Flora Labr (10/5): Très bon séjour - Super séjour ! La literie était très confortable et la chambre spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant et le personnel aimable. Contrairement aux commentaires que j’avais pu lire, nous avons eu de l’eau chaude sans difficulté (à l’exception d’un soir) Je recommande donc cet hôtel qui était très confortable. Le Rooftop n’était pas ouvert en mai.

Evgenia (9/5): Wir würden immer ins VIZA gehen. - Wir haben uns sehr schwer getan ein schönes Hotel in Arequipa zu finden. Aber wir sind 8 Nächte geblieben und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wasser in der Dusche war erst warm, als wir danach gefragt haben, aber dann blieb es auch den ganzen Aufenthalt warm :)

Man wird bereits bei der Ankunft vorgewarnt, dass man 3 Minuten auf Warmwasser warten müsste. Allerdings wurde es auch nach 10 Minuten nie mehr als lauwarm. Geringe aber umso penetrantere Lärmbelästigung durch Latinobeats von 6:30 bis 20:30, schlafen ging daher.

Tom (8/5): - The hotel is quite modern and the room was spacious and well equipped. The location is convenient, close to the historical center. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very solid choice for the price paid. The shower was a bit tight and we had to pay for using the safety box.

Donc seul bémol : pas de lumière naturelle en journée. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et les chambres agréables. Eau chaude ok mais pas très chaude non plus .. Il y a du chauffage, très appréciable le soir.

Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sehr laut und hell, die Vorhänge dunkeln den Raum nicht ab. Sauberkeit hält sich in Grenzen - Haare von Vorgängern lag alle Tage an der gleichen Stelle, leere Wasserflaschen wurden nicht entsorgt.

Cama e travesseiro muito bons. Tive problema o chuveiro: tanto a temperatura quanto a pressão da água deixaram a desejar. Sendo que em um dia, solicitei tomar banho em outra acomodação. Que fui plenamente atendida e compreendida pelos funcionários, pois o clima de Arequipa é frio.

brianbU9835JL (10/5): Awesome Hotel - I went on a 3 week trip to Cusco, Puno and Arequipa. I am usually pretty easy to please when it comes to hotels. Cleanliness is the major thing for me. But this hotel not only was impeccably clean, but my room was very modern. Great staff, excellent fresh breakfast, and the location was awesome. A short 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas in one direction, and 2 blocks to the awesome Arequipa Market with shopping for anything you need. The hotel was a great experience. It was the best one of my entire trip. Highly recommend. If you can’t be happy with this hotel, you shouldn’t be traveling. Cleaner than 90% of hotels in the U.S.A.
Daniele (7/5): Hotel datato ma con un ottimo rapporto qualità. - Camera spaziosa con un bel bagno ( scelto la singola). Letto comodo con due cuscini uno più duro e l altro più soffice! Vetri insonorizzati (nota positiva visto che le camere che danno sulla strada principale potrebbero essere soggette a molti rumori). Doccia con acqua calda ottima! La colazione minima ma buona! Poca scelta. Zona centralissima a due minuti a piedi da placa de las Armas e altre attrazioni turistiche! Da migliorare un po’ la scelta della colazione! Per il resto ottima qualità prezzo per un soggiorno breve a Arequipa!

Esteban (1/5): Bonito pero inseguro - El Hotel es bonito acorde al precio de la estadía. Me quedé 4 días y 3 noches. LAMENTABLEMENTE SUFRIMOS UN ROBO EN LA HORA DE LIMPIEZA. ME ROBARON EN LA HORA DE LIMPIEZA UN ARTÍCULO ELECTRÓNICO. NINTENDO SWITCH y no se hicieron responsables. Muy decepcionado del hotel y su gestión.

Mario Eduardo (4/5): Tiene potencial pero los detalles cuentan - En general las instalaciones están en muy buen estado y la ubicación es buena (a 4 cuadras del centro) Solo me quedé una noche por trabajo y la primera noche luego de trabajar me di cuenta que en mi habitación no funcionaba el televisor y aunque no le di importancia a la mañana siguiente no había agua caliente. Esas dos cosas me parecen básicas en un hotel. Si bien me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación fue una situación muy incómoda estar cambiando de habitación (no una sino dos veces) mientras te quieres bañar
