Lee (10/5): Lakeside in the Green Mountains - Lovely setting on the lake. And behind us was a hilly forested area. Our 1 bedroom condo was comfortable and well equipped. Decent sized living area with a good kitchen. The taproom was way more than a taproom--it was a great restaurant that just happened to have a big selection of beers and other drinks. Nice experience all around. The continental breakfast was bare bones, but it was no big deal.

Price (10/5): Fantastic location - A charming location on Lake Bomoseen! There is a very good dinner restaurant on location. It was very quiet and the staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. An extra bonus for golfers is there is a golf course right next-door!

The only negative is that we couldn’t take advantage of the fire pit or lakefront Adirondack chairs because a wedding was taking place.

No seat cover on toilet, huge chair inside shower that we had to move out. We should have been told this when we made the reservation (much earlier than friends of ours in an adjacent non-handicapped room!)
Heidi (10/5): Highly Recommend-We Will Be Back - Beautiful location and amenities! New pool, pickleball and volleyball courts! The staff were so helpful with a late check in and early check out. I accidentally left my diamond earrings in the room and they were quick to go get them and held them at the desk until I was able to come pick them up. Everything was perfect!

Kristin (10/5): Home away from home - Our room had all the amenities of home-well stocked kitchen, counter and table seats, supply of towels for several days, comfy bed, large closets,hot shower with good pressure, TVs in LR and BR, quick assistance from helpful staff (stuck blinds and recommendations for hiking and shopping). Heated pool was great and we had a thorough tour of the lake from Finn, our pontoon boat captain. Grab and go daily breakfast was perfect and on site restaurant with live entertainment was also nice. Definitely recommend Lake Bomoseen lodge!

Lisa M (10/5): - This is a great place. I have been coming for about ten years. The lodge has had many upgrades over the years that's made it even better. The new pool is great! The only thing is being charged so much for continental breakfast that has nothing but cold cereal, a few mini muffins, granola bars and yogurt. You use to do a nice continental with muffins, breads, fruits, boiled eggs, danishes. We did not eat breakfast here even being charged. We love the pontoon boat ( very reasonably price for one hour )

Pam (10/5): - We loved the location on Lake Bomoseen and all the available activities. Kayaks, paddleboards, beautiful pool, and pickleball courts, all included in the price. You can also hire a pontoon boat for a ride on the lake. There are a couple of floats to hang out on when you are swimming in the lake. The sunsets were magnificent each night. Also, grab and go breakfast included! The mosquitoes were bad at night when we tried to sit on the chaies on the grass, but sitting on the balcony outside our room was no ptoblem. There is a good restaurant on the property but closes at 9. I highly recommend Lake Bomoseen Lodge.

Rachel (10/5): Amazing weekend, beautiful view - We found this lodge while looking for a vacation spot for our anniversary over 4th of July weekend. From the time we arrived for check-in to the time we checked out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were informed of their dining hours, and availability of kayaks, paddle boards, life vests (all free to use at any time). We reserved a lake view room and the view was amazing. When we got to our room there was a wedding taking place on the grounds and one floor of the Taproom (on-site restaurant) was reserved, but there was still more than enough room for us to eat in the restaurant. There's also live music at the Taproom on the weekends. We had restaurants near the lodge in mind based on mixed reviews of the taproom, but we ate at the Taproom all 3 nights and had no complaints. Every guest there was friendly and respectful of each other. There was no excessive noise and there was always available kayaks and paddle boards. They also have a tiki bar boat and pontoon boat that you can reserve that quite a few guests took advantage of. The cleaning staff does not enter your room until you check out if you are staying more than one night. Each morning there was a bag of fresh towels outside our door. For a last minute find we were nervous but we had an amazing time and have already booked and are looking forward to going back next year.

Kimberly (10/5): - We had a very nice stay at the lodge. The property is beautiful, well maintained, clean and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We loved the large, warm, outdoor pool with plenty of seating, the beautiful planters and hanging flower baskets, as well as the seating outside our room and near the beautiful lake. Although we didn't take advantage of the outdoor amenities such as the kayaks, paddle boards, pickle ball...it was nice they were available. We take advantage of and enjoyed going to the tap room/pub and listening to the live music at night while having some appetizers. The only suggestions for improvement would be more lighting in our room, an additional towel bar and shelf for toiletries in the bathroom, a safety bar in the shower, a broom and dustpan, and a handrail on the outdoor stairs.

Colin (8/5): Love staying on Lake Bomoseen. - Great location. Staff are friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant/bar closed at 10p on a Saturday night. Rooms are pricey but only option in the area.

We were basically the only guests but the woman at the front desk in the morning acted as if we were an inconvenience. It is in the middle of nowhere and there is no phone service but the WiFi was strong.

Melanie (6/5): - The staff that we encountered were all friendly and seemed to be genuinely concerned about making our stay pleasant & comfortable. They quickly handled a situation with some unruly guests that made our first night very unsettling. The rooms have been recently updated , the bed linens & bath towels were new & clean. The beds were comfy. However , the doors & door locks to the rooms are less than good. They most certainly do not seem secure as they are loose and key access isnt smooth. Housekeeping staff should be reminded to check the coffee maker for cleanliness as BOTH rooms we stayed in had leftover filter packs in the brewer. A definite turn off. There is a serious lack of shelving or storage space in the bathrooms for your cosmetic bags etc. The continental breakfast had a decent selection and really good coffee but is inconvenient to go to office to get and return to room. Just doesnt make for a relaxing start to the day. Overall, it is an ok place with a great view and great staff. I probably wouldnt stay again as its not the type of place that I look for for a weekend away but we were travelling with others who's budget was more conservative.

Tara (6/5): - The walls are very thin. You can hear everything and there was an adult dispute in the room next to mine from 1am-4pm. However, that’s not the fault of the resort just hard to get a good night of sleep when that happens.

Amber (8/5): - First night was great. Nice location, clean, beds were comfortable. Second night there was fighting screaming, crying vehicles leaving and coming back at 3:30 in the morning. Other than that it was wonderful! :)

They still use actual keys not cards to get into each room but that’s not a big deal. My room did have a weirdly excessive slant to it (could race water bottles on the floor if ya want) but also not a big deal to me I thought it was funny

Julia (10/5): Updated and comfortable - We had a quick one night stop here on our way to Stowe because the roads got bad. And it was a very easy access to the room and the room was very nicely updated and clean. We had a pleasant nights stay.
Emily (8/5): Not a bad stay, but there are some quirks - I’ve stayed here once before and after a second stay, I would probably stay again, but I would prepare better.I had reserved a room with two beds as the booking said it was pet friendly, I put a comment saying I’d have a dog. Unfortunately when I arrived that communication hadn’t made it to the hotel, so they had to switch me into a one bed room. The room didn’t have a way to adjust the heat, and there were no available plugs to use except for the bathroom one. The plug near the bed was in the middle of the king size bed and was utilized with a plug splitter for the lamps, phone, and alarm clock. Even unplugging one would not let a normal size phone charger cord reach the nightstand. The plug by the mini fridge was also on a splitter and shared for the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (however the coffee maker cord was too short and had to be placed on the floor to use. The plug by the tv was filled with the tv and cable box and the only other plug was on a far wall from the bed. There was a space heater, however I’m not sure where it could have really been plugged in to use. The room also didn’t have a table of any sort. We had used the ironing board for our takeout from the tavern. This room was also quite noisy, so hearing the person behind us snoring all night was not ideal at all, maybe consider moving the furniture around a bit to help with the noise and outlets would be good. The location is beautiful and the staff was great, just want folks to be well informed.

Kyle (10/5): Cozy lakeside condo - This is a beautiful spot in West Vermont. Spacious condo with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The restaurant/tap room on the premises is great. We were even able to walk on the frozen lake before dinner.
Mauro (5/5): Passable - Lake is right in front the property. The staff was not very friendly, and our room was not cleaned properly—there was a lot of dirt under the bed. Additionally, we were charged an extra pet fee that was not mentioned in the booking.

Joseph (10/5): - Location was perfect and property was well kept. Location of the restaurant was perfect as well. Parking was a bit difficult to find however with how busy the hotel/lodge area can get (we stayed on a weekend so it was to be expected). Overall however was a lovely place to stay!

Sueg (8/5): Very good - Bathroom was very nice. Love the walk-in shower. Room was clean and and welcoming. Did not like that there was no table per se in between the beds. There was a wooden box nailed to the wall that held the phone and a lamp but there was no place to put drinks or other items that you might want by your bedside at night. We ended up moving our cooler in between our beds to use that.
Miao (10/5): This was my 3rd time staying here to ski Killington. Perfect location. - If you want to ski Killington/Pico this is the most affordable location with comfort stay.
Family (10/5): Exceptional - Only stayed 1 night as part of a ski trip. Apartment was great and staff super accommodating with check-in as we were delayed due to bad weather.

cfbest04 (10/5): Great place to stay - Stayed here a night while visiting the area with our daughter on a college visit. Stayed in one of the condo rooms, very nice room, simple but great. Rooms are modern and well taken care of, staff seem nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area in the future
