- Nora (10/5): - My husband and I just spent a weekend in Curico, 2 hours away from Santiago. The purpose of our trip was to visit the many vineyards that Curico has to offer. We loved staying at the Radisson. The hotel is brand new and is beautifully decorated. Three things I value the most in a room: great bedding, powerful hair dryer and a Nespresso machine. Our room had all 3!! Buffet breakfast was very complete. Great internet and free parking. Lastly, Alejandra Catalan (front desk) was wonderful and very professional: easy check-in, easy check-out.

Solo 2 detalles: al llegar nos derivaron al 7mo piso y estaba a obscuras no habían encendido luces de pasillo y luego en el restaurant pedimos unas carnes y vegetales guillados y estaban muy saladas, ricas pero saladas. estas son observaciones totalmente mejorables y que no entorpecieron para nada nuestra estadía.

- Tania (2/5): Pésima Atención de Servicio y Limpieza - Desde principio a fin fue un verdadero desastre la estadía en Radisson Curico, pésima la atención y la limpieza. El primer día que llegamos, el baño estaba sucio, el basurero lleno de papeles, completamente cochino, cunado nos cambian de habitación, los tazones de café manchados. al día siguiente cuando bajamos a tomar desayuno a las 10:30 ya estaban retirando todo, porque nos indican que el horario es hasta las 10:30, pero en recepción nos indicaron hasta las 11:00, o sea, sigue siendo un desastre la estadía, por lo que decidimos irnos al hotel Diego de Almagro 300 metros mas abajo, del cual fue totalmente distinta la recepción, atención y por supuesto limpieza.

- Gabriel (10/5): 10 night stay - great experience - This was our first visit to Curicó, and we chose Radisson since we revognized the brand from Scandinavia. It did not dissapoint! Interior i in true Scandinavian minimalism spirit with some local inspiration. Very clean, high comfort, decent food. Good breakfast, but not full Scandinavian standard. Walking distance to city center, but an uber is only USD 3 if you don’t feel like walking. Would recommend this hotel to both families and couples

First, the walls were very thin, we couldn’t sleep since we heard all night people walking and furniture being moved. Secondly, the water heater broke during the morning so we couldn’t even shower. Definitely not worth usd 200. When I asked for a compensation, although the staff apologize the only they could offer was not to charge us for the room service requested the night before (approx usd 50). i would not go back to that hotel
