- Celine (9/5): Un lieu pratique pour un séjour en ville ! - La localisation est très pratique tant pour voyager en dehors de Gênes qu'à intérieur de la ville. L'accueil a été très sympathique et l'ambiance de la chambre était plaisante, le lit confortable. En revanche, les bruits du hall d'accueil s'entendent depuis la chambre occupée (la première a gauche). Si les bruits vous gênent, peut-etre éviter, même si cela restait acceptable pour nous.

- Greice (9/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole e ottima posizione - Abbiamo soggiornato all’appartamento Granello Suite Central a Genova e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. All’arrivo siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da un upgrade: ci è stata assegnata una camera migliore rispetto a quella prenotata, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. La proprietaria si è dimostrata estremamente gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La posizione dell’appartamento è un altro grande punto di forza: eccellente e comodissima per muoversi e visitare la città senza difficoltà. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri a Genova. Niente di negativo

- Marco (10/5): - Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in modo impeccabile. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera con all'interno tutti i confort necessari per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Il Grabello Suite si trova in una zona centrale a pochi metri da via XX Settembre. A rendere ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno è stata la presenza in zona di un parcheggio fantastico: Autorimessa Garage Gino, i gestori sono splendidi e pieni di garbo, è difficile trovare persone così gentili. Se dovessi tornare a Genova sicuramente tornerei da loro AUTORIMESSA GARAGE GINO il meglio! Tutto perfetto
- MAURO (10/5): Ottimo per pulizia e posizione - Camera ampia su laterale tranquilla di strada principale, comodissima al centro e a tutti i servizi. L'accoglienza del figlio del titolare è stata puntuale e gentilissima. Pulizia ottima. Consigliato. Unica piccola pecca, la porta del bagno privato è totalmente in vetro satinato. Noi eravamo in famiglia e la cosa non ha creato problemi.

- Valerio (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole. - La comodità della posizione, i proprietari sono gentili, tutto sommato un buon qualità prezzo Non ho apprezzato la camera con i letti singoli, sopratutto che il solo letto matrimoniale avesse un prezzo superiore alla stanza con due letti singoli, sicuramente errore mio non aver notato per tempo la cosa e non aver pagato la differenza per la camera con il letto matrimoniale, inoltre aumenterei le dosi del sapone per la doccia poiché la quantità in dotazione a mio avviso risulta molto scarsa . Per il resto non posso dire nient’altro perché il soggiorno comunque è stato piacevole.

- Jose Ferraz (7/5): Pensar bem .. - Limpeza impecável e qualidade das roupas de cama e banho. Boa localização. Travessa da Cx de setembro e a 4 quadras da estação Brignole. Quarto andar com elevador. Ficamos 3 dias num quarto ótimo, boa cama mas com banheiro privativo fora do quarto, banheiro bom. No último dia fomos transferidos para uma suíte, cama horrível e o banheiro também, porta de vidro para o quarto, pressurizador barulhento de esgoto do vazo sanitário e chuveiro. O box mede 0,60 X 0,60 com chuveiro vazando para todos os lados e a temperatura da água inconstante, hora fervendo, ora fria ..... Banheiro muito ruim. Preferível o quarto com banheiro privativo externo.

No sign for you to put on the door handle for 'Do Not Disturb' as I was constantly awoken each morning at 9 am for my room to be cleaned when I am very much asleep.

Personale disponibile. Donna delle pulizie molto gentile Porte cigolanti. Materasso scomodo. Luce accecante in corridoio e in ingresso, che si accendeva in automatico quando si andava in bagno (bagno privato ma esterno alla stanza). Panorama non pervenuto. La vista è un cortile interno. Bagno con bidet troppo a ridosso del muro, dal lato destro.

- Nana (7/5): See above - Clean property and easy and friendly check in No sense of privacy - the rooms are attached to reception so in the morning we were waken up from 8 multiple times because of arriving guests and staff talking at reception. There was also a doorbell right next to out room which kept going off and was waking us every 15 minutes so we couldn’t sleep in at all.

- Martin (6/5): Pleasant - the place, good restaurants not so far from hotel, all was clean, the men at the recepcion was so nice and helpful the first night we were not able to sleep at all because of massive amount of mosquite. when i write massive amount i am not kidding. i considere myself not to be a killer but that night i was... i counted and i killed apx. 15 mosquitues. and my boyfriend apx 5. i highly want to recommed to set up the net. the second night i was bitten also... for the future i do not want to be bitten that why i will not come belack again. thank you
