Cleanliness is good, location is good. no wifi provided, host does not give me any password or note regarding to the wifi. Luckily tv can access to wifi to let the kids to watch youtube. - Tania (7/5): Great stay with group of friends in Sandakan for your adventures - Apartment is very spacious, good for big groups of friends and can easily call a grab. Communication with host was very clear, the apartment complex is comfortable, basic and we enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. smells a little damp when you first walk in and all the bedding could do with some fresh sheets.

- Emefa (5/5): Good view of the city but wasn't fresh and inviting. - I liked that the apartment as it was on top of a hotel and there were facilities like shops, restaurants and banks close by. The apartment was moldy and parts of it needed renovation. The apartment we got wasn't the one sold to us on booking.com as the owner had more than one in the same location. The pictures didn't match. Part of the curtains were torn and towels looked very old and had holes in them. If we paid that much, I thought we should have had a nicer apartment( the one advertised) and tidy products(towels and curtains). Holes in the flooring wasn't a great sight either. I also tried to open the window in the lounge for a bit of fresh air and realised I couldn't as it was bolted with a nail.

- Oliver (9/5): - sehr zentral gelegen mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht im oberen Stockwerk. Auf der gleich Etage liegt auch der Pool. Wir haben von hier aus viel zu Fuss unternommen. Mit einem Grab kommt man aber auch schnell und günstig überall hin. Die nahegelegene Mall Imago war die beste von KK. Man erreicht sie fussläufig. Wir waren häufiger dort auch zum einkaufen der Lebensmittel. Im Keller der Mall befindet sich ein toller Supermarkt, aber auch gute Restaurants.

- Ailah (10/5): Truly a Home away from Home in KK - We truly enjoyed our stay and we are very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Everything looks perfect in our eyes. The unit is cosy, comfortable and very well maintained. Sky Apartment will definitely be our first choice whenever we visit KK again. We have truly “jatuh cinta” with unit 13A03A 🩷 It really feels like our second home. The only small thing we would like to highlight is that the water pressure is slightly low, but it does not affect our overall experience and it certainly won’t stop us from coming back. Parking? No worries here — we didn’t even think about it. Thank you for the excellent service and the clear instructions. Everything was smooth and easy. 💯👏 None

Het ontbijt in het hotel is nogal beperkt, veel dingen waren al een uur voor het einde al op en werden niet aangevuld.

El baño es bastante justo, la taza del wc esta rota. 1 rollo de papel del wc para 4 noches y dos personas… Te cobran por limpieza pero no la diaria (que no existe) si no por la de cuando te vas. Están dentro de un hotel.

- Amirah (8/5): - Provide kitchen appliances, very good and clean fridge. The apartment also has very good condition furniture and clean area suitable who will need to bring babies. The host also helpful and cooperative. We are lucky to have the higher level as we can see a beautiful view of the city. The price are match with our stay! A bit confusing of the area maybe because it has been a long time since we went to Sabah and the car entrance and exit to the apartment are limited, difficult to wait at the lobby as car will block the entrance of other cars.

We requested to store our luggage first before checking in which she replied it was possible (this was requested a few days before and even confirmed the day before). Upon reaching the accommodation, she took very long to reply & told us to wait for clean up. We just wanted to store our luggage and not check in. It was quite unpleasant.

Staying with family member of 5 and the bed all is nice as well. Parking is also easy to find. The toilet is always wet all the time. After every bath the water will accumulate and making the floor mat wet and dangerous even walking on it.
