• Max (4/5): - The rooms are quite nice and the location is good. Checkin is complicated. If you come by car you first have to park the car somewhere go to the room and find the remote for the gate. The double bed is nice and big but the two single beds are very small. The shower alternates between 2 minutes of hot water and 2 minutes of cold water. The sound isolation is not good. You hear a lot of noise especially from the elevator. I knew there would be some construction but I didn't expect loud power hammering starting at 8am.
• Alex (10/5): - Very spacious apartment with a balcony looking to the ocean. It was clean and nicely maintained, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and even more, private parking is also a great advantage, check in instructions are clear and easy to follow
• Marie-Cécile (9/5): Appartement au top, parfait 👍👍, une belle surprise ! - Emplacement parfait pour visiter et s'organiser : centre commercial à 2 minutes à pied, bien inséré dans l'environnement, station de taxis, arrêts de bus, pharmacie, magasins et plusieurs restaurants, topissime Immeuble très agréable, très bien entretenu, avec des gardiens au top, toujours présents. Appartement avec très belle vue, très lumineux, de beaux espaces. Très fonctionnel et rangements partout. 2 salles de bain (1 douche, 1 baignoire), avec 2 wcs = très appréciable ! Buanderie avec étendoir et lave-linge et sèche-linge= top ! Lave-vaisselle également. Nous n'avions pas forcément prévu de manger dans l'appartement mais tellement agréable et avec les commerces à proximité, nous l'avons fait plusieurs fois. Très calme, parking extérieur dans la résidence, hyper important dans cette zone. Piscine très belle avec vue sur la mer, équipements de qualité, transats disponibles. Les travaux signalés pour l'immeuble à proximité ne sont franchement pas dérangeants : réalisés à des horaires raisonnables, situés côté d'une chambre mais fenêtre fermée, aucun bruit perceptible. Besoin de plus d'informations sur l'accès mais surtout pas uniquement en vidéo. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans réseau sur place. Impossible pour la conciergerie de nous donner le numéro d'appartement, c'était embêtant. Et infos données le jour même de l'arrivée, c'est trop tard. Il faut envoyer dès le paiement intégral ou au moins la veille les informations par écrit. Bien préciser le numéro d'accès par le portail car 3 grilles possibles et surtout bâtiment, étage et numéro de l'appartement à donner par écrit impérativement. Heureusement que le gardien était présent car au début, nous avons perdu presque' une heure à errer dans les premiers bâtiments, le code d'entrée fonctionnant pour tous. Également info à donner, il y a un sens pour mettre la clé dans la porte, pas évident, surtout avec la fatigue du trajet. Elle entre dans les 2 sens mais n'ouvre que dans un seul, encore une fois sauvés par le gardien.
• christelle (7/5): - L’appartement est spacieux résidence, pas jeune, mais bien entretenue et propre. Piscine et jardin bien entretenu. Les explications envoyées par mail avec les codes d’accès sont très claires. L’appartement est situé au moins 1 , avec une toute petite terrasse( une petite table et une chaise pour un appartement de quatre personnes). N’espérez pas prendre votre petit déjeuner face au lever du soleil( l’appartement est situé sur le côté de la résidence). Il permet tout de même une petite vue sur mer..Le rebord de la terrasse n est pas bien entretenu et de l eau (provenant de la terrasse du dessus) tombe sur la terrasse. Appartement situé juste au-dessus de l’entrée de parking et du local poubelle. Ce qui entraîne quelques désagréments de bruit, on entend aussi le bruit de l’ascenseur. La haie de la piscine mériterait de tailler un peu plus basse à fin que l’on profite réellement de la piscine à débordement avec la vue sur mer. Dans la chambre une deuxième lampe de chevet et une 2 eme chaise serait-il un plus.

• Diane (7/5): Good - Location was quite good Spacious and well equipped apartment Grounds well kept Apartment above garbage area & was quite noisy early morning and late at night. Balcony small and only 1 chair. Large bedroom dark as one of the outside shutters permanently closed
• Robin (9/5): Big and luminous - Location was great if you have a car, if you don´t have a car there is also still plenty of restaurants and shops around you. A shopping mall in front of your place. But a car is just convenient to get around the island, apartment comes with free and protected parking behind the gates. We always had a spot, we traveled in April. The apartment is very big and luminous, all was good and comfy. We were in direct contact with Cliffside so when we arrived we gave them a call and they came with the keys.

• Danuta (4/5): Disappointing - Before arrival to Funchal I got plenty mails with questions about our arrivel time, and I answered those. I assumed it was like confirmation that we´ll be able to get the keys as we talk about. But when we landet in Funchal, one lady from Reservations told me that we can first get the keys to apartament to hours later, and even then the host was late. Eventually we were able to get to the apartament about 5pm. Apartment was on -1 floor with very limited see view! Very noisy on the night if You don´t close the windows. And If You close windows is very hot. No aircondition.
• Anghel (3/5): One of the worst stays we experienced - The location of the building was not that bad. We did not enjoy our stay in the apartment. First of all the apartment was level -1 just on top of where they collect garbage so it was very noisy at times. And if it was not noisy because of the garbage collection it was because of the traffic. Second the air quality in the apartment was very bad, weird smell and damp air, spots in the wall and ceiling that look like are remaining s after mould. Very unpleasant. Then there was no air conditioning in this apartment and it got warm during the day making it impossible to sleep with the windows closed. But you couldn’t sleep with the windows open either because of all the noise. Beds were very uncomfortable and sounded like they will break any minute. The light switch was falling off the wall or in some cases did not have any.

• Joao (7/5): Good - The flat is very well located, next to restaurants, coffees, beach, shopping mall. Great for exploring the island. The flat is quite big and the kitchen is well equipped. Fast internet and plenty of channels on the TV and also can connect to Netflix and other streaming apps. The complex has access to a swimming pool which wasn't busy at all when we went there. The flat was very clean. The mattress in the main room wasn't very comfortable and there is some noise in the rooms at night, we think it's probably coming from the lifts and other flats.
• Guustaaf (9/5): large clean well appointed apartment in a great location. - no breakfast full kitchen in apartment we found the mattress on the hard side but this is only our personal opinion as they where suitable.

• Anonymous (7/5): Spacious apartment in a good location which needs a bit of updating. eg dining furniture - Location was excellent. Kitchen under equipped. lacked a toaster, chopping board saucepans and oven dishes. Furniture and fittings need a bit of care{TLC} No sun for the week and apartment cold so linen and towels felt damp. was surprised to have to strip the beds in a serviced apartment. Front door did not stay shut and had to be locked while in the apartment and therefore unable to leave both sets of keys in apartment at end of stay. washing machine instructions would have been helpful! socket in en-suite bathroom loose so not safe to use. Already reported some time ago in the visitor book.

• Maarten (8/5): Very good - Beautiful and very well equipped apartment at a superb location. Unfortunately, the apartment is located right above the garbage room of the building, which resulted in a lot of smell and noise during the night when the garbage was collected.
