Je n'avais pas le courant a mon arrivée, j'ai contacté le personnel et en à peine 10 minutes ils ont résolu le problème. Maison charmante mais ancienne, si les autres personnes présentes dans les chambre ne respectent pas la vie commune il peut être vite agaçant par rapport au bruit.

Corrie (9/5): Clean and comfortable stay near the Botanical Gardens - The place was very clean and the beds were comfy. Easy check-in process. You are close to a the biodome and other Montreal attractions. The subway is nearby. Parking was tricky to find and you really have to read the signs to make sure you don't get a ticket. The place itself was very clean, but smelled too much like a Glade plug-in or some kind of air freshener (I am sensitive to artificial scents).

Sylvie (9/5): - Le prix de la chambre était beaucoup moins cher que normalement comme pour d'autres lieux d'hébergement (période probablement creuse en touristes). Lors de notre court séjour (1 nuit en mars), le stationnement dans la rue était permis seulement de 22h à 09h. À 22h, nous avons tout de même pu stationner le véhicule en face du gite, ce qui a été pratique. Chambre fonctionnelle, propre et jolie. C'était tranquille ! Cuisine (partie commune et équipée pouvant être utilisée par tous les clients) : c'est pratique ! Stationnement dans la rue possible seulement durant une période limitée (pour les visiteurs sans vignette). Nous le savions avant de réserver une chambre dans ce gite. Difficile d'arriver avant 22h si on veut stationner son véhicule gratuitement dans la rue ou dans une rue avoisinante. Lit un peu trop mou (ça dépend des goûts). La toile de la fenêtre de la chambre se déroulait totalement (défectueuse). Elle aurait avantage à être réparée.
Anne-Laure (9/5): Chambre très confortable - C’est la deuxième fois que nous louons une chambre dans ce gite lors de notre arrivée à Montréal. L’établissement est idéalement situé pour récupérer notre voiture au stationnement du Parc olympique. La chambre est très propre, très grand lit avec matelas hyper confortable. Belle cuisine fonctionnelle, électroménagers, laveuse sécheuse Nous avons été surpris que la salle de bain privative ne soit pas dans la chambre, mais dans le couloir. Elle est bien privée (avec une clé), mais cela n’était pas précisé dans la description (à moins d’avoir mal lu?). Nous aurions apprécié être informés, car devoir sortir dans le couloir en pleine nuit n’est pas idéal. J’ai enlevé 1 étoile pour ça. Lors de notre premier passage, nous avions eu une autre chambre avec salle de bain directement dans la chambre.

I had a cold shower this morning not sure if it’s because all the rooms are sharing one small hot water tank. I took a shower after my family. I can hear the next room water running when they are in the bathroom as well. Seems like the sound proof between rooms requires an upgrade. Overall is a fair stay.

Great place for an overnight stay. - To be fair, my expectations weren't met because I didn't pay attention to the description when I booked. For example, I didn't realize the kitchen was shared. So, objectively speaking, the room was fantastic. The bed and sheets were high quality and the decor was nice. No soap in the shower. Only shampoo and conditioner. I ended up using the hand soap from the sink. For a place that requires queit, the floors make too much noise.

This is very much not a traditional hotel but a repurposed private residence: multiple private rooms and a shared kitchen. Kitchen area experienced a major water leak while we stayed there.

Jaime (10/5): Surprised my boyfriend with tickets to the soccer game, we had prime location to walk to the stadium and the metro. Ever - I loved the location. I loved the ability to use all the items in the kitchen and the housekeeper was awesome! Maybe a noise machine in the hallway would be nice? We got in a little late and I was very worried about waking up the other guests. But I really loved everything!

Arsenault (9/5): Je recommande pour la famille! - Le rapport qualité/prix, d’avoir accès à un appartement ( 2 chambres séparées) et cuisinette. La localisation est juste parfaite, accessible à plusieurs activités en famille. Propre en général mais, décoration poussiéreuse dans chambre ( genre de bois). Accueil peu sympathique de l’employé de l’entretien ménager.

lucille (9/5): Très bon hébergement, je recommande ! - Très bon logement, facilité d'échange ++ avec les hôtes qui ont gentiment ajusté notre réservation pour nous offrir un séjour plus confortable. La literie était excellente et l'appartement bien équipé et calme. Un petit rafraichissement de la salle de bain pourrait être opportun.

Marla (3/5): Needs a lot of improvement. - There's no breakfast This the second time I booked with them and I did not get the apt I booked for. They gave me an apt that is less roomy, does not look like the pictures online. The oven is held together with black tape. The bathroom looks old. The tv doesn't work properly and still they still haven't fixed it for several months. Ditto for the old oven. The host took a long time to answer me and no reply from him on the tv. It's a rip off. Also if you book a room there's a shared kitchen. The microwave is stained and gross and been there a couple of years. The kettle and old coffeemaker are dirty. I avoid using that kitchen. It doesn't sound like they have a lot of regard for the guests. Check out time is 10am too early. M guess they do that to save money.I Also the outside stairs and walkway are very slippery and icy . No salt or sand. I almost fell down!
