• TIZIANA (5/5): Per una notte senza aspettative - La posizione e la vista della nostra camera sul canale Arredamento datato e poco curato, con dettagli evidenti di trascuratezza (tende rovinate e in parte staccate). Nel cassetto del comodino era presente un sacchetto vuoto di patatine, segno che la stanza non era stata adeguatamente pulita. In bagno, la tavoletta del water risultava instabile e si staccava. La televisione, molto piccola, era priva di telecomando funzionante a causa delle pile ossidate. La ventola del bagno era visibilmente ostruita dalla polvere.

• Dominika (4/5): Kiepski obiekt w fajnej lokalizacji - Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze ulokowane, blisko do największych atrakcji miasta. Okolica dość spokojna. Blisko kawiarnia, restauracje, sklep spożywczy. Dostępne były czyste ręczniki - wymieniane codziennie i akcesoria higieniczne (mydło, żel). Niestety sam standard w apartamencie odbiegał od naszych oczekiwań. Kilkumiesięczny kurz na szczebelkach grzejnika, suszarce, w kątach czy pod łóżkiem. Brudne ściany. Niedokładnie umyta toaleta czy brodzik w łazience. Klimatyzacja ledwo działała, był problem z wychłodzeniem pokoju. Niezbyt wygodne łóżko - połączone dwa małe, czuć było każdą sprężynę. Suszarka do włosów nie działała. We wspólnej „kuchni” dostępne były talerze i sztućce, niestety również brudne.

Nous étions 2 et nous avons dû nous partager une seule serviette ! 0 tapis de bain on a failli glisser par terre. J’ai eu froid il n’y avait pas de couette juste un petit drap et des vieilles couvertures toutes abîmées que j’ai trouvé dans le placard. Le matin pas d’eau chaude dans la douche …

La habitación algo sucia, las sabanas estaban limpias pero el edredón que estaba en el armario lleno de manchas. El suelo tampoco estaba del todo limpio. No hay ascensor y las escaleras muy empinadas. La tele es muy pequeña

• Jhon William (8/5): Alojamiento cómodo, limpio y con una excelente ubicación para conocer Venecia con tranquilidad - Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de los lugares más emblemáticos de Venecia, pero aislado del bullicio y las multitudes. El check-in es rápido y sencillo, con una persona muy amable, que además nos permitió ingresar una hora antes porque el cuarto ya estaba listo. El cuarto en sí es muy amplio y cómodo y se encontraba muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estadía corta y con fines turísticos. Todo estuvo bien.

Como se dice en la descripción, el hotel no tiene ascensor y las esc - La ubicación es inmejorable, a Max 20min de cualquier lugar que quisieras ir La habitación amplia, con vista al canal. El aire acondicionado muy bueno, estuvimos para fin de año y la habitación siempre estuvo a una temperatura muy agradable El hotel estaba en reparación, por lo que las zonas comunes no estaban del todo presentables. Igual eso se puede entender y tampoco nos pareció tan importante Lo que sentimos es que faltaba un poco de “cariño” al lugar, por dar algunos ejemplos. Hubiera estado bien que se repusiera el jabón en el baño, o por ejemplo alguna botella de agua o la posibilidad de prepararse un café en la habitación
