Molto pulito e posizione ottima L'appartamento era carente di alcuni utensili da cucina e saponi da bagno, kit asciugamani ridotto al minimo. Scarico del piatto doccia non adeguatamente funzionante
- Joachim (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt war top, wir kommen sicher wieder. - Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und lädt auch zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist top. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Gemüseladen, Metzgerei, Käseladen und ein Bäcker. Wenn man die Straße quert, ist man nach 50m am See. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es fehlt an nichts!

- Frank (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Die Lage war fantastisch. Man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gab genügend Platz. Man konnte einen Garten mit Pool und Grillplatz mit benutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns gab es nichts, was zu bemängeln gewesen wäre.

- Lena (9/5): Centralt superfint och bekvämt boende! - Fin central lägenhet. Skön säng. Pool som var inhägnad av höga väggar och hus, och eftersom vi var där i slutet på Mars blev det ljuvligt i solen. Nära att vandra centralt i Salo, och ett stenkast till Garda sjön. Bageri som ligger precis vid boendet. Gratis parkering 2 minuter bort. Trevlig personal. Hiss finns. För vår del. Inget! Vi är supernöjda!

- Heidi (10/5): Super Appartement inguter Lage - Schönes grosses und modernes Apartment. Der Garten mit Pool war so schön und wir hatten ihn im Septemer meistens für uns alleine. Bis zum See war es nur über die Straße. Leider schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, da das Objekt in einer belebten kleinen Straße liegt. Zum Ein und Ausladen muss man Glück haben kurzfristig einen Stellplatz zu finden. Ca. 300 Meter weiter gab es Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit. Da wurde uns der Spiegel beschädigt.

Obwohl nicht in der Beschreibung enthalten, hat uns der Gastgeber sogar noch einen Parkplatz auf einem abgeschlossenen Gelände, fast direkt nebenan, zur Verfügung gestellt.

- Emanuele (9/5): - Ottima la struttura e l'accoglienza, Roberto ci ha fatto entrare nell'appartamento anche due ore prima del previsto, l'appartamento è bello spazioso ben arredato e con tutto quello che serve anche per una vacanza piu lunga. Noi eravamo in due ma ci stanno comodamente quattro persone perché c'è un divano letto all'occorrenza. La posizione è buona in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia la stazione dei bus che l'imbarcadero e quindi il centro. A pochi passi dalla struttura ce una macelleria molto ben fornita di cibi freschi di ottima qualità, una panetteria e un paio di bar per la colazione. Che dire, un posto in cui ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e coccolati. Dimenticavo, c'è anche una piscinetta nel giardino per i mesi estivi. Onestamente non riesco a trovare difetti alla struttura in se, forse per cercare il pelo nell'uovo potrei dire qualche tombino in strada un pò troppo rumoroso ma la camera è dalla parte opposta e non danno cosi fastidio, personalmente il materasso eccessivamente morbido ma è una abitudine personale quella di dormire su un materasso piu rigido e quindi può non essere un difetto per altri.

- Wojtekk17 (10/5): We enjoyed Italy climate and were fully relaxed in that apartment with pool and lake across street! - Very nice and comfortable apartments located in perfect place in Salo - in walking distance rage You have city center, nice beaches (also one for dogs), plenty of restaurants and additionally bakery 50 meters away and two supermarkets 5 min of walking. Apartment is very well equipped, with kitchen, washing machine and dish washer, big TV with internet, very comfortable bed. The host is very friendly and helpful - he waited for us after opening hours as we stuck in traffic jam and came 30 minutes later. Also they offered us new towels and bed linen after a week - even if we did not ask for those. They pay a lot of attention to cleaning. Every day they have been cleaning pool and taking care of garden which was very well maintained. Everything was cleaned often, grass was cut every day. Elevator inside is also a plus, when You need to carry Your bags to 2nd floor.

Ich habe die Unterkunft kurzfristig (für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt) gebucht. Schnelle, klare und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Mir wurde für meinen self-check-in (Ankunft um 22:30) ein verständliches Video zugesandt, das alle Fragen beantwortet hatte. Mein Auto konnte ich direkt vor dem Haus parken. Tolle zentrale Lage. Roberto hat mir am nächsten Tag die Rechnung zugesandt. Klar empfehlenswert - ich werde wieder kommen. Ich habe für meinen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt nichts zu bemängeln.

- Tiina (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, the flat was close to the lake. A huge shop was basically behind the house via an alley. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The place even had a washing machine, which was really useful for a week-long trip with only hand-lugagge.

- Anna (9/5): Beautiful apartment on the lake! - Great central position literally 50 steps from the lake. Lovely comfortable and clean apartment and comfortable bed. Kind staff! The sofa bed could have been more comfortable. The pressure of the water in the shower wasn't great.

- Cristina (7/5): Perfect location, nice appartment - the appartment had everythin you need, comfortable bed and lots of storage space There is a lift but not so comfy as is way too small and it doesn’t help much if after you still have stairs to do. I had a buggy and i am pregnant so it was really difficult to go out and come back by myself. There was a lot of construction site noise as they were renovating all the other appartments so it was difficult to put my 1 year old down for a nap. A little too pricey for the dead season and for the construction site noise but ok. This does not mean i didn’t like the place, i will go again next time!

- Sharon (10/5): Beautiful Apartment - Communication with the owners was plentiful and helpful. Our arrival time changed and they were very flexible and accomodating. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable with everything you need included, right down to washing up liquid and extra toilet rolls! The bed was large and comfortable and the location was perfect for us. A short beautiful 10min stroll along the lakeside to the hub of Salo, meaning the location was just out of the centre making it very quiet. It was on the 2nd floor but there is a lift straight to it, or also stairs for the more energetic. Quiet garden which included sunloungers, picnic area and small swimming pool.
- Leah (6/5): Lack of communication and commitment - Terrible communication between owners. Reception was NEVER open. Changed my room. Cleaning was shocking - had to ask for more towels and to change the sheets after someone else had slept in them.
