• Kimberley (6/5): Nice enough hotel - Nice hotel, beautiful and spacious room. Huge selection for breakfast. My flight was cancelled so I needed to book a room for 1 night. It's super close to the airport and they were able to accommodate my very late booking with ease which was great. The design of the hotel is insane. To get to and from my room and the lift to get to the lobby was (no joke, not exaggerating) a 5 minute walk - I timed it! There are no shortcuts, you just have to follow the maze and try not to get lost until you find your room. My room also faced the street which was very noisy and loud. The shower could be cleaned better too.

Sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück. Sehr schöne und saubere Poollandschaft. Sehr freundliches und Hilsbereites Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer und vor allem Bad. Einige Zimmer liegen leider auf Seite, wo abends bis nachts Livemusik gespielt wird, die schon sehr laut ist und bis 22:00 Uhr geht. Da es unsere letzte Unterkunft auf Bali war, wo wir nur noch zwei Tage vor der Heimreise relaxen wollten, war uns Ruhe sehr wichtig. Als wie das Problem dem Hotel mitgeteilt haben, haben wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer und somit war der Aufenthalt dort perfekt und das Problem sofort gelöst.

• 13oweng (10/5): The Pool and The convenience of the Mall is a Must!!! - Aryaduta Hotel in Kuta is such a win, especially for that amazing rooftop pool. It’s a massive infinity pool that overlooks the ocean and has a swim up bar, making it the ultimate spot to chill with a cocktail while catching a famous Bali sunset. The rooms are huge, and being connected to Lippo Mall is super convenient for late night snacks. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and laid-back vibes!

• Khishen Shastri (8/5): Great value for money. Location wise is superb for tourists who wants luxury stay nearby kuta area - The location is nearby to airport. Convenient for travelers. Many restaurants nearby which is easy if you decide to explore. The room is huge so is the toilet. Bed are super comfortable and balcony overlooking the terrace is nice to relax in the evening Nothing much. Maybe the air conditioning needs regular maintenance as we experienced water leaking from ceiling on the first night. But it was rectified asap by the maintenance team

We ask at reception all the staff say Ria not let us get in so terrible happened after my birthday

• Belinda (8/5): I have stayed here numerous times and always had a pleasant stay - The 2 bedroom suite on level 2 is noisy it faces the road and the lift bell can be heard and that doesn’t stop. We asked for room move to Executive room at back of Hotel much better and lovey staff helped with that.

I want to visit it again next time. the only thing that I'm not satisfied is the long way to the room. you need to take the elevator first and walk for 1 minute to get to my room.

• Storyteller715458 (8/5): Great Stay in Kuta.COYI ⚒⚒⚒ - We loved Hotel Aryaduta. We loved the Hotel & Poolside Bar Staff! I must mention 2 Young Barman Roki & Tyl(Hope that’s how you spell it he is 18) these young gents made such an effort to make our stay memorable. Roki who is 21 and loves playing football ⚽️ is now an adopted West Ham fan ! We taught the chant “Come on you Irons” which he sang every time we came to the Bar. I hope the Mgmt. read this and convey our thanks to these 2 young Staff members , They represent the hotel so well and need to be Rewarded in some small way !!!!

• stephenmV4305ZH (10/5): Lovely hotel, great barman - We had a lovely 5 days relaxation at the Aryaduta. The rooms are large and we had a free upgrade to a garden room. We spent most of our week by the large rooftop infinity pool, a special mention to Roki and Tiyo who always served our drinks with a smile and friendly chat, certainly made our holiday.
• Jennifer (10/5): A great way to end our trip! - A great location, close to the airport and Kuta. Great facilities, we had dinner at Henry's, visited the rooftop bar, had a massage and breakfast. Conveniently joined to Lippo Mall where there is souvenirs, supermarket, pharmacy and food options. Huge modern and clean room. A great spot to watch the sunset on the roof.

• Rick (7/5): - The rooftop pool was very nice and the room is a good size. Breakfast was great! The rooms were very noisy throughout the night. You could easily hear people in adjacent rooms and the hallway. For some reason the ambient music they piped through the corridors could also be heard in the bedrooms until late at night and early in the morning and the position of the aircon meant one side of the room was freezing and the other very hot which didn't make for a very restful night

We were upgraded to a balcony room which was very spacious and elegantly fit out. The hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants, massage places so one is easily entertained outside. The hotel pool and poolside bar and dining area were nicely presented. We had a very relaxing evening meal and swim there and were happy to enjoy the view. The pool water looked a little murky. The curtains we not wide enough or properly hung to fully block the daylight. There was no hair conditioner.

• Baha (4/5): Bad service, doesn't feel like a 5 star. - It was clean, in house food was good. Initial check felt un welcome, firstly the check in host was unfriendly, once she informed us we require to leave a bond of $500k local currency in provided her with my debit card Mastercard she returned it claiming credit cards are only accepted to place a bond and then proceeded to let me know the mini bar will be emptied as the bond couldn't be processed, and that she'll be sending a staff member to to do so. Our keys were later issued with a map direction to our rooms WITHOUT AN ESCORT, we were very tired from our earlier trip and with the hotel floor plan being so vast we got lost and it had taken us a while to find our room so much for a 5 star hotel. The hotel facilities were great but unfortunately the service was absolutely crap!
• craigdT8639DF (10/5): Wonderful experience at the Aryaduta Hotel Jalan Kartika Plaza in South Kuta - Recently stayed 10 nights at this Hotel, overall a wonderful experience, staff were helpful and polite, stayed in a Deluxe Premier Room, which upon arrival was cleaned to a very high standard and the daily housekeeping staff were very thorough in every detail. Bed was comfortable, maybe a little on the firm side, we had the grandkids come over for one night and the hotel brought up a rollaway bed to accommodate them. Room was certainly big enough to handle the extra people. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare, plenty to choose from, tip if you want pork bacon ask the staff behind the egg station and they will bring a portion to your table. Had a few meals in Henry's Restaurant, didn't disappoint, sometimes you just want a Western meal. Had a couples massage at the Spa, certainly one of the best massages i've had in Bali. Thank you Mila and Anis for the wonderful experience. Spent most late afternoons at the rooftop pool. which has amazing views of the sunset. The bar staff offer exceptional service, special mention to Iwan, he makes very good cocktails and is always happy and cheerful. I hired a scooter and the front transport staff always helped find me a parking space and were always the first to greet us with a welcoming grin or handshake. overall I'd say Aryaduta's most valuable asset is their staff.
