There was no information when booking room it was located under restaurant and bar subject to their noise during operating hours. Hoping for quiet night and early to bed for a restful nights sleep, not going to happen. I feel I have been completely mislead. Horrible choice to stay here. Want a refund!

Richard (8/5): - We were well aware of the check in procedure, but signage for parking was difficult to see. Ice machine was out of order. Flooring in lobby, stairs and hallways needs updating. We also knew there was limited dining in the area, but it was more limited than we imagined.

Amenities were scarce. No working ice machine (though they did offer reimbursement of bagged ice purchase from local store) and no mini fridge in the room.

carroll (8/5): - We traveled in August, when many people don't stay at this property (most stay at the higher priced hotel). There were actually no staff on site, directions and room entry were by email and phone. Resturant was closed, must go to one of the other options in the Sugarloaf complex. Room was adequate and very clean. Windows can open, a nice touch. Absolutely request a handicap room on the ground floor if you cannot climb 2 flights of stairs to the next level for rooms. During the winter season, it is fully operational. Adequate for 1-2 nights in off season, otherwise stay at the hotel.

It was fine for the price and a one night stay. I did expect they would have a breakfast- as I thought that it advertised that. But there was none, and they advertised coffee, it was a Keurig and I did not have time to make one. Was expecting ready coffe and just pour into a cup and go.

The window was broken and did not open. The other window worked fine. The air conditioner worked fine. I did not feel comfortable leaving food in the community refrigerator. I was disappointed NO pool or hot tub on site. The fitness center was close by but had to pay additional fees for the day.
Kristyna (1/5): Horrible - The views and the mattress and air conditioner We made a reservation and were the only guests in the hotel and they put us on the very top floor, the hallways and staircases(there is NO ELEVATOR) were sweltering. The bathroom, well forget it the bathroom is so small you cannot get dressed in it which is a negative especially if u need privacy changing. This was the worst experience I've ever experienced at any hotel and we definitely will NOT be staying there again and would NOT recommend to anyone.

Jeffrey (4/5): Bed was comfortable. Property is dark, ugly, in terrible shape. - No breafast and no way I would eat there if it was open This is not a hotel. It is a 1975-1980 era timeshare with no elevator, clearly not remodeled since it was built. Everywhere you look you are greeted by ugly. Peeling paint outside, dark, poorly lit with 5000k LED (meaning not soft warm light, harsh garage/utility lights, flies in fluorescent fixtures). This would be a $50/night dump except for location. Muddy dirt parking not close. Cheap peeling bureau, broken lamp, just ugly everywhere you look.
Gerald (9/5): Its like having your own ski chalet where someone else cleans, cooks and serves your drinks. - You stay right at the bottom of the hill, keep your skis in your ground floor locker and ski out the back door to the lift. The bar is like "Cheers; a few hundred personal mugs hang from the ceiling, everyone is friendly, the drinks are cheap and the food is good to great. The place is showing its age but gracefully. I've been staying there for thirty five years and I'll be back. Its a little expensive but you get what you pay for.

David (10/5): Awesome - Been going to Sugarloaf for many years and this is the first time I have stayed at the INN. It was awesome from the moment we came through the doors until the minute we left we were made to feel like family. Highly recommend staying at the Sugarloaf Inn and Eating at Shipyard it was a 10 plus

Denise (8/5): - Unfortunately it was summer and during the week so we were unable to enjoy any of the surrounding activities that are held only on the week end. Also the hotel bar and eating lounge were closed for the summer. Newly renovated section of rooms was was great. Will have to come back during the winter, but we dont ski!

melissa (4/5): In great need of upgrades and facelift! - Very outdated! Rundown stinky carpet in My room and all common areas. No elevators and stuck us on 3rd floor. No Ac in common areas either. Had a hard time finding it too. Aside from the beautiful scenery I wouldn’t recommend it I wish I had spent the extra money to stay at the Sugarloaf resort and not the Sugarloaf in big difference! Very overpriced for these Mediocre one down accommodations.
Edith (6/5): - It was fine. However the property is old and it is easily noticeable. There was a strange smell in our room. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions during our stay. However, I have left 2 pillows in the room when I left. 24 hours after I left, no one called me to inform and propose to ship it. I have sent an email to the hotel and I have never heard back from them. It seems they kept them. Therefore, I lost 2 pillows of 300$ worth. I do not recommend this hotel, mostly because of that.
Victoria (6/5): The stay was pleasant and the room was clean. - we had to leave the hotel at 7:30 so we were not able to eat the breakfast. The hotel was clean, we had enough towels and glad to see an extra blanket. we had to leave the hotel at 7:30 so we were not able to eat the breakfast, wish we had been able to have breakfast but it didn't start until 8. We never saw a single staff member the entire time we were there. Arrived late and had to search for our room. Could have been given a room with a better view as it seemed we were the only ones there as we saw no one else, our view was of the roof.
