mitten im Geschehen und überall Möglichkeiten einzukaufen oder Essen zu gehen. Der Skanderberg Platz ist 5 Minuten zufuss entfernt und das atemberaubendste, was ich in der Weihnachtszeit je gesehen habe. Es gibt einen 24std Supermarkt in der Nähe und nahezu jeder spricht Englisch. Man kann mit Euro Lek bezahlen und fast überall mit Kreditkarte. Das Personal erfüllt jeden Wunsch und arbeitet auf höchstem Niveau , passend zum Hotel. Das hauseigene Restaurant ,sowie die Bar und das Essen waren überragend! Kleinigkeiten. Es gab in unserem Apartment keinen Schrank oder Stauraum, wir mussten aus dem Koffer leben. Der Fernseher war angeschlagen und wir hatten Streifen im Bild, hatten allerdings 2 Fernseher also kein Problem. In den Streamimgdiensten ließen sich keine anderen Sprachen als englisch auswählen, haben dann auf Youtube eben Clips in unserer Sprache geschaut, ging auch. Der Deckel vom Mülleimer lag lose drauf und aus dem Abfluss im Waschbecken kam eine Spinne aber das sind eben auch Bewohner, die überall auf Erden zu finden sind. Ist niemand vor gefeit. Raucher sollten darauf achten, ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu nehmen.
- Caitlin (7/5): - Nice location, comfy bed The sauna/ spa was disappointing! Steam was out of order and sauna had cracks in the door so the heat escaped immediately! No where near hot enough! We had an early flight and had arranged with the staff to have breakfast delivered to the room before our taxi! The night staff didn’t communicate with the morning staff, as such we didn’t get the breakfast we ordered. The kitchen quickly threw together a sandwich for us

- Thomas (1/5): Horrible experience with hotel & bookings.com - Room damage and didn’t know our stay was cancelled until we arrived / was offered another hotel and was told they would tell booking about why my reservation was cancelled. However, booking.com charged me a fee $89 anyway. Also, the charge was “Hotel at Booking.com” which I had to cancel my credit card bc it was fraud as I didn’t know what the charge was bc booking.com didn’t tell me. Now my credit card was cancelled bc I could not contact you except via AI bot. Also, I have confirmation numbers NOT reservation numbers.

- Pierre (9/5): Un très bel emplacement avec un très bon niveau de confort - L’emplacement L’effort pour en faire un lieu avec un style recherché (on n’aime ou pas, mais on ne peut pas dire qu’il n’y a pas eu un bel effort) La taille assez intimiste Le petit déjeuner Le manque de rangement Les défauts de conception (douche qui coule au delà du receveur) Le spa n’est pas du tout à la hauteur et ne donne pas envie (hammam non fonctionnel, douche moisie)

- FRANCESCA (4/5): - La posizione e la sala colazione. Il personale è gentile. Mi dispiace dare un giudizio negativo, e’ la prima volta, ma mi aspettavo molto di più. La reception non è di albergo a 4 stelle. La camera è piccola, senza armadio, la cassaforte è per terra, devi metterti in ginocchio per aprirla, le luci sono dí difficile gestione. Il bagno è mal organizzato, se ti fai la doccia bagni tutto, non ha nessun appoggio per gli asciugamani, il lavandino è piccolo e la carta igienica si bagna. Essendoci un doccino al posto del bidè. La colazione devi ordinarla la sera prima, ma i tempi tra le bevande calde ed il resto sono notevoli. Il burro era un piccolo dado. Anche il rapporto qualità/ prezzo non l’ho trovato adeguato.

- Fabiana (10/5): Bellissimo e consigliato - Bellissimo albergo in centro a Tirana, molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi di interesse. Camere adeguate con tutti i servizi, il miglior materasso di sempre. Silenzioso nonostante si trovi su una strada trafficata. Bel ristorante e bel roof top entrambi sfruttabili. La spa aveva sauna e bagno turco fuori uso.
